. u: f% s2 f- L  \5 [* g> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
- [. e- M+ Z. A, J: i4 h> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
' D: f; @" ?& f% h> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
# S# ~# Y4 `7 F> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
5 P: ]/ I  E& ^+ }5 o> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
! I/ f" s3 j# d+ E( Q> network, VPN, etc.
" n% j  R8 Z- |' i> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

4 [5 U  \. a# I2 D- E* T3 U> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
% x% q! @/ M1 ]- g> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
" x; e* v; O5 Y6 `3 Q& J3 V> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
! i4 b1 O% o. }2 t- c# g> · 1 -2 years related experience.
8 e4 ?, |/ R- Q> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
0 Q0 S* r( h; g0 L, p, [> and networking.
3 c' Z  L+ M+ o2 r+ d> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
+ c7 T) q( v$ @& B* r> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
