> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
5 W  s4 s+ b4 t7 H: b, S> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
9 u8 ~" J; l9 {& G$ y) U6 b> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
4 b0 z1 S( ?6 X1 b% c2 h> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
" V& j* k& {6 ^! Q) u1 m> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
4 N" l6 m" d' h( p; V( O! Q6 n/ {> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> Requirements:

> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email

> · Enterprise environment experience preferable

" z- b; d* Z; C* @> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
