& Q% w# T6 D3 j- N& w% W1) Any bodily injury or death;
3 P% y g% ^: |2) A Hit-and-Run;# x+ ?6 I3 J/ v& O$ s# u
3) A driver impaired by alcohol or drugs;. p" L4 c9 Z% @! a$ `
4) A motor vehicle towed from the scene;7 ~* ?. z z* W$ p5 r" x
5) An out-of-province vehicle.

One exception may be an owner's discovery that his/her vehicle has been damaged in a hit-and-run, but the vehicle can still be safely driven to Police Headquarters.
