> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
! t4 U6 P2 A9 f% q> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

2 j/ ?% j/ I) J' q5 F0 i; h> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
3 D( g/ ?) V! s% E5 r/ L- h6 y, F> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
/ o* k" D+ i% y1 Z$ ]# ~> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
4 n$ X/ g5 W: `7 J! u; Q2 Y> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
6 k+ I# T9 Q& N7 M% ^$ ~> network, VPN, etc.
1 }. {  u" R$ l; h> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
. b& ~# P1 _+ \> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
* I7 L+ H. N' k7 {0 J0 g( e> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
. W- g1 e1 ?3 B3 p+ \> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
5 a2 J% r' m8 L, L> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
6 o1 ?9 J: t8 M% w> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
5 Q- }/ A0 S0 k' s> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
& X& c) v8 w  I  r, ?> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
