> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
" B4 V+ j2 ?6 P  P/ o! p> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
1 u) Z) l/ w) R+ z> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
  k% c( p& |2 W' @% Q> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
( u+ {" G. T0 K7 l& ?- w> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
" n9 R' Q7 a& g2 S> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
+ M/ Y4 C( X7 h+ Q" s> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

" v, R- m1 C5 M> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
7 t  b, t$ A- H3 I6 L* m1 I9 b3 h! V> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer

% m% X. R/ ~* [$ o> · 1 -2 years related experience.
5 @' M: U% ^0 Z  R$ z> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
& z- X  x. v" b0 K> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
; W! v  l- M8 s( _% x6 {8 A( ~> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
