> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  T: k8 J3 I' u5 J7 d. E> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
7 O: Q) W  ]# \> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
; i5 x) l) t& Y> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
9 Q( M4 D8 ~! K, [$ i> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
0 v- u2 _2 ^: m> network, VPN, etc.
: Z  o, j- L; R: d6 I> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
; g4 ~% l0 H# X  M# [) E" P> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
; y: h) v# e  w& B2 Z1 Z> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

! z$ Y+ l0 `/ j: J7 y2 V4 t3 B> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
+ @/ `0 G1 L/ P' p% o> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
