> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
4 _/ R+ g9 [# i. W' w> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
8 c4 O% R( P' t- Q> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
' r% O8 r- R! c9 A2 {> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
% W1 j: H1 N) p; a1 [> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
; I1 y  ^3 F2 m3 i: @. t3 u, E> network, VPN, etc.
- p) a4 S2 v* Q. j! F' T; x> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.
! X% o1 y% n& j9 V, N> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
" p1 u; c! p" ~( E; _! i5 B3 e> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Other duties as assigned.

+ ^4 q, b1 Z2 d% x> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
0 |) ~+ x! q5 ?. Y> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
. A# e& K; U; `) [$ ]% T, S7 b> · 1 -2 years related experience.
* i& ~2 K1 E: D$ b& R2 l# K1 A> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
4 Y- K( r! D) v! r1 D" E0 l( h, A7 x> and networking.
# w6 h; |1 N7 S* g; E> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
9 s) K4 U' j& x/ p  g- o$ v; S> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
