> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

* V, b/ Q# I  F: f9 M  V> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
( |, u* y  ?' O; x! P( P3 n> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
6 {' W+ k) U- Z  c> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
( G5 f0 y/ _3 Y+ {> network, VPN, etc.
* n, ~: a) g$ _, u> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
: ]! l1 j6 x! I> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
7 g' t: q" b6 |* n9 [1 F> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
) ]0 [* C  N! _. b6 Z' P, P> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
$ n4 {/ d5 Z) x. T" A% r> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
