> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

' Z" F$ ^; W+ S* P4 q; @> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
  ]% A+ S: \0 J> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
- q1 K. D' g% l# V, p# V> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
& ?- G( D: A" e" @; H' _8 A> network, VPN, etc.
+ t# k4 ^: j, w( u> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
* D! {( q; W/ l- H8 w) q0 e! p2 ~' @% `> · Maintain Active Directory.
& D% Y9 Q. C0 o> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
0 W7 P3 D. `* u( S' v> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
; e# R) f* Z: K' C> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
0 ^2 k. w  F% ?> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
; N4 Y' z* ]3 z$ L8 a$ L" }> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
- e& H/ O. x4 t' p> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
