> Technical Support for 43 Stores:

> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
) f7 j$ c) w7 a  r- L4 v> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
& J$ v4 S7 b! c4 V; ~> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
9 f- ]) \/ x" }- ?3 D  {> network, VPN, etc.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

( @$ v, Q: p2 Z4 S> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:

$ _4 v8 M/ p) ^) [> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
( c2 `- n4 @) a+ x: ^7 l> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
# s* k" _% x. A" Z# f  f$ Q> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
