: h8 F1 T- K% Z) C5 L> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
$ p  s1 M! p; |* M' D' r$ Y& L> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
# h# \7 E% N, h. |, Z( M/ Q> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
9 j' \" |8 r% B> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
5 z- J( v1 ?( J0 V> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
% Q: Y  Z  e/ x> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
0 o6 z- ^9 X) E3 r> including email, server access and print device(s).
+ e  A  G: j/ X4 b: t2 v> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
! D5 E( x7 [' |4 I: X' U, Z> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
8 S$ M$ n1 A0 F- Y4 I. V  a> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
  X. w( S6 P5 E> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
" _: b4 C, z/ f> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
5 s$ j) `( N' y- G0 b> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
0 O+ f2 z. s8 y> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
