> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
. f1 D" i" z3 K4 v) b  b> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
5 O3 B5 g6 e1 X9 K) o0 Y! p4 f> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
/ f3 u3 ~2 e& c4 k$ B  d  C# q/ J> network, VPN, etc.
. J8 h$ V+ }- a/ `" ~> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
& D  T8 Y# S: G> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
& A* C9 }! A1 J2 D> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

* y9 m/ ^& _0 P> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
& w. p4 q6 h7 Q4 R/ W> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
) v% ?9 ?( Z; _! h$ x# b5 j' ]% l4 O> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
, ^5 z- a9 Y1 M+ R, y# u> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
# l, T% W1 Q' G$ a  Z> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
) D+ e% u" N+ P# t$ T$ m; j> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
