> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
& V3 ^2 I5 C* @' _> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
5 M* T5 f9 c, I9 k  x> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
: C8 ~) x* I: x8 \> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
( k1 d( m( E- z$ N6 Y> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
& |- ]/ X9 n4 J" V# Q6 z- R7 L> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
) e0 P' E$ ^2 @2 X6 U; d3 v/ F> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
& f( P' n* Q! G  [> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
& f2 C! W0 y; d) |> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
