: H8 L$ M5 Q7 K> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
: m5 S# t6 B4 k3 z0 m3 k> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
* U5 F2 d" y0 ^5 f, ]> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
! d+ Q8 V2 f% h> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

* n- r% c9 L& y! B# @' p* V> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
0 _; P3 {4 S6 U' C( x. @  P+ _7 |> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
