1 ^5 r) l* O* N; L7 x9 p5 W& j> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

1 x9 L$ v- D. x6 `> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
' D+ c+ f/ R; S5 ?> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
# B" E2 }, D* v/ n1 K> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
. H/ p; o( e6 v) ^( O, I> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
" H+ g7 F* V, j> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
# P( [; ]5 z. H- c: i> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
) r% _/ |8 @: c) Z+ W> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email

* ~+ A+ R( v9 C> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
