> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,

$ `( h2 q1 O) k, ]. B> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
0 h, `! `9 n7 H3 k1 x8 p> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
6 G7 D; Z$ l8 ?( y# i# X> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

5 J: P( Y/ T9 M* [- [2 ?  i> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.

> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email

> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
/ P! {5 u: p# k! M+ g> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset

> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
