> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
" P* N0 ~+ G3 c0 l2 Y+ t> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
; g3 {/ M: c6 [& E" O, D9 @" C+ A> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
* e+ e' P: S% O! b0 ?- G> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
4 V  P; j2 `6 r- J2 ?> · On-call after hours support required

6 P) v% U# l. [2 x+ \> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
# S4 T& f0 I9 x> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
5 P0 c: H9 u0 p. V, ^> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
& I( w" }! u2 w3 \0 m- z> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
" b! M- i/ f6 b/ l> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
+ u3 j  [' E3 R* ~5 V> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
! l7 h& i# P1 I& B$ O2 [- U- v$ l5 A> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
' j( `! l* z3 a$ X; Q> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
