> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
6 A) C2 f4 t9 n- T4 A. d> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
3 j0 e, F3 J- D9 b1 l' g> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
  b4 ?# ~: v$ }2 x- l& ^> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
& J0 \/ `: H( [> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
/ W5 o$ L; F$ h/ y) N> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
* k# T" k$ E% R/ i" T> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

- d& i. s3 R! B8 V' P1 P# C* H> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
9 A2 O2 j/ n8 G: w6 g7 {> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
5 x5 V  Y; [2 J9 `4 X# Z> · 1 -2 years related experience.
+ Z3 U8 G# r5 E- ^% f> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
+ B. U1 ^% |5 |4 x  J> and networking.
" j7 i- C' }6 }  P6 O! N/ C> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
4 }' f6 x& Q5 A/ G$ k1 O! |7 R% U- n> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset

> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
