> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
/ I/ `  r; x2 z7 [4 ~" P. T> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
5 |, x# X5 S7 F* L) `> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
& o- H" g0 M" s6 c4 v% W: m4 G> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain system backups.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
5 T2 H/ j$ _" _) Y> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
3 i  T4 x/ a1 q# i$ _& s> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
5 R! z' v' B5 }1 R% K4 I. _> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
+ Y( }8 e$ T! q+ B/ x> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
5 W3 }6 b& W5 `& U> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
