> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
/ o. @5 Z2 A! a> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

$ @: C; I/ T/ m8 F> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
: E5 }$ [( ~* \6 S> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
0 B& L  p+ j$ }/ B> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
) m! d* l) k. ~& r> network, VPN, etc.
7 ]; \# W  ?* p5 [7 E! D( K" I+ U# T> · On-call after hours support required

> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

  a1 v* g8 q* |! C. w; T# R9 _> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
- k8 o' [+ ]& F0 u# @> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
3 c/ p2 X4 L* w. \3 l> · 1 -2 years related experience.
  [- T" P6 a7 w3 y> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
3 a0 n( m- `1 l7 D9 Z; z0 g( c> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
" n% d5 G: S% W+ q. q7 _; S> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
1 C/ ~) r  ~0 ]5 O> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
