30ml brandy

Method
9 W" H9 r2 m" d2 w# q' b& v, @- l1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan; F( x& Y( }" f( Y% f
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
# a7 y0 p) s, P9 Q/ X3 ^3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.( |/ {7 G( Q1 o0 j, d, i
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.6 J. w8 ~( n2 V' q6 s! G8 j# Z
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
