> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

" F5 g$ C! D* c  S, ?1 T  i& l> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
) i- I' b) C4 c2 `9 g> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
9 V0 |. d0 J- K) r/ o1 Z3 `) G. q> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
# u# C+ j3 |- k# V3 m: G8 f# \9 ~; Y> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

& u$ s/ L$ L3 U* I> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
