4 J9 E: A  s# e/ K> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
7 v, K: G7 x8 q3 j& D  y> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
5 Z9 _6 z( i, i! r6 V, p- z> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
4 U( N& q5 I9 S2 G- O> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
1 U1 x4 H; A. p> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
+ M* a; [# c: m. p. g> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
& l6 g# O. f: X- j* ?0 o> · 1 -2 years related experience.
7 I- v' H5 Q& y* ], X1 s> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
- `- m! D2 o8 `; H0 P) C2 n> and networking.
3 h; o) g# I/ r- x% l> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
% o4 \( d" g( J9 T( h! M> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
