Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week

! _& A2 k+ K" G( k! y5 ?•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
& P( C2 |; R# L- h•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
& I: C$ l2 F9 j# `$ C: w& f•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
5 n: D8 d8 a: C•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
" D4 r, Q7 o. M% c# L- z•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

& Z$ o  D+ F- ]. T! {' g4 {1 i•        Completion of secondary education is required
: h( B2 @' x' J- a  P! X6 J: `•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
