4 A& m5 Y" P; m% D2 V> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

% O4 t% U. D, l7 Y( [3 A$ T4 r5 H> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
9 ~& V, b* }6 d& u> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
* E, r% G7 N( \: Q, R6 T> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  `  n9 y: H5 I> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

! D; j0 o$ d$ I: L) i! R3 v> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
' Y& r8 z3 H/ t) V& v> · Maintain Active Directory.
9 a  ?  |( s$ c9 `> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
2 W+ b% d/ y, i# Y0 i> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

9 F3 u# b5 y2 k0 |; z> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
* Z$ q/ M0 l0 \& _$ p" z! H$ d0 K> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
7 N) I! l% e0 a$ D3 e& u3 M> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
- Z/ r% Q' C; t> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
4 ^6 a9 M" }8 m1 A, }4 X> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
