15ml lemon juice3 |8 E" s/ {0 N. g
2 bananas
7 [3 f0 T3 I% X, O* |& L2 K' P0 Q) c30ml brandy5 r u7 L8 ]5 Y
Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate

Method
, @$ a; J: E& m$ l1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
! @9 K1 O* Y) B, P1 P$ C2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
/ G9 t9 }% E& M3 V3 w3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
0 ]/ S8 |9 i5 S3 z& t4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
- x0 M* p% @9 S: R( ^: X8 q5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
