> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
5 m' }# v- x2 V* r; }, v$ }! s# A& j> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
% q* }$ R# |% i* r$ }0 T0 ]7 X> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
4 c. v/ r. P' n. g8 k+ M* V8 L" k> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
( V% ]. ~. g9 l1 V( \, u& O' Y> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
: v+ W. o- B2 b1 m9 J0 H% ]* j7 D$ Y> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
' z1 r: i: d% a> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
% b4 X( s3 Z( S) Q> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
' o9 t; n5 X  z; q# Z> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
