> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

. T# A' c4 A& R2 D0 k: ?3 O> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

; m& ?- W1 E0 b6 j1 U6 ?( L  G> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
% Y) r0 L: L% J8 e> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
. }/ e! }2 F6 G, C7 Z$ M4 G; T+ B( ^> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
. h) b8 T1 \8 g$ k3 t4 q/ J- g> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
- u" N* E* _- _> network, VPN, etc.

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
' S  j5 D9 M6 [& A> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

  D( G6 Y  {8 d" {% b" ~$ j> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
8 c) V3 |9 a! P> · 1 -2 years related experience.
) `3 W+ G! Z2 w> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
- W1 S* z4 o  {6 f; Z1 |> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
