> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

. E5 f+ ^2 A( j> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
( Q1 @/ q% N  _2 S$ u/ `" a# g> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
1 F( c7 q- N" ]  O( j3 _> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
( u8 W' e5 y( ~4 T, A> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

: b2 @% ], Y( ?! n" F( m> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

> Requirements:
% a2 s7 y0 [, @> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
: t1 t/ W9 Y. x/ ^) z3 p3 p> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
# {8 K* N; A% a9 E& z! q, u/ Y> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset

> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
