$ c6 O) ?7 c) D6 z> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
/ V2 l# B1 W2 g2 O$ _> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
$ \$ H# O) q4 O0 p* z! O> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
; m- }) {' |1 G# j) o5 m1 X% x# V> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
) U% t5 G& E8 l% @> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
% \' l" }; d: H% d7 N2 x% i4 Z+ ]> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

1 J8 m: A+ \- d+ i) q1 Y> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
; p1 c4 m( f* y! r7 ?: r> · 1 -2 years related experience.
/ y- i" r& C. v$ U; D> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
* S# v$ X& I) L' U> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
