> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

" X' c9 R, i* x  [4 @5 n* O> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
6 K/ v" s5 ~/ [! F. E7 T> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
2 ]( c1 D0 I- D$ `' ]* m" u> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
" x& V7 l8 y1 G' P- u+ L* s> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
2 i' K' b0 O5 _& `' `2 O+ z> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
$ q; m' ]6 N3 ~> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

' w* L4 ~( F2 H* B> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
. k; Z- v* R# |* Q$ ]* i- A> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
# K( `* k5 N2 ^: v8 P, ]6 m> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
' j9 T* l- V6 P0 ~# i; v5 ]> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
" a) o% w# K, y: ?# Z> · 1 -2 years related experience.
( R$ E3 ~' l! o3 t6 m> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
$ k+ ?! b' r" V8 ~9 ~- Y! Y> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
/ s$ N7 w; I) K; q8 f' l> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
