Three men were found guilty of manslaughter in July 2010, but Li has eluded police despite a Canada-wide warrant. He has connections in British Columbia and China and is believed to be using the name Hao Lu. Li is considered violent, armed and dangerous. ; z' f/ @7 o' j' Q
