. L1 a& \" O) K7 w% j> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
/ O( y* f: X# R" ?. y8 W> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
, F+ j* M5 L  Y! t! D8 K  i! D/ `> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

* Y2 I% P8 {( x6 e> Head office support:
* P3 s# r! z4 w1 w. _) E( |> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
: C" b! L2 A' N+ [% T. D$ W> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
* B, y3 T. v  B& B> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
) ?& E8 F+ T- ]) i/ i! S5 b> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
5 @; s% d/ a! q> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
