> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
& |( \3 z9 f6 v. r4 e+ v/ ~> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
& m: N2 Q. o2 l! Y/ J> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
  c2 O' Z" O$ [* k> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
) r! X& o! o- n* d% r> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
+ E3 d4 }" w* y. D3 Z& y  k* w> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
* o% }. O) X. h* o2 Y# B5 K4 P& ^> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
: }- n* Z: ]0 h5 d( G. _6 p% u> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
8 g2 H$ I) I" y& s" C. }> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
4 R3 w: I& D; O! z1 c( P* Z& [6 W> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
