> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

1 k4 V* n& ^0 W4 @4 d> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
  v0 m* r" z2 ~# ]5 c* P' t> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
! d. d! s; u# X, K- b> network, VPN, etc.

> Head office support:

> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
6 H8 r' m( n% O! g3 s5 ]> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
: n$ k* w3 h- A> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.

  x* d: w6 T* {2 ^  E6 L> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
