Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

$ u9 v0 R$ g: t) @4 I+ i+ L: _Main duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
( T$ Z! d3 p  [5 L  i# j' m, w; j! |•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
! c* L# O. o, b9 p! @  _•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
' R4 q4 ?1 y, x% {•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

$ O* S  y7 c9 B, O6 `# i8 r•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
