> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

2 @' v* J* C, z6 Z4 v- F6 j> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
( h) B, X2 a* I" A8 F5 M: h: v/ |2 \> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
4 a2 j: `0 w% i0 A8 ^7 K> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
( o+ d6 T9 C* {> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
, k, e  B. l9 f> network, VPN, etc.
' p, d0 B6 F* ~: ~& e4 R" o> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
( r, h6 v# G) m> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
7 |8 ~( F& z3 P> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
2 R8 D8 g) s# c5 K" v& @8 Y> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
3 u" e- ~4 y+ b7 ~. f8 {/ j; L> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
4 r8 e+ P2 n0 L! ~5 @> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
# `% m1 V/ j/ {: N' _$ G$ y% {> · 1 -2 years related experience.
2 T& A& D* S4 m% L1 w; J" Q> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
& @6 v! s& S9 ~$ s6 W> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
. k9 N: p: m3 N1 i> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
& j- b# R6 L3 P& G" e4 v  d, }> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
5 U( ]& N; p1 u- Q. m> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
