> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
* a% e! M. `3 x9 g> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
$ ~1 b' a/ ^. M- G- f& R3 \% ]> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
" m. I7 o% k  I, n> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> including email, server access and print device(s).
' N( t0 E8 G( j6 a; e5 C" w> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
6 p" B. u% x, w. e: z2 ~. G& D> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
9 r( F$ p( E  R+ Q+ d> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset

> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
