> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

' C! U% ]. X' n: |1 {! O3 S> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
' W& H9 U* U  O! j( O> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
# ~1 F. x& _7 V> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

! y! y) C, e4 W9 u2 y! Y' F3 [> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
% N/ U9 o  |$ k> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> Requirements:
2 X. K; B) Z. o! m, w. ?> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
, V0 n  E0 q* x5 P' d/ A3 z1 Q> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
- K3 C( V4 v$ X> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
0 {3 E# u0 b: F! x/ W2 K8 x) Z6 ?5 i> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
