> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
+ ]0 l6 C. P8 i  s2 |1 n> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
, `, g6 Y' U7 f! R! R- n! z> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.

* ^: x9 c% N0 T> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> including email, server access and print device(s).

> Requirements:
+ B8 Q" b5 z  C" ?6 O. I> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
! E  q. `; p8 s> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
9 y" T* h3 G  i. q7 ]. }; F> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
