> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
2 |$ ^1 I/ U  o  Z& J) c- T> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
; A6 n! ~1 [2 P0 d8 R4 X> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
$ j, x  B) N1 Q, W' r> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
+ ^/ S) t4 W. g1 t& D2 g> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
; Z3 ^) m; x' H  w0 e  M5 u# h; Y* [> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required
>

" X7 I6 |1 g- d$ S> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
8 v  b5 E6 H+ x4 l- ?& `- Y> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

' Q( u, i6 |5 z- C  ?1 m3 ?> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

  Z+ h8 W" k" W: n4 f8 ?& _- x& _! e- y> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
5 E6 H$ _; P/ ~2 x* a( _, {' d7 g> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
