> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
2 S7 K  J" S: U7 N> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
# f# w' Q: @  G, _$ ?. z% J> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
* }0 f) L0 b" m; ]> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required
>
* h9 q, ^3 U7 S: X) I> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
) ^) e# d# [( c$ g( u7 G$ s> · Maintain Active Directory.
% |8 O1 e- G+ m9 N> · Maintain system backups.
' c% v; q. ~$ U4 O9 Z7 A> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
2 t- y6 i1 P. j9 g% d> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
+ I6 y. {+ y" b; A> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email

> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
9 `+ U( l4 Q# W* n, i% e# Q> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset

> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
