> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
! u3 z/ M1 }" I! l+ |. W> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
0 ]3 s: p+ X, N! g> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
8 q. y9 u/ B0 O# {) W$ Q+ x> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
+ o9 }& F4 U- U> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
  j& B! h9 O7 F, q5 u> · On-call after hours support required

# v8 S# |9 b  n> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
4 z, g! ?" k" i; v4 {: O> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
: n. U# l. u5 ~9 f$ h! x5 W( i- o> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
( U- t) e3 c+ ~9 s0 Q* \; v> and networking.
1 J1 B4 o- C1 m> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
5 N% C- G& v# Y7 U> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
