> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
, N, N, D. h) b> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
2 I7 c: k3 O6 W> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
+ U0 j- o) _5 t. H> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
9 K" c" C% `8 `, v  g> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
* K. z& G8 E: H; [, Y8 d3 J> · On-call after hours support required

* D3 Z, {# _0 T1 {> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

7 J8 V& _( e7 }> · Maintain system backups.
" Y, ?4 y3 S4 j1 S  c% s> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
  Y" A$ H6 @* d4 \, L( v> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
2 H$ V. Z; l9 l8 Y. V> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

4 S9 h6 A8 ]. h. G7 L4 O> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
6 O2 J* K5 \3 R! i, g2 k> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
