> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
5 L1 i7 q: o1 p) d! w* U+ S> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
, l# J3 s( F4 {7 s3 R> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
# }+ P! }5 m$ ?> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
8 W; Z# x! {1 j. L+ D& j> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
" x7 h* B/ m; ]/ c# s9 |> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
/ ^/ H) [) K4 `& v" C* {8 q> and networking.
% G$ E/ C2 ~0 r! @9 n9 A> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
( G5 n$ ^- s( @2 h> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
* m3 v- L* ]& ]; S3 L: I$ m> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
