> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

+ [+ I0 X2 Y8 Z* i1 T  m, K2 t> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
9 F4 `: p$ k, `- n$ `/ |! a. o+ A> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
0 y" ]2 f! k( S7 E, {1 H> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
" \# I3 Q. T, }; [) _. w> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
- y2 C8 a  s9 H4 x+ B7 |% C% Q> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

  l+ B9 T2 }: q1 j> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

3 U) r7 P- d5 f# Y) S> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
/ D/ z* R& q$ \> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
' G* p" R& `0 D, T% z& }) \> · 1 -2 years related experience.
, F4 e% X1 w6 B7 W> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
7 ~9 u  b2 p) A! O2 a& ^> and networking.
# y9 v. R( m( A8 ^> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
; |5 ~! ~, B+ Y! @5 t, @. b9 d, j> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
