> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
. G7 [+ V- R( z$ o3 k> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
/ Z1 Q1 L$ I8 N0 h) s. z2 D0 G> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
; y/ Z/ K4 }& b0 D: ^> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
6 V+ b% ?- \5 t- V> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

0 c) t* [1 a& q' x> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
$ v6 h/ N" q+ V> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
3 x  @6 l2 g2 o1 [; e8 M8 ~> · 1 -2 years related experience.
( a, @$ D6 L$ S+ z, Z> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
+ T) Q4 E( j* }> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
8 n5 L7 a1 r9 a# x> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
