! f/ c, P1 L( ~; K4 ?> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

' [! @/ q7 _1 I) z> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

( i) `4 H' ~/ \$ V> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
& o! q, b) F6 b; _: g& M> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
7 n: t7 x0 y# v7 n' {, y( R5 \> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
4 o2 U+ G+ x) [) J. V1 f  o3 e1 [> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
4 D) n8 ^& l% j8 Z> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

! \. m0 F  O# e- b) i& D8 R% L> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
/ `) d* U0 G- w. {/ |. y* ~5 C> · 1 -2 years related experience.
* i8 M5 B! x, W. q3 x> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
3 S% n) A" Y5 h, [0 s4 `" w> and networking.
1 }4 b# R8 ]8 }  N6 o+ Z( n* h& W6 Q> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
