> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

' ~: ]7 Y2 H0 ~" W> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
  F" \, g/ e0 e) j; I( w. J. \) r> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
, T7 T  r3 L' }) r; k> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
9 q* o0 `) R* u5 `* h# q" i> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required
>
> Head office support:
! L$ U: M/ ]1 m( L1 s> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
  m. Y- _6 q6 O3 L) ^4 Y& X; z: P> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

/ E6 K' b4 o* l) \, l$ _, P& D> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Other duties as assigned.

7 \! X: G6 b, o* T: f9 J2 I> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
' j. A" T, b' C# c. D> · 1 -2 years related experience.
4 `8 W! u- O5 t+ ?9 V( w> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
; `1 W* j* V( L1 V/ S/ e> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
! H5 J5 Q: P: c( l; j; I> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
/ G/ I* m* Y: }+ L4 [6 Z4 C* S> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
