15ml lemon juice- k2 Q+ [+ u; \5 P
2 bananas

Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate3 m D& x% ]! x( J* z" A; N
Mint, icing sugar to garnish

Method- M& P" L( k9 N1 q5 e- O( }
1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
0 P' s# N3 A& m1 J2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
; S9 s" ]$ K; V9 ]# t) N3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
, g* S) O: H- J n4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.

6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
