/ l- o: Y" G+ t> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
1 n9 w+ p% H1 y& f5 y) Y2 Z% B$ n> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
4 L+ Y7 y; u; H0 e6 V+ r. B> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
5 M' f8 v, T" S1 B> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
" G! w5 {7 b; `5 X' _0 {( d% _> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
# r7 o; w$ |8 |' T" J9 X> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

! |' L$ C* P1 n1 e5 X> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
$ y' y8 K1 D3 Y3 ^4 C8 H; K& H> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
0 H- ~! Q3 r5 I8 K- x7 \1 ]. w' Y> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
. Y6 R( b7 ?7 ^% f! g; t/ t% p> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
