5 n& u5 p+ M( S& z+ v; t> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
1 t* c% q, n3 z( c' e2 s) o8 L> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
! n, k* m- f) @: v4 Q+ K5 K> network, VPN, etc.
/ L+ Y& m% T% F* g  J> · On-call after hours support required

% Z* g9 e' V$ g/ n, Y> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.

: U: \* [3 d5 n. r5 V7 }> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
) k% U9 `5 h( v$ A> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
+ R9 Y% @0 }% J8 o  Z> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
- N, e7 V! K4 T1 t, w3 r> · 1 -2 years related experience.
8 |$ A3 b$ C$ T0 z9 M> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
