> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
' W5 {0 N3 y) Z, `% r# e> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
& M8 U( t2 U8 l+ D, b' n1 E+ Z> network, VPN, etc.
0 F0 Z1 i6 J& o3 y" J> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain system backups.

$ h+ b8 c  @4 C> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
- f. I7 @0 `- ^( W, r3 S5 R> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
* M2 b: G- U& ?0 i! C+ L' H' W. H> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
