> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

, a" c2 y5 m7 W! w8 e> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
, H& u9 }$ j0 I5 E> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
6 m# |1 S! L; i2 O9 k$ d" f! i> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
: ^3 U0 @! c0 b% l/ P> network, VPN, etc.
3 O" n2 L! `; b2 O) r% D> · On-call after hours support required

. p* L7 ~& `6 K: l/ B> Head office support:
0 b9 G6 q6 b) u" p> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
" P$ x4 @9 N& {3 z+ u> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
% K6 m+ J2 h- c& h) H> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
: T; u- w$ J9 v8 G; h+ I6 k/ X> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
$ s& ~0 _4 M% d, v* N& a" p) @0 t> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
& B, |0 v- g7 }> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email

> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
; f( ~: B" ]# B> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
