> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

3 |9 H' T; ~+ E9 w: Q> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

1 V& x- x! O- O> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
) Y7 H# Z) g' q6 E+ B; q2 |' k: e! q  L: e> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
; t' p, ]4 ]$ n  [& ]; J> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
+ Z$ h6 V+ n1 V, w> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
/ L- S5 Y# Y9 z> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
' e9 C7 ~0 O4 y8 w0 S> · 1 -2 years related experience.
' c8 Z; y$ N0 V! J+ _& p> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
, ]7 n( @: u" q' i8 l* Y> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
0 C6 c9 R+ i; ?" q% z0 ^> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
