我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。

1 cup Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional) 1 \' f$ h) h, D+ Z
1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened

. U$ l x9 z. W$ JHeat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray.

% `6 `4 u3 s( I+ y. B) KFor crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan. 4 ^6 G; U1 b+ G/ r4 Z
$ l2 c- Z8 V4 _9 GBake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack.

. Z# c+ P9 R |( @8 B- B+ U% J6 @; [2 wFor filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill.
