> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

* s2 e* p, S& a. e* x# h> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
) |% e, U8 @! S3 i> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
% [4 \6 h! |8 H4 b3 ]* T$ O> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
  K; f5 a, f0 Q% M4 V6 D( d> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

% ^0 J. s' t" ?% J6 K  b> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
( X& B2 K% M& M> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
" Z3 T& R: u/ a> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

- M  V; S5 C% \6 j9 \> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
# z: o8 |; A( r> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
' r; h$ h1 H9 ~! M9 M- S  g; M. F> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
6 |- n$ q! B0 n# w! j) I> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
