> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.

1 ]' X0 R2 S# N: h> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
2 @! P* n* g2 ^; u2 Q# G+ ]> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
2 g' Q, i/ [5 X- }: \! ~0 ^> network, VPN, etc.

> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

' s& {2 V. f( l+ {8 v% p> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
; z0 T( i! B" u' k( K1 Y' t> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
; d4 |1 W8 f$ ?% o& ~) E5 N> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
/ x5 Y- e1 m! s$ U, ^> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
