> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

; Y/ c+ ~7 x+ f2 a> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
' _. n( w2 Y$ }- `: _+ P+ f> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
7 N6 t& \2 D# y5 D5 X8 P> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
: A9 E0 l/ b9 O$ M) r% t5 q> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
# ]8 K" Y9 l" [/ e# z  U- f: b> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
0 S$ ]! ^  |5 z" `$ M" _( s> · 1 -2 years related experience.
0 W/ D0 u8 g% ?/ z9 V3 b> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
8 V% j9 e1 c( \5 G0 G) K& H> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
