> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
" }& i( w' F; V. S& J> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
. ~0 ^" K  o$ u> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
1 h' X' T  q. O) {0 N> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
' R2 _6 x7 p- e8 f; F  J2 f> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

" `6 ?: i# [/ ]) x> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

) f% h, G& W( r& q# g. v0 ~( u> · Other duties as assigned.

8 Z; _3 i/ y3 ^/ i* o> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
3 R  b2 R) b. E3 g> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
