> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  W+ J: f9 z8 T/ M7 f> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
9 J5 W% @( F3 b) \> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
" d( j5 R- J5 f. }. Q# M> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
/ b$ d# V7 R+ Y8 {7 f& l> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
% J7 W' Z$ _" \' [- }> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
8 @( I$ R* i0 x, U) {4 J> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
) M/ _5 X8 f) v/ m9 I> · 1 -2 years related experience.
$ [2 R/ Y5 X9 b. Q2 r/ ~> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
9 F. L! r' I# j& b& h; s> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
2 Q, I+ h% n/ b( x1 c* \: ^> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
