我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。- h4 B% N# M" G; }% @+ ^1 h

1 cup Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional) 8 D' G1 K) {9 Y3 V- g6 v
1/4 teaspoon baking soda ; {& L) F" j, v
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)

FILLING

3/4 cup granulated sugar

5 b& B: ?- [, M3 AHeat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray.

For crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan. 3 H3 i* t6 d f3 e& g

Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack. 5 e! f8 y# N; c! B7 B

For filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill.
