> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
2 R" }' B; |& c+ F( d> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

2 m; @+ O6 D6 _. @. a> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

0 K* \3 x2 d0 j> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
; q) y- q3 T# l> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required
>
> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
: c5 @) B( F6 D) M0 \" F1 b3 g> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
( ?8 e  X9 _, S& h3 b$ W: K> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
- g2 f0 {' E2 x. M> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
# O5 \2 @) r' V/ h) v. T+ b& A> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
& `# E9 |5 U3 O, R, n, G  L> and networking.
7 N4 u: a! e1 p1 l2 b6 C% m> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
! E  n3 o5 _; O> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
) P0 G+ G9 Z9 J. x> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
