> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
5 R5 `( f+ U+ i% ^# k" F6 ~> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
" `- \: b3 d- o> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
+ P  v+ h3 }) x! e1 P4 h( {> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
; v# e  L' F$ x! a1 x> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
+ I1 [, g3 r$ m: S> · On-call after hours support required

+ F6 d( T3 ~& }# D> Head office support:
0 u7 T; |" h$ }5 }. B1 [> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

5 C( U$ V' m9 Z. G- }> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
+ P& u  D* X' y" k> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
# {- g: B/ R: k0 U+ O> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
$ X5 m$ k" ?) m* y> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
