4 c) F$ \" u! O$ V' O8 J8 Y15ml lemon juice9 H# v2 |3 t7 R6 a
2 bananas
2 @9 ^1 U1 A8 t2 `3 Q. _30ml brandy9 ?9 r; g2 K; C2 [# p ]3 I8 f
Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan( H8 ~# S* S: E5 M; s
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
& F8 O8 ~5 _+ s3 J: D% E0 c2 S3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
9 C, [. m. j0 d7 {( B) N7 A( V* O4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
' Z9 c* s% | v8 J$ K5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.9 U# M9 U2 E5 w- T3 J+ H
6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
