9 I6 a' M. _: V  m2 V> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

2 ~4 v. F7 F. h1 F$ I> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
3 h% V$ g5 M% F/ t) @5 }> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
2 e( D/ g3 I7 ~8 Y/ G# m1 R> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
" l9 W+ x& y- `> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
4 C( n; f& Z/ r& a" _> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
# e( k- G9 v  H  p& E# X/ D> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

4 X9 g9 z/ g7 p( O5 i, u* Q0 x0 [> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
+ `' I% n3 W, ^2 u6 ~2 F: J0 n  a> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
1 _& h, u- O7 E- A  r> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
7 g* C4 h; R3 {; z  P9 e> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
