> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
, Y( @- u, w& p1 [0 S8 V> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
4 X. l1 f# t1 y) V> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
. C/ z* k2 _! G! L7 L> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
% P: P( I" f0 M7 ~; @/ N8 y> · On-call after hours support required

- E9 Y" K" l3 l' Y$ I> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
/ p* i0 X/ z, d> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
& Z* r" p( l1 o5 J  f, q% @3 l> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
+ s1 m+ i9 |( `> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
! P; ^. n/ v" V1 _; A> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
