> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
& M/ {1 }$ `; L9 I# t& Q, n> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
* {' }6 \7 u4 z/ }! w" I> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
" g. h9 J7 e% Q* q. |! w& M> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

9 Q2 g4 `5 x% L( d5 y6 [> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain system backups.
% E" Q; |) y7 C+ O" {) i: b, _> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
, T5 p- g# _7 `& i9 x> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
- A+ y# j: L% Z- }> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
7 P' I2 E& r* e3 F' U> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
! s' \% k& V6 b  H/ f" f> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
6 A0 C. b  Z" `% v1 e, y+ ^> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
8 |  Y6 `0 @9 V! s; c" X> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
