  J, L, C$ x% ~4 s+ [> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
* K9 N& A$ i5 r3 I& E> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
& E6 H2 j; F4 F2 p. [$ v> network, VPN, etc.
/ }; Z# s$ w& }$ W% h* K: u' T> · On-call after hours support required

! ]: y0 D- y4 o* X( v- z1 ?> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
# l; _/ C% Z/ ]. v6 S+ X& p$ _> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
8 G: S0 ]9 {3 v) }$ h) ?> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
8 c8 Y4 V: Z' G/ E; H) J' m> · 1 -2 years related experience.
. `& T1 l8 u* Y; A- P> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
$ I) u: [- W1 t1 b> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
& N' ~. P0 P1 ~& t; P4 z1 ]> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
