15ml brown sugar
% F- ~- z* B+ z! t15ml lemon juice. ` h+ `+ _ i; E+ v2 d
2 bananas
, A2 J7 V' P+ R+ X+ X: D3 ?1 G30ml brandy# u! q K# A/ I# z) d
Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate
9 l" u) e2 b* h" M6 ?Mint, icing sugar to garnish

8 E( p0 U8 T% N& l1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan$ l* Q0 C4 T% n8 L* L
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
0 I+ i1 P' \4 v) e; T9 L$ O, Y3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
/ e1 S4 D& J4 e# ]: ]4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
) C% Z7 t" G/ f8 @5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.; J z2 C( G# Z% R) w' h
6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
