> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
4 p& U! f. Z0 a1 w; L1 o> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
4 j5 I, A$ ^7 K8 T: ]" S# z> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
: |* n) [1 C+ L) Q. I4 v& k> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
; k& o0 i8 q3 u* l6 I) g* {> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.

> Head office support:
" D, o, c& p* w: g1 L  ]7 Q4 B2 d> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
& B# c1 S: x, E# p+ e> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

) ^0 T! w" K" ?1 E1 M> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
1 T% y* H2 z, a( U* m  k> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
4 X, @" k/ o% j. ?+ _4 Q, J> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
) d  h' L5 D! o4 F. I+ R1 B> · 1 -2 years related experience.
( b/ M5 c; {6 T% x' \* O> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
* _- i9 W: G: _% x> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
