> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
2 ^% I- t) k+ \: R2 a0 D0 X> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
* Y4 X  p; q. c+ f+ i> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  I; k4 x. Y/ p4 D  B- J, l) {> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

) L/ J) Q3 D- p) M: |> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
; d) n* H5 f, J1 \> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
# J" a) A/ X0 b  i7 X" d0 y> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
# G4 e0 p/ M+ D& N$ b7 {> · 1 -2 years related experience.
; s2 w# \  J( j5 o' O> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
: m* s4 K0 Y% K+ S# d> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
