0 [* f- H. y1 \> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
" g: A1 R/ t* q  l+ X, v( K> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
3 W) D8 l8 N3 L$ r> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.

! O1 u6 `5 |  h> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

* {% [. Q5 s1 a9 G% z4 ], a> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
7 g# \( Z6 s) O2 i3 _9 E/ C# ]) _> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
