借人气问问：2月份买了点RRSP，可是现在后悔了，还没有报税，可以把钱提出来吗？

如题，跟银行买的，条件如下：
1 W% `9 x+ V- ^! O7 jno risks, no fixed term, no fees or penalties for early withdrawals, so your RRSP is always cashable

2 d* ]" v0 z! [9 M6 X, g( f) {6 Q" v5 Q是不是，如果我没在报税表上填RRSP contribution，就随时可以取出来，不用返税给政府？因为我没有跟政府报RRSP，政府也没有给我相应的RRSP退税。先谢了！

你去和银行商量能不能cancle，因为如果你是取RRSP的话，银行会预扣一部分税。

2011年报税扣税是肯定的，你现在将钱取出来用，是2012年的收入，银行会预扣入息税（好像$5000以下预扣10%，超过$5000预扣20%）。

0 A! j3 ]+ l, d$ w3 s% Z你都还没有上报，当然可以取消。
我也觉得rrsp对有计划的中国人是没有用的。
开始时（最需要钱的时候）分段的扣钱，将来一下子的扣一大截的税，还要收取提款手续费。

Totally agree. Bought RRSP for several years at my lowest salary to deduct the income tax, then I stop to buy it right now, since I believe that I will make more money later and even after I retired, so it is no sense to buy it if you plan the future right.
