> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Y. |& X1 D& y5 Z> Technical Support for 43 Stores:" Z+ B, X& l; J3 Z% ^2 a
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,# R* @5 C: l$ {7 |/ F: k$ E
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.6 c2 p/ Y1 ^" K6 t6 R$ D
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,6 V2 Q& ]* ?8 O) p
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,: `. Y$ d% {# E- o. D4 J
> network, VPN, etc.

> · Maintain system backups.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
( T& k: \ W5 ]4 @> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
/ u1 ~/ \* r) {> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
$ ^* _0 V' j: g! V; l/ T> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
% c2 Z8 x3 y9 _# ?& E r$ M> · 1 -2 years related experience.
1 k! p2 @. f$ N( |6 T> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
9 @0 e% {' \6 u9 b7 h6 l0 l9 j# ^( k> and networking. A( c! g: ?6 |9 S1 d6 N
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
: y5 K$ ^/ R {1 H% b7 k> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
