15ml brown sugar

30ml brandy

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan3 ]4 y& a1 m' K4 z
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length., c: g8 g2 u( q5 a6 `7 i
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.

5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas./ f8 e" G, U4 O: o1 A& Z
6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
