4 j: @: m5 W6 h" @; o% f& C  ~> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
, k/ n6 F2 Y" d6 P6 P, ?0 ]> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
% U9 K& X+ m1 I9 }> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

2 D5 R4 f& x: d# ?. O> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
7 c" [3 V9 G3 C  m> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
) T  P9 S6 H) l> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
% ?0 D' o7 z9 K$ Q) L4 {7 T> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
& @5 }# g. l0 N& Y> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
0 K9 k% @& t, v6 \: ^1 Q' N- S> and networking.
% X& n8 y2 B6 f; q, `7 Y+ K> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
