> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
& U5 z# L0 H; V& F0 s% I0 i> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
- ]# V% E/ H3 g( h6 ~> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
) p$ j5 i, V; W6 r. A> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
& b* c5 r+ ?. \0 B1 F% v> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
7 ]+ U, C( K5 ^0 t> network, VPN, etc.
. b& C5 u# |8 Y+ m5 x> · On-call after hours support required

8 R  v- i$ G+ \> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.
7 X$ t& C3 F$ _3 b5 r  c> · Maintain system backups.
* R7 U) B5 X; K1 ^, l) ?> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

+ z- V* R4 D6 q> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
+ Q# O6 J3 R5 }* F0 Q  v> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
4 _/ j: P+ w6 E/ H/ m0 P- X> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
