> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
7 l3 W2 O: Y; q0 w0 ^  t! |" W, h> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
1 l2 p2 J! g8 ~( r> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
; `8 \2 f1 t9 t4 V, G- {> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

. j! P  N" x  C* y% R> Head office support:
" D+ {- P% E" Q8 u+ J0 z' Y> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

1 h2 e3 B: ~. R- ]0 q> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
/ k6 _; x4 l3 b* A. I& ]% k7 H> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
4 v0 G0 N( L- \# L8 D- l> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
4 X% O- k  F4 _7 \2 a/ [) L. \, L8 G> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
8 R- d4 c" U2 H3 e" X3 q> and networking.
" X  B8 Z4 S+ J6 G% A$ e> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
