JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
2 E. z5 G' @/ ?/ S3 _The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES; _" W/ j9 Z3 L& t; m& k. g
• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
# s5 {, [7 f# t. t4 h• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.# j; ]4 g0 S# D' U
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
$ N; p5 Z6 z5 ?; X1 N% `• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.; t0 F6 I5 b. w) T: _5 `
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,

1 u1 w' N3 g5 D3 s3 k$ `• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring6 ?6 c! R* |3 M. B- S; u

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
2 M3 y1 X! m8 y7 k4 D• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required+ d/ m3 o( h n; T% X
• Some field operational experience
9 L+ R' ^* h7 V) v; L! k• Some knowledge of the services company provides+ G, U; X8 C7 S" P, }2 G- |
• Strong computer skills* H# @: p8 |3 u' G- t" B* d: M
• Class 5 licence.3 F# l" f7 D2 z% J) B* v$ p! V

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。

* z: z0 e1 K6 X8 o% c另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
