Employee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers. Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.

• Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.# m$ s, x! A# ~; Z
• Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.: T. E. Z' B& C5 l* R
• Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems
4 ~: w! h2 C5 `o Test all new patch versions of software prior to release* E# a& E" [9 n
• Assist where needed in application questions.

o New parts and replacement parts and installation procedures

o Make monthly report to Product Manager and 3rd party supplier.2 @2 K+ i; H2 ^, j
o Recommend remedy to improve product quality and design.

o Run field Beta test sites and any new idea testing and make reports/ r6 P7 \; `+ D7 B; Q3 l' a* {
o Assist in information gather for any new product idea.2 l3 n) w! {' J2 U) U+ H* L
o Assist in writing and new product specification7 \& [& D! m: X2 A' ]1 x) G2 d
o Point of expert contact for implementation of features/functions./ e4 \4 n4 K- X( d3 [
o Act as technical applications expert on development team.

5+ years working as technical specialist for textile laboratory equipment. Expereince with textile laboratory dispensers

• Must have an extensive background in textile laboratory equipment uses and workflow process. Understanding of textile dyeing processes.: k9 h' s& o" {* t
• Background knowledge of dispensers and software
