& e3 M4 `8 Y; i" V1 ^7 E> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

( n. b+ o  d( \( N4 f/ F( `: k> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
2 N4 _& P1 ?+ e7 u> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
3 p# k* `) \6 _/ q> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
3 S4 H1 y$ {* N* Q! s> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
; o* b4 ~' {9 W> · On-call after hours support required

6 ~1 y3 U$ U7 ]- J> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
3 J+ W! [' B6 N  Q> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

& Q$ N9 M6 E% r. d+ [  Q& Z2 o3 R> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
% q) r' v& y6 v6 u> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
8 {" t; P. {& ]' n6 E> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
+ ]! S% N4 x- C8 P> · 1 -2 years related experience.
* g% J  Z+ E) b5 {3 j> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
( h. ^$ {& C7 M9 a4 I) ~* w> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
