> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
/ M6 p' ^' i; D, ]: V" `- L> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
5 s3 s$ N% P5 ?$ e1 m& e' F> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
& x4 Q; z% p/ B/ D! U6 h) ^> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
4 I! `9 X0 t2 X: y$ k> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

$ {& R# F2 h. k$ g7 Z> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> including email, server access and print device(s).

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.

> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email

1 ?4 o1 e) n4 p8 a% Q9 j> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
0 D: v* {7 k0 h% {+ ~> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
