> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

. I9 g( T: P: a> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
9 V5 o7 e1 {7 p# B) n; v> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
  T8 [( s( g( O5 s! L* w: y& N  Q> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
5 ]; o% Y0 d1 h' c& P( C( k9 m+ L> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
4 s! m& D) B  t6 q7 a% s; C0 w> network, VPN, etc.

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

! k( S) P) E' @" @> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
( n9 x( _! U0 Y+ j; _> · 1 -2 years related experience.
! i9 D/ f) Z0 W7 u) _4 V! Y> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
! I9 z6 `; |% m5 R: x% |: o> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
