> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
2 d, k4 A% _9 ^2 ~* |> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
9 _, `$ a  O" H2 s/ |> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
' m+ q! B7 n, \* Y% X5 h> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
! T' Z2 e( g: n7 F# ?> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
7 J5 e( B/ ^9 C( n> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
( `2 e/ P2 i/ I> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
* ^. O1 C" H/ i' m> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
