. Q7 A7 l* S3 }/ i> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
: N, \' n. h1 y. U! k! R> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
: l9 e' G  n6 [# f; |5 q  D5 A> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
# h+ B, T( y9 \( A7 ^5 P> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
9 N% h3 h4 `9 K> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
7 g& {1 Q+ c2 w3 Y. s> and networking.
* o" s2 o8 e' _# G" I# r, [> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
