> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
9 }7 D# M: O/ S3 w8 a6 X/ h> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  ~2 Y; A7 N9 j- V+ ]> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> including email, server access and print device(s).

, Y. D" v5 E: p9 e5 [( \0 U> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
  k- D7 @) E7 n( {3 |. R; V( A0 \> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
2 Q* O8 ]8 f$ ^$ E- z0 w> · 1 -2 years related experience.
8 V: E5 [/ i9 A2 X* e5 P+ y' o- R2 |> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
, @3 Z0 Q; d' N; k% C> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
2 i& s- f/ L2 d6 _; k  J> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
