> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.

> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
7 r$ O. V2 [3 l( b: H> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
7 @- n+ e2 W- |( G1 K0 Y> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
2 i( o, Z% u- L* `8 |' @' R> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
3 F7 {5 B6 ]# f! G) Z# _> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
7 a. n4 K  s1 M1 n* s> and networking.
+ m7 J, [6 ]; \: ?2 q- A* v> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
+ V. _  Z' q& Q' D" K> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
