! f- n# z7 l; {" S> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

0 w. K4 }6 C: w  U; e; X* |2 `3 f% r> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

$ r1 t# V2 }" f( J" ~> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
" ]' c- ~# N- D- G! z( U" o+ D> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
8 z( @3 E/ x& i" S/ ?> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
, W" V' v; ]* G+ w" g> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
: P- Y+ j' W! {  J  Y$ ?. k> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
+ x, @' [  S# o- H% {% S> · On-call after hours support required
>
> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
  H7 C% m- h2 t/ V> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
# [4 \9 b! y% S$ ?* q( }2 ~> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
9 @! C+ a% m, H& F! |: d> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
# {- q* c3 U, g- e> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
( }  k& i6 m  y# ]4 X1 ^9 a> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
4 ~7 e. G+ d$ s  K: M> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
% X9 m3 G* k/ |0 Z) f. h' h4 O> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
0 e- K. p' V( o9 b9 u> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
