> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
  e4 ]# `; Q. d2 {9 v* ^> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
& Z# n6 ]; N4 `1 M4 p8 [9 k> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
8 e% e: M! i$ X> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
# U9 F8 z1 K* T> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

" N) G7 r9 j2 p* S> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
' d! P0 A$ P  D, Q> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
8 O6 S& ^9 a5 x% E; e> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
2 r9 V$ u% c* }7 v: t8 r> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
0 C/ ]. e  m1 V9 _$ F7 Y. H> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
4 h. ]. D: E2 P- S4 h; Y7 V6 d> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
7 k# _9 N; x4 S; D> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
) o& C4 z& M5 M  l1 x> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
