> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

5 y, F4 u' e& o) h0 _  R. q- g> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
0 ?' f( T% p- t. ~> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
: \: T5 Z+ g+ A& v: ?> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
! y4 L6 q% U0 R" ~- `> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
! I6 u( M2 G- i, Z) j5 y6 J" l  |> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
; n( ?, K2 i6 F( R" x" n* w2 p> · 1 -2 years related experience.
2 T6 Q$ m4 p( R( K  y7 t> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
' @; V, s" W+ w% ^7 k0 H> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
3 q4 W$ z' ~7 [3 Y> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
