> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

8 U( n/ N$ c1 j1 b. M# Y> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
" x; r7 ?# A$ W/ x4 C: }1 N> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
# X; _4 h) s$ N6 W9 ~4 `6 ?2 J- V> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
, |; \9 S4 x4 j! E> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
* F6 `& k# B7 V5 {> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
+ v" B1 r6 U# G8 |5 k, a: b> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
, O* t/ G& b) F9 z: v> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
& P9 f# y9 w4 L+ r( e5 n( E> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
) C4 o) }, M$ i0 }3 {4 a; f( `% f% ]> · 1 -2 years related experience.
) \4 j) Y. S7 l6 m7 _4 d$ r) Z> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
& |" f% L, t2 U; Z: R% K> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
