Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

# S* P; R% e4 ~Main duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- W/ g' e2 w! f- j! f" V3 J•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
. o' Q# Q+ x' n$ j0 Y* I/ t•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
  ]9 ^4 S7 d! A" s•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
•        Completion of secondary education is required
& \, a% h2 ]2 J2 L7 r•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
* m9 n. n. w3 O! j* h2 j$ e•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
