> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

4 e0 T1 W* ~8 y> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
% g4 P1 R  ^& H! E> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
  U+ |% J: D& Y$ O7 D6 e: J% I> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
  n( u8 m( {9 ^> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
5 s6 V. }/ Q% s; F> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
4 @3 P% G8 N- m6 j; `4 ~! ~& y> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
5 X+ p  y4 }2 J' D/ G0 Q# E8 R) S* \> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
- a# m, Q. B3 x9 B3 N8 R- w9 Y> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

8 e. t9 `. l. o! @> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

& u" g! Y9 W  E/ t8 ^> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
  m& T, p1 g, x6 I2 ?> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
* `/ g! e6 P2 a> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
' f2 d; g, T0 O* ^  s4 d0 N> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
9 F5 n: Q4 \( w" z, h> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
& ?2 f) Z0 w7 [> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
