> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
- \1 q# i- x$ T  @> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
' `; I0 O0 [3 ^; }* u> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
  @4 @' X1 r- n6 x- B> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
2 }4 @) Z1 B( ^/ _) K- ]; N> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
8 n! D' b3 ~6 Q7 Z5 Y% I> · On-call after hours support required

- G' P; T/ g5 y( G, h4 C8 d9 j; y. o> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
  Z: R, S: L$ R> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
1 u- |/ X) g" u  t/ v" T- B- H4 g/ y> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
7 p' a  K$ b$ ^" }% Q( d> · 1 -2 years related experience.
1 U$ i! W# Z2 |1 N# G' D> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
6 l0 c) N7 a0 D, J# d% {> and networking.
* r) x1 X& M! @9 B> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
1 i$ v( o7 I( {/ b: V> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
