5 X2 O* \' C, Y* H/ c4 g> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
$ p, @4 Y7 D+ R- l> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
" p' i/ B( h, j' X> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
9 W8 S7 F) t  H6 K. _3 \) x2 |- }> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
0 c8 ]1 A- _  M0 b1 ~- W> network, VPN, etc.
  b- s* ^6 n' e0 E! m" G, Y3 @0 Y> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
0 R: n& \1 D% D. l7 n> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

; m4 D" V8 F) a8 t% Z> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
. {) A0 v, L4 ^: L> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
2 t: ^  J. p9 Y# a> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
' u  L6 Q% X2 N- I- R' n> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
, n" B3 {9 o5 ?0 Y1 ?> · 1 -2 years related experience.
1 S( x. J2 M, V0 [+ K; u' w> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
# }% }) ], [6 X! ]' I+ ~* [% |8 a> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
7 _- ?, {1 [/ j9 a+ ~/ N# n- ^* S> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset

> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
