> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
( h1 E3 C6 a" M> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
, {+ h7 b7 ?9 M' M* b8 f> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
' |' B$ D6 C. ?* x' c0 S4 N: t> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

( E& Y# Q; E* \, O> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

: o, S2 V5 x( @9 G, E' Z> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
6 a9 ]( U: J+ b- y6 s$ i> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
1 ]% e6 ~: u# g" x# c% w0 K/ K> and networking.
+ K% i5 |& B( W; [> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
