> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
) |  T& P5 S; l3 k$ R* G0 f( s> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

( B/ g: O  Q; n. ~" R> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
! y: {1 K: k- ]" ~0 q! N7 \> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
8 b) }% }( ]/ v! c) ^! |# x> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
$ s/ H4 X; L% N( X4 ?' O! \4 b8 e> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
; i/ \( Y4 n0 ^) N/ [> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.

  ]% L  `+ L" w: F' g> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
* p- b! w% G5 D! ?- w" t1 \; u> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
