> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,

> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
- z, i7 W# a9 I; W; {! F9 r> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
/ q1 }; @! ~6 [* D5 e8 @+ v9 b> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
# O$ Z" f9 X. x5 F2 e! a7 H! |> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
! y2 k- a& U5 v> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
) U( \6 m" J+ ^2 q/ T> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
$ C, N3 i4 Z0 s$ [# q# A" \> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
