> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
  W5 z6 s1 b2 `> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
) ~# O* w& Q9 ]* W$ o> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
6 N/ S! f0 E+ s! _' W" L> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.
! [. L8 N3 s- l> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
! u% W. b& ?! ?> Sciences or equivalent work experience.

> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
$ }) V7 ^+ t$ t5 A% U4 e4 r> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
2 B# v5 D+ F5 c* t3 T> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
