% W1 R+ M* U0 h1 X- t' N' z! i> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

& B$ b' t+ s- a! w> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
5 ?% [) x+ y, T: z> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
, B4 M- e4 n  K! |" j; y* G> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
/ G" U5 w2 u& P; Y  A) D2 Q> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
; a0 @# Q0 t: ?> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
# r# ~, L! n5 ?$ P, V: Z> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> Requirements:
. ~# R7 t+ o( [> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
7 Y4 X5 k; `# N* l1 F- U, x+ Q> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
