' s1 K5 _7 T6 O> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

. M, }7 w' \# y* D* `> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
/ x( F1 \3 x- A3 o% F> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
1 \6 k3 X" ~6 c0 e) _6 I> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
! ?' D& O  s' c. E! h8 G* N9 ]! y> network, VPN, etc.
' |1 a+ i; `" K( {% @3 w> · On-call after hours support required

0 R- P; |: U/ p. u" k. e> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
0 l( W, R: E( M) U  G( @8 U> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
' k7 T# G" W# M& _: _> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
7 ]% c& L  T" R. E) x3 N. h! a> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
- h8 l) q# F+ U+ ]> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

) v; {" Q) w' Z7 o, d3 P> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
! G# d  R3 L9 y/ F# n& ~> and networking.
3 |5 F- U$ p! i2 F* o3 ^5 f> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
