> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

/ m6 P- Y( Z; D4 I1 E) q> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
% I) }# w& \4 k" y> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
8 s1 i+ {& n$ _& |* X6 b> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
- h% @) t6 d8 c  d/ a. g9 u* ?> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
/ K3 a- v5 V3 M0 ^' i6 G3 w> network, VPN, etc.

% n$ U) _- N! d! Y6 t> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

$ G( u" x) @  b: O/ D> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
# p* [% H( b$ {7 C> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
) e; d" i  t/ s& K& k> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
% h1 Q* W& T2 m1 A> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
" L/ L3 W9 K) e* V* x2 E: @> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
  i" I0 p. U% b3 z8 a; S, u> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
