> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
7 w1 V' V: `( ~- ~> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
$ q- R) d3 ?' d. M) _> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
( n* F# `, l3 V' v, E# }> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
. M7 N9 `, ^2 l% R> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
* g! N1 V3 h7 |" o- H& c! p> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
. L6 }1 d* d) z" h# C> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

* o" X# _* K! ~1 ^( \4 C# S2 {0 a> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
% B6 R) R$ J! ~* k1 x> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
! G6 a+ h' C9 ?4 X* o6 g4 y8 V> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
9 `) ~3 n9 O) B4 ?> · 1 -2 years related experience.
, K  y2 H$ c9 a2 }0 p: u' T- Y* H, j> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
% u$ K  C9 z5 c9 K% r> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
% t) F3 \: O) [' j: K7 t* x> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
