2 bananas

Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan7 l$ ]9 y3 ~; l w4 a C" J u
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.8 a4 q4 _8 q* }& N8 f2 u
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.% W% S x6 ~4 R' H8 }# `
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
: X; w6 @- Q8 a4 G5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
