/ P' e9 b4 u; {2 P; t3 Q5 o' L- P> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

: |" [6 ^7 f% F* _) ~> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

3 z- `1 {0 Y7 }, A) ?> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
3 }1 I! f! m2 ?( V> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
7 T" M5 j  {8 H3 d2 J$ S) {1 X* }> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
9 \- L9 }" z. l4 P+ N+ Y! K> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
  \7 a- i5 n5 O/ m4 z1 K, I, T) ~> network, VPN, etc.
% k* Y- ]* Z* G! g& l4 D1 d> · On-call after hours support required

8 x& N; n7 z( N% i  c4 C' P' T3 H> Head office support:
6 B  l7 M' k/ i4 y> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
/ Q( N9 C2 @; P> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
0 q: q3 n  E; \> · Maintain Active Directory.

8 i) ?) l- J/ ~- `) r2 X" ]> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
1 C3 i- S0 ?  x9 i4 w> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
) E; D: b  V4 e. L$ U3 j7 d2 P3 G  |> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
0 ~$ q; c9 D( F* Y$ K4 m5 i> · Other duties as assigned.

$ G1 W- a: U* A$ o$ C% _& [> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
( L7 O: v; T; Y> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
