> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

% f( b/ s8 M  z# R> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
4 N8 r* K7 J5 _0 D4 M: S> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
, |9 `0 z6 ?) Z1 h! C> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
: W' D* K" s* T# g+ U; M% z0 U- {> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
7 j# Y9 p& h4 n> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email

> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
9 j/ h8 z  L$ Z0 F" V) Z. r8 G> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
