> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

1 o( O; R1 `8 L4 W& I> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
: L8 {  J1 V2 v9 h$ G> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
6 c( @% z/ H' h; P) x> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
6 c# B4 ]1 {4 \2 s$ n3 D( l( z4 F( t> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
8 u! q) ?( w" V7 S0 u> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
: n  r' [' @4 w" O7 v: H> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
3 x+ c1 X/ v3 ~7 o8 ?> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
3 k5 W4 I' X  c( U> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
  K4 w' q  K, c5 r> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
  x+ }2 V. h% i0 R- B+ A" j4 n% F> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
* z  K  i7 Q$ d6 r4 [9 M7 E> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
, |5 x" j% X$ ]2 j. ?> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
: G0 K5 V" l% ]+ z> · 1 -2 years related experience.
- C, c) L3 F) ]$ O0 E( M9 j> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
" I7 C& N9 ]9 Q  @+ @> and networking.
0 y7 h* F) H% Y5 \+ d5 ]> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
7 q8 D8 O* L0 ]> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
