> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
' {* I0 n' A: v/ t5 S> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
% A1 g4 e4 [6 E> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
/ Y' a) w( f  f- n* [7 ]3 Y> network, VPN, etc.
4 S# X7 k# B0 H' S" a> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

5 N1 j- Z& q- u) D0 L; ~> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
/ G: Y" |+ L7 h# q" t' t, S> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
+ L  ^/ V2 z7 y' H: `> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Other duties as assigned.

& F! z1 \8 F+ ~9 h, D3 V! Z> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
% ~: v# i1 G' R# S! }& {> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
* d: d4 m1 M. u/ k- F) F> and networking.
2 e9 y/ R6 C7 M> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
