* {. z+ V$ P+ g> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

% U, e( [% A) q! q/ Y4 s9 K> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
3 w$ f; h( L7 J0 g- D$ x> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
: t. U  k; _  B6 k8 @8 b! ~> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
8 \4 U, _& F# K4 c> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
+ w; N! p1 F2 W) H5 q) w> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

4 C( j" w3 ~. H0 S: {, e> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
$ S( Y, @) Q" L, M> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
5 N1 M" @+ z6 o3 Q, L2 r4 C> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
- \" M8 R' I1 f$ j9 I# q2 F2 a> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
) f$ v9 [) n2 d- l) a/ l5 o2 l> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
9 V; r" k0 j/ k2 H: ^8 d> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
