' B% r" a5 O& H, ]8 O, r6 \> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

% k( j: I, Z! m  w* B9 p> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

* _* b, z& g- q* T; |9 f> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
% H3 m; \4 Q- m5 a6 e: P5 o5 n> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
3 I  N8 Y) v9 s> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
3 \8 e  @" s$ T8 ?+ p> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
; ]! k6 e7 D! K! ^  a+ K* x> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

) O& V2 H- V8 I3 C> Head office support:
/ Y3 Q( \! v! Y& m: x' v6 Z  |6 X( `> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
/ t) R( t% U4 g1 Y' @, w; J> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
' K1 M, l; M5 \/ x) Y. G4 x7 W> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
- c% V4 y1 ~1 ^> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
; j4 ]3 G- ^3 D> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
- C; [3 x- X; @; j8 C' U6 ]> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
8 \$ V% P7 }& Y5 o+ G$ @, w5 r" @> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
) e/ Z5 O' S+ X* X, G> · 1 -2 years related experience.
' f5 O7 I5 s/ J+ @0 x> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
- ?7 n+ |7 W6 [3 i& ^8 H7 ?> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
5 \- c9 P6 n- T1 Y0 R5 k. x> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
