> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
! e) b* l8 b& U# p; x/ N, ]> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
# H8 r- ?8 r/ j% p$ z& {> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
9 J9 H4 {8 f6 Y" v> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
$ R5 |- `! v" s! `> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
. r) d" o0 T# @0 Z5 _> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email

% E7 Z" W) c7 s% ?> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
+ C7 ^5 ~* j' c> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
