> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

6 n; N8 I  S4 S! {) L- A> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
% S6 m( H. |& A' t0 b9 @& j5 ^8 d> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
' C: R* l4 v8 d1 \6 A5 g+ g> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
. h% U9 `/ |- r1 w- p% T4 Q1 e+ o# Z> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required
! R! [; w% [' q! a" }" L>
  z- I& _; T7 u* D> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
, }* Q) O( e  s> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
# m+ _! J, u# l6 P7 |: }> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
! z0 C; m9 G: p1 M> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
: R' O, x, g& y* J  x  H2 t0 w> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
