Yes, the lot is 104. It is available recently. Like you said DV does not have home module to fit 36' or 38' pocket. we do not like their design. But I most concern is the price since both of them need re-design by ourself. From your experence, how much difference between DV and Artisan roughly, like 5% to 10% difference in total cost?

Artisan gives the rough price which is around $160~170/sqft. if the house is around 3000 sqft, the totla price problably will be around $750,000. do you think we need add more than $100,000 for upgrading? our budget is not that high.* ?) g/ [" J) w4 d% V

If build 2800-3000 sq ft house at smaller lot of 38' pocket , what is the roguhly price? any suggestions are welcome. / ?6 N3 E- I7 M
