! X. d2 F) M# R  P> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

! z: f1 J1 O. U) ?7 {6 }> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
0 q1 n5 H! F, c" s& p> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
% O, o, j  H1 J6 s# W& ?( k> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
  u" G3 l  r4 Y  V> · Maintain system backups.
9 [: N( ?1 Y1 t5 a# O! t7 f> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> · Other duties as assigned.

5 g# K) S; @) I0 X+ W9 E> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
7 S$ K: Z: T1 @) c% X% N> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
0 a8 A! }0 B- ^6 H8 J> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
3 x- l) h; y+ @4 `7 \$ P> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
