> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

  z7 Z" A7 I$ Z- p> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
: {/ T5 S, s4 r* P: G> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
$ a0 Q4 w) r$ F" i) v3 l' t> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
4 X4 Z0 V6 L' F& p  S$ t, X> network, VPN, etc.
' O5 N1 H$ b( P" w( f7 l> · On-call after hours support required

> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

# Q# h. I, p8 z6 o> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

' U# o2 s6 B: L/ z: h; S8 u> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
' m* a. r! X' y! I) w* [> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
