> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
' g: @* {2 M2 E) b" q! k> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
5 ~4 H+ L5 A! P* c7 S/ S* ?2 N& C> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
7 |, |2 r" k2 f4 p> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

1 ], R+ I. {) z4 B> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

/ W: c3 B( t2 N; j' v# \> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
* D  p+ p+ h+ I$ _9 h1 p' @3 Q> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
0 U6 B6 f5 p! R4 O% C! Q/ Q! f> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
  t4 j$ q3 S' a5 G* X( |> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
2 O$ _6 M9 H- z- S> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
7 D- O0 B) y/ t; X& K; n> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
