> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
- O6 K9 v1 F: c# s> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
: n; {% Z  x1 q" v: ~  O4 X+ t> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
/ k# o5 D8 M; H+ U> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
' g/ U5 u% I6 e8 i- N! z( m8 U% v> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
2 b/ X  b9 w% k> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
9 c' S& f* |- }5 X; A2 \> network, VPN, etc.
5 R6 K! l6 G: d$ G> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
# J/ k/ B" B7 i> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
6 w# i9 e+ ]- b; Q: w  t> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

* K4 L% @" Y$ X) N> · Other duties as assigned.

6 z. z+ _2 k7 w) c$ B5 C> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
4 U% U) J# {9 K$ g2 V# M> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
( a4 _/ @# L5 `& Z> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
( e; M5 ]! N1 R! N> and networking.
1 o0 R' ~+ P5 s8 J' x" C6 k> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset

> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
