> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

5 x5 H- R" e4 a9 {> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
  `) n# p% }! z: C! h> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
/ ^! y4 ~; C# O! Q> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,

> Head office support:
! i& S/ R" R# D% f9 O> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
/ I5 ?0 w! G0 t1 W1 K. l> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
4 H3 S+ L7 M" U4 b> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
- ?' R. f  I& x0 S$ {5 i+ {9 v> · 1 -2 years related experience.
4 o* l8 w* w) n2 f- H6 }> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
2 P9 s$ Z& k5 j( A> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
7 ]0 ?; U  ?$ l3 Z: ^9 t> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
