我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。

5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon stick margarine or butter, melted

Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened 6 X/ d3 e* { e/ N
3/4 cup granulated sugar

2 eggs

6 N2 {. e6 R$ ~6 l( Z yFor crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan. # | b1 _+ z" }& {; J9 ~0 P6 u

Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack.

/ `6 T/ I) I+ A" I9 N$ L) s4 @For filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill. * M" m ^* M/ n
