' V# `7 C% q, L3 U* ^/ z> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
* G# [! R" w2 g! y* G5 _  h. t: ~> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
  q" ?2 ~% O) B" ]> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
0 q% E2 R( T( X# m: O4 m> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
' q; D! x5 c3 k3 q> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required
>
> Head office support:
! o& j$ |5 c- N/ M7 G* T; S2 P$ q> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
; a0 L0 c7 v( R+ K( Q> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
; u# f; V$ e, F& b> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
, a& ^) [* \* \  l/ A> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
! q% a' C* F8 t> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
# ]6 y1 o7 D7 P  k# |$ M) T> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
6 H- ~3 l5 ?7 S5 S7 s1 F> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
3 G( e) V% G8 f- T> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
