* `9 i; R9 a) y1 r8 b> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

6 }% R/ K  x: J6 z, D> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
' _& e1 }1 V/ j2 K$ H6 C9 \> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
. b2 F+ |  u) e2 t, q" T. j1 E> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
' L" c$ l1 H" w# C8 F> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

+ K4 Q4 S! U, N7 V. f, g7 D/ e> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
* R) Y' q/ A# F: g> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
+ C& I" A8 P: q0 k  x> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
" {4 l0 [1 o2 t: N  r; G; n> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
