> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

% p4 g7 i& x. O6 W3 b2 ?! o> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
( d& m0 H& ^: i& Z> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
8 T. F) e5 p. i> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
N; J% r7 _! y3 R9 k% m7 b! P, Y> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,( x1 v7 o+ Y# p
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.# X8 y+ z% [+ A- ?: ?% {$ U
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.( s: }; k. Z# l" _
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,. d" U; z" f5 ]4 {: i# v
> network, VPN, etc.: G5 R8 P3 }# c5 I. w N+ z
> · On-call after hours support required9 e4 N# Z9 D9 v( e7 h- B

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.+ v0 M7 p* @3 E6 ~9 e/ B* U
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
6 T+ T; g7 w3 ` _9 m> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
9 c, {6 h6 V9 | q> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN./ F# a% G7 h( W
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network: Y( J u1 i2 X; x: r( t2 a
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer

$ ?* M W9 M4 q! `> · 1 -2 years related experience. 3 n/ J* u+ A8 n) C- i
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email0 \# N4 W! Y. O/ i# m+ v5 Z
> and networking.
! ~7 B8 q- A5 l* L' X* J U4 H1 u> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
