> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
0 a1 N" h" @" |4 W5 f> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
) W6 ?; _3 N% U: A% G> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
2 U; T, u" F4 x+ R# Q# Y> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
- \$ H; K1 E. s: q0 c4 L. n: g> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
: i+ b: r& I3 w5 ~  X; _9 o> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
/ e# h; i' W. E( @> · Maintain Active Directory.

' u' m8 A" ~! k% D> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
+ D* ]! N2 _, h9 v4 N0 h7 Y; v; s5 Z) v* S> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
+ F1 K7 A# n7 L( Q> · 1 -2 years related experience.
( @3 s2 S) D9 q% v$ i> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
# ~0 s! \; r3 z1 i! T- _+ I2 j> and networking.
' r. H9 k! v" k/ K/ ?> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
