> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
, K: y9 o/ S0 v/ c0 m> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
! S" g& f8 F/ I$ n* R5 d5 F/ a5 s" s> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
) E/ }1 ~1 T( c# x> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
: f- w# q/ e  r+ c/ `* u2 r> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
9 W' p9 z6 ?1 E# p: `; a; C1 b> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
; W& ^1 z- D" j" O9 }4 T> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
& i5 g1 r7 ^5 Z3 t" q/ [( O5 K> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
1 k+ `& _; T/ t9 V2 w4 Z> · 1 -2 years related experience.
7 |* K7 S6 F5 {. ~> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
: @! l3 ]3 W: Y# C% Z> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
! p$ M8 M$ ^4 Q3 ?8 u5 o> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
