& O! d' U2 [" t> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
& _1 S9 ~6 }% l& ^% |5 G. ~> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
% ]! w2 K1 q0 z> network, VPN, etc.
" v2 d. T6 n9 R> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

' b. g. R; N5 B% l# H> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> Requirements:
) x( N$ x2 J* G' p4 g% v2 f7 L0 U1 q> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
8 A5 |8 Q2 U9 }> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
4 K: B" ]8 V3 H6 e+ O& s7 L> · 1 -2 years related experience.
: s) a4 {" r3 g5 ], U& |4 x> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
3 {* U7 h' J0 A- W7 [" K& `> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
3 J( y' K( E  X+ ^/ M8 F, v> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
