. i4 \# [2 c0 ~: g- d: }> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
) j+ j6 ^: t0 r( I: l3 k% S> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
/ r! Y$ Y  a4 k> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
$ @- K3 Y1 \" a+ P5 f% Q> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

* ]- _3 r/ Y2 ?  H8 S> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
* ?8 Y" W8 T! ~/ Q> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
8 Y& I) Q0 T4 o2 S: Q: A> including email, server access and print device(s).

1 Z! u5 N$ Z# M: x, b9 u- X> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
+ x9 R7 H( ]: ~* c3 e* `> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
' G3 W# P- K  n( V; `* q> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
4 l$ I# ?: h! m> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
$ p3 I3 H" ]( ?  Y' a> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
