& l: i: \# Z. E8 o> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

+ n% M# c4 o' C4 a2 w( U> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
: k/ |% T4 ~2 H3 ^> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
; |" w, G* g" n' I> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
& e2 x5 J* l/ |% K7 e0 }( w> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
, C& G" V$ m$ e- t( ~: T' T* j> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
! _* P+ B) R4 f9 N> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
' _7 ?; E: {1 h3 A1 N> · Other duties as assigned.

0 I$ e  V  C2 e3 d> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
1 ~7 h6 [5 A1 m! l3 B2 ^; Q> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
! ]1 O- w( J6 S> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
5 Z; p" ?# F6 B6 b> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
) p& T' C! n" @: o3 Y> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
9 U2 s/ h; p6 B> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
