JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
( a( s; R% L# T& {5 E# ~The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as! d4 M! _6 ~6 l, ~! ~ B
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
/ D, Q: p0 m7 \5 n# \8 E) E• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
# }" L: Q4 d& c$ T+ i3 X• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
) ~! H! f% y a/ r• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
i; |: \9 f5 n* J# n• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.; N) {+ s# e- c+ Q, n
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,
& b: v$ ]* V5 D! |& b$ Z( wtimelines and budgets
& j! n5 |9 ], L• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
* ^) l A" I% U: P# g, rcompany’s business goals and policies# i& x+ A$ ~8 e9 P4 o2 F
• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.& e+ e' Z$ G# _9 h9 a$ u. v
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
, d% ^, T6 M. i• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required. ]* s0 F9 |# t9 ?5 ~, d8 C
• Some field operational experience* C3 P$ P8 {9 Y) i1 `# q( g
• Some knowledge of the services company provides5 o9 D1 ~/ i* @! q1 O. K( R
• Strong computer skills
6 N; y$ J& m2 `" ]. H4 m- k! [• Class 5 licence.

* r7 j7 ~+ T6 p补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。. G$ w i0 q$ R8 x, [/ `2 D
8 n$ ] Q+ V# a/ W- R! v* q6 R! l有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。
