> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
1 K8 s$ i8 a6 X> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
( m* c$ [* q. H& [> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
$ n* c2 H. L6 Q/ r6 }6 P> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
: D% ]4 O' D1 ^: f7 I> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
6 C& q6 w- O% f$ w. V> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
5 U0 Z  Y& Y9 v1 Y( H. b4 y, @> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain system backups.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Other duties as assigned.

3 Z1 K9 O7 Z2 a, D2 Y' A> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
, U$ s5 S0 h! m> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
3 V" n* I; C$ B' z> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
# Y" H. t" |# C( M> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
; o* X9 b% E. o> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
