> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,

> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

5 x9 X% X5 I( Z> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
* u5 y# d( o+ \# U- @/ \> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
6 o0 L+ K0 F( Q3 R( s$ R- T" Z> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
+ B# F, V' F; K> and networking.
" Y5 @+ y! v' `2 t4 f> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
4 x* y1 S) E% }* G. x> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
