> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

( p5 S9 B7 r% }4 R5 j> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

) R3 ^' U: Y& @, A, A$ n  k4 k> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
; O2 t# C3 O0 f6 d" _9 A5 ?> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
3 [" j; F" `* N9 X5 f7 g  I> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
' F9 G" `, |9 t1 x8 \> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
5 R$ u7 p3 K4 m% u; C> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
7 @: ?. n9 U' E. S> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
! [+ Q, B$ _) M7 Q  v+ M> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
& @- ?7 {: ^9 a7 G> · Other duties as assigned.

1 x1 V* v3 r0 F) G3 P6 Y> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
5 O1 [) d% r( Z+ N- n> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
" y0 Z9 _) O0 U! J! Y5 o> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
2 H8 s' p* u5 r9 e: W0 R1 Q> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
3 s- m0 p) d- x" `' q. g7 ]9 B- }> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
