> Technical Support for 43 Stores:& s0 | v& P# H0 _# ?2 C. l
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,5 N# A" C9 E/ L% n3 D; e) O
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
" W; U% O; d* Q+ K; M; _> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,8 x' u" i8 T" B% t( [& p
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
1 T5 U# V, c: n' P6 O> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.+ ~/ [2 l5 U+ q" @
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,# {) L( S; c i- v9 h- ^* l
> network, VPN, etc.# B2 C6 R; L" R7 W+ v( E4 s
> · On-call after hours support required1 L. _7 s: |+ M. i

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.: ?* R* c$ w: k) m0 N' P

> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network+ Y- ]' Q$ f, B3 H( _
> including email, server access and print device(s).) U& r% o# |, s$ X4 `7 G: v1 J2 q. w
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.& v# |1 Q2 w" h0 U7 _

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer

> · 1 -2 years related experience. & W# a5 ~% T: }, Q
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email

> · Enterprise environment experience preferable% \% @$ o- [# r0 L7 q
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset9 a7 C6 i: I' H
