4 Y1 c3 }# |& L' x* m  b$ r> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
" Q* S& Q$ C7 G/ h2 ?> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
" h) p! B. W1 L: t1 X8 H" u9 K> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
0 [5 X0 `8 c: \# B0 i$ g> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
/ t+ t# D, c: W) h8 Q  S" m> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
# b& t# t- m, u8 v$ u> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
) N* [3 x6 [& s" Q7 C> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
  Q3 w7 j6 i) _9 y9 O> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
* s/ N- Q9 L# E( M( r9 x> including email, server access and print device(s).
! R/ v, x$ r* c. x> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
& ~' m' f3 A* p( n- V9 B  T5 ^' W" Y> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
' w9 e% o! x, Z- B& j, T1 x> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
9 h; P$ l. T. n  ?> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
; p3 d+ J% R1 ]6 o. v4 R* N> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
# ^  G% ]( E- p# S& Q/ H4 ~> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
