> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

8 _# G7 N/ {1 N> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
# k- b; l* }6 h> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
" K/ d4 X& V. a' ~> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
# Z' L: r# G( {, c* P> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required
  M4 p0 k# M% I8 ]+ J: J- \/ J>
9 m# o- N% ?; e! T5 t  Z7 \* X> Head office support:
1 t" }' M2 R7 |> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.

& ^) ^9 Q% [- A. m> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
' g0 ^3 o0 j) l5 [+ _# F> · 1 -2 years related experience.
" W" a4 a: ?( y% C  }> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
* F5 d! F( F0 @8 o3 I> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
+ u; _6 J4 B* k! s> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
