) w2 U7 T8 E0 K& w4 L- F> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

7 |2 w$ E7 M6 ?# E( k> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

8 p" @" W: g& @7 e> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
) t+ l- e( ]% p+ c* p> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
% J2 D6 X7 d0 A; l) Z> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
' o' \- g, R  L' p3 W> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
) r9 d% G: K8 y+ _7 Z& d> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
3 @+ f/ n# z- {  S5 Z3 o& B> network, VPN, etc.
* i2 g$ x. D. `) \  Q$ p8 }> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

. ^" L6 f5 N- Z( L. _> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
: j5 i8 r2 N) @, z9 D> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
! E3 L7 a9 H  d' d* C* p* [2 W9 }2 a> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
9 D) F* s, g* ?! B' j5 L> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
+ Q7 e2 h$ X8 v> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
' u, K4 w: m8 G9 u( o+ P- k> and networking.
! a+ E) H9 m# I: J, A> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
' u- ?) g, P: W+ H& T> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
