& O$ i$ L2 M! g# F. U! J' H- p> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
/ D; k' e+ J+ `! ^> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
+ g7 N+ m- t4 ?; T8 a. ~# A! Z> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
/ w( _8 S( S- A- O6 ^% M> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
. t5 o2 D6 x# @- F> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
+ w- u# G3 h8 [0 k1 t# X# n" {> · On-call after hours support required

4 y# f; w9 Z9 `, v& P> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
  a: E! C# }* v+ _, C& Q; n> including email, server access and print device(s).

# h7 Y% p4 l  `( Q9 H0 Q> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
/ B, A2 q: W0 [> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
- }( o8 H: x" H8 ~9 G4 B- l> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
- N9 @% A" L! z( c> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
$ V% p* f7 X1 f% C> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
