> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
% l/ E7 [* C5 m( r7 j> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
+ K5 E7 {+ ?% x% q: s> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
. R  v+ [- o7 g) P! D> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
* S9 Y! P% C0 G" ~' t$ \8 o7 g7 W. K> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

& I* R" B; D& J; N" D! ~1 S> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
3 a' w& A% @. @> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

; Q0 V1 g  J' N1 S% Q9 b  u- I. _> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
4 h6 _2 d0 N; }+ O& H> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
& K- z5 @8 N' ~# o> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
" R& a6 o' x1 x$ o& I, i> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
3 B- w- h8 C) O* I+ B> and networking.
2 q9 a2 [0 P2 w' R- ]# x  M/ i$ ?> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
0 G6 B+ w* g' r, T0 u> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
