+ ]1 a: f" a* o/ z& |0 p> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
  e2 j$ ^3 R# m+ w3 j% B> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
+ ?( e% S0 H) k  y) a& @/ {, D; o% ?> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
7 l" @4 S4 }/ e8 ?- ?5 M% b4 u7 c! `> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

  ?5 w- K* }; U> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
/ p- Y9 f) O7 e> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Other duties as assigned.

$ x( `. x5 J9 O' K) `1 b5 t* e, g" g> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
9 y) E9 L5 ^9 X" S7 L> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
4 F4 O7 j5 g& h5 B+ D. O* `> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
* B5 [* E, E% O2 o. K( H* ]5 N> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
