> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
7 u! k' S* M/ E: l+ ^> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
# F/ G; i1 Z: T) U* f' g> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
% ?6 j5 U% T1 R. w3 g# C0 }> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
: e: \1 U* j+ |" z: R> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
$ [, ~* s$ r/ z2 U  X> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> · Maintain system backups.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> Requirements:
( o% j/ s& G1 i- Z9 P3 ?5 B> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
9 v. M, C& H5 s  ?% \> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
! Z, p9 D) q. h" m> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
