> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
" c* ?4 z$ y1 C4 s2 V& r$ j> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
# O6 `- w$ G3 Z8 V- Z/ R9 r7 q9 ]> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
2 `2 J1 {" R2 M4 U) X4 z- \8 y> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
$ F% j- }# ^/ |7 }> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

! p" N4 h- u+ U5 O> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> · 1 -2 years related experience.
5 T7 j5 z9 s& J> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
: J( r0 Q8 m0 W0 h2 k> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
" }: E9 I1 a) C, ?8 S# L- Z/ a> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
