5 N* ?! i: a* f> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
0 J# r' F2 `6 C- A> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
; g2 w/ E9 T+ _/ _6 `8 j! Y> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
! J) k8 B1 H3 B& M> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

+ C1 K, l% O  k- I1 S> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
% X& Y" ]2 ?5 p; i; [& G7 B> · Maintain Active Directory.

  t4 W9 R. ]1 h+ y3 ]# e" Z% Y, i+ ?* H! P> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
$ l" R/ H9 j# x, A9 h/ z$ F> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
9 A0 d. f( ~+ s$ M* `" p> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
+ e/ v0 x# x' g3 \. |& a) x5 u- S* j> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
2 X9 I2 e7 z" [$ j" U# D> · 1 -2 years related experience.
7 G: o; e' k) H6 a> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
9 Y& I+ n( |4 b5 ?5 |+ V> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
