Yes, the lot is 104. It is available recently. Like you said DV does not have home module to fit 36' or 38' pocket. we do not like their design. But I most concern is the price since both of them need re-design by ourself. From your experence, how much difference between DV and Artisan roughly, like 5% to 10% difference in total cost?

If build 2800-3000 sq ft house at smaller lot of 38' pocket , what is the roguhly price? any suggestions are welcome. 3 o* z& c! O& G8 g y8 ^, m
