> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,

+ s- Y, u* r# `+ R> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
- b) u/ l) n/ y6 A8 z> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> Requirements:
! [$ {9 ?- X  T# F' ?: _> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
+ f& Y) M( b6 f6 ~4 O( m4 p> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
" s; f8 m" p* A( C; d, U> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
7 `- Y7 e3 C( S+ U2 }> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
