> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
. @3 V$ v& E0 W. }> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
& v3 l1 ^: z0 d2 x- j1 Y5 H> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
7 t6 X  D3 H+ o, \$ Q; d( ]" q> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
" v$ _9 M. i4 L5 @> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
6 r: @8 b& K- V  P/ j/ }> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
+ ?$ X/ s' W1 k+ O" q> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
( i* G7 ?" f- M! o) u# k$ ~: j% J> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
4 z; e- g" M4 G2 G> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
3 B! F0 g+ k& ^3 ]3 s> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
7 Q  q% A( ^) d; X1 ?9 w> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
