> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
7 R6 C/ x% p7 F" a+ {- v$ U> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
. L' w3 B% i1 A9 U0 L# ?6 Z, l4 z> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
# n4 [" {2 x# @2 Q- f4 z> network, VPN, etc.
( G: I2 n; F2 a* ~> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
2 |6 n. {& c) w> Sciences or equivalent work experience.

> and networking.
6 O5 S  O" R7 Z> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset

> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
