> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

; U; K$ I1 H, ]* y> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
  v; R) z3 d0 \- J* K> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
, w' P+ D8 a2 V> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
7 T+ _( ]7 n+ C. `! ~> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
4 O' d+ f( d7 D+ l, q  q2 ~> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
% b  n( B# ]. g% P" ?> network, VPN, etc.
# m9 q# f/ z  z* Y& C> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
" Q/ O. f7 q3 i2 h% c* @> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
* L+ \  c" {6 p7 j5 p& }8 D; s> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

5 {* E+ T( C' U" w: F% B> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

5 h, l  z: n) _% m3 V> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
& @" {: B& x( B" ]> · 1 -2 years related experience.
1 S) c7 o3 k3 D6 l" {/ I7 F" w> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
