> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

7 Z- T) S1 g: |' m4 b- a. x> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
0 W9 c$ I) r; n& |- t> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
0 O1 D0 _8 U- \* B" A, }: k> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
. D' B5 ]1 v3 I0 g> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
, `2 Z# F7 M% R/ W> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
: d" C7 M2 [' i> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

. _/ Q% ?- b0 Y( H> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
7 ^4 N5 k! a: X( k( z  D: F> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
9 C* [4 S0 Y( i> and networking.
/ F9 r- j0 f3 {% V) l9 U8 M> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
1 W( U% @( V! M, K> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
