> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

& ]$ R1 _" K1 t> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
9 [3 v. Z  H9 q1 ~) l8 ]> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
( [5 ]' t% C. u0 c7 ^0 ~1 a> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
* Q* o# p$ P  [> network, VPN, etc.

> · Maintain Active Directory.

/ C# u$ }2 j4 m> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
+ C* V9 m5 a4 U> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
