> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,

; C+ b! X" ?1 L3 E7 ?: F7 o; X) I> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
2 S, C% G7 t( C> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
6 t- |- b" B5 u% Q7 ^- i> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
+ k% i3 I6 D3 E1 W> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.

> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
