. X3 s) t+ B. K) h> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- _8 Y; n& P5 H% B' x1 Q> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
4 o7 O* f7 c8 E4 |> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
: W& |2 S: f. k, O4 E> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
/ F' f$ B, m) @& D2 G5 }2 {> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
# P6 r- m/ G8 F. o3 h> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required
>
> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
7 S2 Q$ _! ?- ?* l- I+ M> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
& f+ P" O; {& H4 `2 o6 H+ y! f> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
- _# C6 s' Y& A: i% C( V4 Q> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
5 Z( X4 T$ R2 _) W0 f> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
8 h0 Y& Z" H3 u, @> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
6 L5 \% o) m% i" u  @> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
