> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
1 f( O* b/ X# F" `8 d6 b> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
* Z: E+ y  D6 ]1 S% M> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
/ P2 w9 Z( n% i: ~3 D2 S> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- o7 L0 e8 E3 F" T) z5 g! s> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
. o" v* ~: p1 z- C> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.

> Head office support:
5 n+ X: H, S, K* f' W> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.

) Y' C5 ]: s- K4 V, U9 [/ S8 @9 b> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
1 J, l: S( F. d> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email

" g# l  V9 [9 h* k4 L( L% ]: O" l> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
