" o9 o# z2 o* B+ |" W> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
/ h/ n5 P% k; M: I( H0 B* S> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
# N# M3 x1 U! p( G: R> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
! w- V4 L# a$ g5 a> network, VPN, etc.

> Head office support:
& W6 G6 [% o6 G; V8 F> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> Requirements:
- q& P' ?# d, S/ R7 {" N> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.

' g# U; R/ n/ [8 M2 n> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
