> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
  L$ Y1 A# F. X! @3 q8 C7 A6 f( B> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
( c' s9 s2 [; w, E( w2 o8 _1 r> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
! {' O2 \- J2 |* \# P) o> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
# U; I6 |; A+ ^% b> network, VPN, etc.

> Head office support:
/ z! H+ p9 E6 [! A. g3 G, q" F> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
' J" w+ c/ V  }) Z  P5 R> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
* D& j1 f1 c: i1 f7 X! T> including email, server access and print device(s).
; L9 R' S* @9 w) l> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
. A$ X6 H3 I1 n> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
0 s1 U: B( W" i+ Y! \& c* t  i) e/ p> · 1 -2 years related experience.
; v$ O) D6 I$ V: d& h> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
$ N6 d$ n" u- }8 O" v' K: a7 o> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
" ]! i& o) Z6 c> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
* ]8 `) X; l) m> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
