> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

3 q* P2 a5 e- R# ?. w> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
, z6 d4 @1 H: c6 \9 n> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
8 Y/ G9 q/ `: R) j) \> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
# a5 G( {8 w2 w2 b2 P5 R> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
) g$ W3 j2 _$ K2 a' n$ T> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.

> Head office support:
9 Y+ C( c1 O; ]% H; Y> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> Requirements:
5 r% B  d1 G7 V> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
8 _! D# L, Z8 r> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
