> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
( l( J9 C6 ]2 {& ?> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

+ _( ~" \+ f2 q6 ^> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
/ k$ T) ~& n9 u2 M> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
. x9 d7 b5 j# H> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
3 e" X* M+ H  D! C& T% V) Z! _/ }> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

. j! R; @. E, ]! k" }; N> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

$ H+ e4 _" ?; X> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> Requirements:
2 ^* Q& c+ ]% e1 _& t( N' F5 b> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
; K1 E% L7 y, [7 w: M7 d; @3 ^> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
8 H2 [. |( \: Z9 K> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
8 X2 V2 y5 n9 d9 [> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
