> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

" g# f( n: N0 \" Z9 f9 e& i; f> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

0 \/ }' m  _1 n( I/ r8 e' w> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
$ T  a. C' ^1 N> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
' J" ^  H* ?* K1 `; S5 |> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
. S1 C! U5 x. U> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

! p. F; Q& u2 |% W; h" y4 _+ u> Head office support:
) ]/ X# q8 \7 Q; v, g! B2 M> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
" N) O) K( Q* k0 }& e4 P/ _> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

* m  [% Y0 x! K0 w6 ^9 p+ V> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
3 g0 x! J) |$ q, p8 s" Z3 q! u> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
  A# _/ D- ~: V5 C  _; O! Z> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
9 i' D2 {( y5 t: U> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
5 Y6 M9 }; i$ p- d> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
$ C' \& ]! D# f# o! K7 n> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
* O$ w8 H, D" `+ L> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
