> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
' _. Y/ I$ j& \5 \' C+ x> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

8 r" Z, }/ J4 b7 Z( D. u. n8 G> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Other duties as assigned.

1 K% f& A6 \1 E0 [: L> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
7 C9 o* j# v4 Y6 f4 p1 b> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
/ a# h" D/ T( i1 k5 ^> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
9 R1 F! r. }* W, n; \9 }7 @) y> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
4 j6 R$ }/ f( w6 ~> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
