> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
' i3 O( I! y+ f0 D& q% R  f2 X& I> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
. q1 E) ~7 }3 D" e" z1 g0 Z> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
/ t  ?1 J* x4 f+ S0 T7 ]' X) \> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
' |3 K1 `' V9 H  ~. r! \> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

3 b' F5 s. W7 c. \3 M- i  j> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
" D; l7 j: C% T% ^  Y> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
! H# X- L4 r! ~$ c& ?; c> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
! @- k& x. Y: V3 F2 r> · 1 -2 years related experience.
  i- M! {  x+ B+ {> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
* D7 n1 q" `' t+ {( w: f) l) y> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
