+ K3 h% N4 i# P5 d. w4 V/ \. y8 m+ i7 EEmployee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers. Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.

• Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.) }' g8 K( C" k" s! x, y Q
• Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.
" |. B( X: `% u7 A• Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems( h" m! \$ X5 ^* z
o Test all new patch versions of software prior to release
! f! X9 v& ~; s$ z- v) N6 P• Assist where needed in application questions.

o Recommend remedy to improve product quality and design.

o Run field Beta test sites and any new idea testing and make reports/ m; y5 \& |. E4 |! J0 r
o Assist in information gather for any new product idea.

+ S9 U1 \# a- }1 Bo Point of expert contact for implementation of features/functions.

• Assist in Sales support & training.

: k- j+ D% r, _& e6 c0 o1 c• Must have an extensive background in textile laboratory equipment uses and workflow process. Understanding of textile dyeing processes.
