> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

9 [) {4 L' P$ A> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
0 U5 t& n' x' q) d> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
% l' }9 O* S- G, V# @  h> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
+ Z, F) @0 F, q$ |7 b5 ?  z* M  {> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
, @0 g+ _1 c9 {" G% B> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
9 I2 ^4 Y- b) o2 w> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
7 p! E# O9 c' O> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

) B7 E7 O) p  {+ I6 X& _> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

& ~1 l7 w6 E1 L* @" W# X' n. m0 }> including email, server access and print device(s).

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
9 Q  Y; ~9 s7 p% \> · 1 -2 years related experience.
; t; h' P7 w' m* K3 \> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
7 B! H) p0 T7 h. N) p, D- T/ U> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
