> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:

> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,

> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,

> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
7 e2 v3 f2 Y7 X! C. |  G> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
/ D2 S  S/ s$ c# E> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
( _, V3 @) A. |4 z3 B5 k> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
( ^2 g8 }2 s, R3 E6 n2 U> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
