> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

9 A9 H6 ~2 v2 W2 b> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
: Q1 v4 ?5 v7 N* E> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
9 g! j! R9 `3 A9 @7 H1 k; x> network, VPN, etc.
! z  Q- V1 w5 X: X4 W. B& A> · On-call after hours support required
>
> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> including email, server access and print device(s).
( h* p  o1 o7 N* w/ Z6 c> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
: @- P* {. f6 }/ a' H> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
# p8 d2 G# n; r& J  h4 Y' l> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
: a7 q+ G9 v5 h) a# Q) _> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
& {7 ?' M4 z- C4 g  ^8 \> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
