> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

' c4 V$ c% s% }' P! V$ v. T9 z> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.

> Head office support:
; F! \$ C* a; F6 {6 v> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

, [3 X6 K; o! f. F> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
4 d8 l" I/ y- ^4 O+ |" y0 O+ p> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
) I5 d- V! g" ?> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
- b, |1 ?% k& I> and networking.
, h' T* a  a7 D; i$ n> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
) S. i7 I$ g: E3 J+ M4 a" A, r> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
