> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

3 M) X; v  a" D! H. L; Z! J' A# J> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
" l; `" I) T: i. H3 ]6 d# f( a> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
1 r+ g. k' E: i3 s# u- U, a8 h> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
, j- Y- g* O+ M- |% s0 k) t> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
; C" D4 e0 I( {% o7 B$ t! b- \9 ?% e8 Z> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
% U7 i- L4 a# H* J- u> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
  H- C1 T% n5 c& I. k+ W& H> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
1 W- {( q4 ]$ [> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
