/ I7 q/ u: p( ?, `1 j> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

/ {2 Q2 S5 i5 R> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
% C2 x7 v% _! w( O! t> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
+ N) X- U1 ?! M: [4 D- l  z> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
* u9 U9 @; G3 P) g> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
7 E! X, y, N' W: A) ~> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
2 W! j8 {3 J% {$ e) i, U> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
4 W6 L; p& D9 j* Y- h4 d9 N# M> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
( }9 D% T/ d4 T> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

" A" k7 N- L  f4 H; F> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
+ N$ s; h: v$ b5 Z& ^, a" ~> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
) ]. A% A1 ^, y) N8 `- i/ ~> · 1 -2 years related experience.
! h/ c1 u1 D7 r  K: \  Q> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
% z. L; _* K* o" N> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
) U, s% t8 _! _> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
