> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

2 M9 @1 u! E4 e1 L, i4 }. J. Q> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
, O7 U/ \3 f1 }) I0 l% b> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
, A! ^, d8 n! _9 {8 W, E: U0 x  c> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
% Q8 c( e! f2 t( n+ Q9 @> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
8 l1 ?) ?1 w! D4 m) H> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
( ^! y: A3 q$ o3 K9 S> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
6 E* e0 b; i: y0 I& i> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
# V  w' z% E/ D: }> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
! O/ E$ u) ~+ o" z: Q> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
6 g: o. S; @2 C" H/ s1 H  V> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
2 g, q. V, A: ?( [2 P- \1 K; @6 m> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
; o: O( o8 q! S  V: n$ d" Q> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
