> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
. K, T- U" b5 u) L. T& |> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
  S) R1 H9 u) ]( ~4 u> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
0 y& y2 y% m  F> · On-call after hours support required

  G/ s: j. t* T) A4 d% r> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
! y  f% p3 {2 v: m) |' K; D/ [' X' t> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
% `2 [% G9 e: z8 T/ c> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
6 U! i2 m- c- z1 Q> including email, server access and print device(s).
! U& d0 N7 a" A, z$ X> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
- z3 k  l0 G' \6 X# h# Y- ]> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
8 C- m% b2 ^0 i. W> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
6 e+ g- P/ M# W7 k* t> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
* G  N0 H  f2 E> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
* w+ q) T5 g* a- m5 o> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
