7 d: J$ k# _5 ]6 u% k' I; }2 c( O•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
0 a/ H/ H3 z) u•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
2 ^' y  ^8 w; C! p) w+ U- A0 E: u•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

- V# K3 B3 d: j* G3 }" e1 Y. K& \0 T•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
* F  k- V2 R+ X% x& s, b. x+ z( C•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
