6 _' r6 [- ?/ T> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
! a1 L/ a( ~, B1 E> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,7 N0 @, s1 q* v, F9 q
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.4 t3 r- A5 `4 n+ p- C* w
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,- y. c& D3 J7 ?# w/ `7 I
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise. a1 Y( C: Z2 [% K* `0 O7 z
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
3 b0 s- P" s' @0 b: f> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,- A0 r) E* V5 Y

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain system backups.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.6 u. d1 K6 s H2 o6 ]- o$ J$ _
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

5 j3 W( }. Z# j0 ]3 s: e> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer5 ^; D/ U# N2 N% T
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
0 _; H* ]4 a; N% X) h& @# D: l5 R$ {> · 1 -2 years related experience.
" C: X1 U* c) w0 w> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email$ c6 T* i b$ f7 g* z4 w
> and networking.# j( g! z4 X# P( E8 ~1 \ @
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable+ H; S: J( m8 e$ a. F
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset1 w+ ?5 n, F" _* h" U& j
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
