> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

! i+ Z. e# f3 V& c  V; C> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
6 l; i! I5 M9 q9 ~6 H* y/ Z# u> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
# S2 a$ h; v* J) L7 s9 E0 r/ [; A> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
# x3 h' t' i! }) W( x2 q> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
3 h6 L: P( W) e$ g# L- ~& r> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> Requirements:
9 I9 h. e; r$ G0 F> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
. Q& r  R8 S- Y3 @. R& f/ p1 \> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
/ ]; j8 @( t" J# f2 y$ O6 x- ]: Q5 W> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
: v& f& L( B5 {* ~, \* g1 @> and networking.
# @6 q: r0 z) k> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
