- Q3 W# \+ E; I> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
" A+ Q& w' ^3 l0 @) Q/ @2 I5 I> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
8 D3 S8 o) w8 J: ?' [> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
6 [! G3 D( s+ ]0 j3 L7 e> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
6 G- s& h, B+ _7 h- Y% d0 x, Y6 ?1 [5 a> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
3 L1 t/ U1 k* V. `; r% x" r> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
+ ^( y9 y+ |% Q+ r9 M/ y/ ^> network, VPN, etc.
/ W0 W: k# @' S3 a> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

0 M) J( G, }* h! x> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
3 j5 {, P. V% I> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
6 T$ R" s6 I, M" W0 D0 W" [> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
0 B, \/ _2 R5 A! N- U> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
3 K$ i7 K( s  v: M> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
) ]9 |9 U4 @; x9 V8 T> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
