6 Q" S/ l2 f* P" x  W# @. x  a> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
4 N0 @1 u! e8 ^- Q9 O% i> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
( `8 d3 m$ a' T$ i$ G! L> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
1 C2 W+ T, w' X9 F- m( p> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
% E& f- X2 e* g. b> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
( d# w3 l5 H" m1 j> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

+ {6 O$ N) a- m3 q! Z$ D> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
4 w9 c) X5 T* ?7 `> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
& }' ]; Q" _( J6 c' x8 D& L> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

- ?  ?  k- w% e> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
0 e' I6 v( E+ W# t/ H> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
' F6 L2 c" b. c) z# _8 g> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
& |. G* S  h1 }1 W# {> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
/ P- ~: F1 _) ^8 V> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
6 ?+ }0 z2 G0 T, v% n8 V3 }> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
