> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
0 E  h; w8 {: s  W> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
8 R6 o& V# V  S* l. i$ L9 _> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
5 E3 B. {. k3 i> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
) M# n5 G  k. I& c; u' u> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
- L& I+ f# {" ^9 v> network, VPN, etc.
/ s5 `: Q  s2 q> · On-call after hours support required

% I; y2 t7 G2 p> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
9 P  ]: t- w7 J& P, m> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
; [1 v+ G9 u0 \) X> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
5 O9 j. Y- ?3 G- z> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
: K$ M( C' `6 n0 Z# `> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
; x# V5 R8 C# s; L# T) Z2 [. A* l> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
2 `- Y- K3 x# }( h> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
9 Q& x% m$ O/ ^> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
