> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
5 t4 ~( C, s9 q> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,

* m7 B5 f3 ^3 U0 A4 K; \> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
9 j1 n& V9 J5 B. x) B5 q> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
/ r: P& W3 ]9 n; _/ T3 M0 l> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
) I: B) n. t, O7 X1 a) M> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
; b( Y' \( v# H1 t> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
3 Y* `& p" o4 R/ T- O> · 1 -2 years related experience.
- ]& P+ w1 ~$ d. V# }9 d> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
: D. f% A4 T) ?1 s$ x> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
