肯定是讹人的！我上次也在停车场碰见过。我都倒好车（已经踩住刹车换前进档了）的时候突然听见左后方轻微的碰撞声。一个貌似墨西哥白人老太从她车上（也是跟你一样，back to back）以迅雷不及掩耳之势跑到我车窗边上跟我说我撞了她。我就下车看看。让人哭笑不得的是我的车后什么痕迹都没有，泥是泥漆是漆，连到白滑痕都没。那老太的车倒是后车灯都碎了（就是我可能撞到的地方）。我开始心里一紧，完了，这下要赔惨了。但仔细往地上一看，啥玻璃碎屑都没有，再看看她的破灯，灯罩里面也没有碎玻璃渣子。我心定了，这肯定不是我这次撞得。她也左瞅瞅右瞅瞅，发现没能讹上我的地方，骂骂咧咧的就回自己车上了。9 B6 }4 J9 u5 z& a, c4 S
建议楼主既然认定最多50对50，就要走程序。很多讹人的就是觉得你会怕涨保险阿找警察阿之类的怕麻烦才得逞的。最好再录个音告他诬陷，他以后就老实了。
My wife called police this morning. The police officer said they won't be involved in but gave us some suggestions. My wife reported insurance as well and they will send a person to check the damage of my car. The lady said she will report police yesterday. I was just wondering what she will report?
