" v, k# a" S1 x, L# ]> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
6 q6 I' N2 {8 H/ v2 Q1 O8 a> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
& ~% I; a8 W9 F( i3 \: \. @4 w> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
; k7 ~! a% _  @, {- `4 |! \> network, VPN, etc.
' L! Q% y! S" T) S> · On-call after hours support required

2 C% Q1 v1 V1 I4 u/ x: P. E> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
% j# X, H% y5 R  I' d> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
- }5 G2 f, {" P/ ^( H> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
% y, v2 k5 }6 d. O3 j> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

% G4 @% f! e+ O. `( |( t> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
0 ]1 V' V3 m0 q. D& `> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
% p- }# H) S: o> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
8 k, e3 \+ d7 V* h6 u3 [> and networking.
$ q- m  T* a) p( [> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
: t# y' q& k( f/ _9 r, p> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
