我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。0 Z( X. ^) [2 I3 ~6 A

1 cup Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)

5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon stick margarine or butter, melted

Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened

* _8 D0 K; }5 `: Q9 MHeat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray. 4 g; r ~, {0 }! C) S$ c3 i% X C1 s
. _6 U/ s; }* j0 [ K9 SFor crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan. / m s2 w4 T2 ^+ t( Y) B

For filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill.
