> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
  f% m' l  e) t, ]! W; ~6 D> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
  E3 \- G! |6 ?! I% x" L$ {> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
0 t! A# l5 E6 }" D& K> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
9 Q5 v  X$ N& [/ {* E4 Y( Q> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
& a; C4 q: `! S- x5 `0 X9 H> network, VPN, etc.
* c8 v4 M8 {! A2 _1 w! t2 H> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

# R$ J( D8 p. U" Z> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> including email, server access and print device(s).
' I7 h) |5 O+ ]- \6 ?> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
  Z" R! z# v' j# r3 e- j> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
& z, w/ n; x* R8 m5 a# C3 i> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
