> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,

> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
0 ~2 R. \1 s  P5 }# _! A. U> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
, m& {" n5 H1 U9 f> · 1 -2 years related experience.
) |3 U+ c1 x3 q3 L+ I2 q  I/ e> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
( ]( g* D0 G7 V  Z7 ~* E( P  d8 D. z3 H> and networking.
6 {+ ]. i. I# G4 }2 [> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
