> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

) ]& Q. {; [6 y% j: v  Q# s) M> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
  l' X4 x- E- n> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
  u' ?' u$ {% X  Z9 [! c6 z/ [9 N> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

! s6 e7 {0 ]4 W> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
& F; Y4 d$ j8 @) q. y& v> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

- x8 l7 h; ~2 C; N> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
: V4 f& k; a! S7 y> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
