% M1 z6 q8 y; c0 Q> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
$ @- H: M+ Z2 K, A3 R* }5 l> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
6 B0 {7 K, v! x# U> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
6 n8 X; H% G5 I- K0 v5 x> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
6 X' x+ x& G* D) t6 U0 [> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

8 Q9 R) [  Z8 e! q: P7 o> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
1 r- m& a; i; k: d, j$ }> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
2 B8 e- U" v* t" N* G7 T> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
6 ?4 ^8 w/ K- o$ i; a0 g3 F> and networking.
0 }9 O4 B6 v  z> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
8 R9 _8 D% f& P9 d> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
