5 i+ T, s* }1 O* O& y/ TMain duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
' @. Y4 I" O9 l6 Y! U3 L/ o0 ?& a•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
3 Z/ U+ g7 t; L! \; w•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
& b' f" n: B& B- m" r•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
% O1 N: A, \1 @* K  {•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

•        Completion of secondary education is required
0 e: E1 _  a, n! x: n" f0 v•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
4 G* x( J3 }0 b$ g1 Z! @/ p•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
# D, }/ F' k$ g•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
