> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
/ l8 [/ Z4 f1 w( \* H1 s> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
" ]/ p7 r5 v$ j* B8 K: M, E+ f> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
4 E6 v+ j4 q. ~2 v> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
# A# P3 r" q/ t: E) ^) {9 K' J2 e> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
$ H: W! e; q' {> network, VPN, etc.

> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

8 A9 U/ p1 o* k$ k> including email, server access and print device(s).
  `5 w+ c& Q' ^> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
$ t% K$ j: l0 r) E& v9 v3 U> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
/ }0 t$ L2 L5 n* e# i! ?> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
: J/ u" e7 E- n" ?' m& d6 C> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
( I+ ^7 P" S* m4 ?1 a/ f, P- @> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
9 B# f6 y5 ?1 X6 e$ z> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
