1 N' ]. T  j. w# v> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

5 y, p( z9 v/ ]  H3 U( w> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
- C1 l+ I: l. X4 j, N> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
) S/ v# H5 Y1 t- j2 ^9 D> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

$ O$ g2 i8 H4 u3 E. z5 W> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
  X7 e( t* ]( I/ f& `; o/ z> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
! Q2 |* h1 W& K' N> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

+ ]+ N+ H7 Q/ E. s> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
: o: g+ d/ I5 X$ s* L6 [9 n$ B> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
2 h3 M1 J& f* B. w' N. t> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
9 V+ h/ Q% F% ?/ e( w( u> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
