> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:

- v) `/ V  R. @& r* ~/ R> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
/ j' e' t5 z  T8 b# `> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
& P/ \  p5 g5 ^" d2 @> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
# t* \2 b% b$ z> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
