  R; h! O  C; M$ c; P+ D> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- ?: F# T: y, F& n+ o& j> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
4 w; O* Y: {8 A. v3 H! x' h> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
7 {* w) e' z7 i) N$ ~, z> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
6 K- [  W6 ^, g1 ~5 m> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
3 p1 E+ J% G/ b) r) N9 y> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
/ Y$ z( J: I5 q  f! @" {) T> network, VPN, etc.
" b) Z1 I3 P4 Y> · On-call after hours support required

# s; E  I. C( R  r& }> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

7 x2 S# I* p  |' [> · Maintain system backups.
/ K+ x, S/ q! T: V> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
4 U* f% }# V7 m( y5 L2 C> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
' H- P+ Z' K9 f! Z% E- S> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
