> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

( y2 ^& A3 P- B3 t" |  g+ `1 P9 S4 i> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

; o; o6 D+ i6 I- g. s> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
% k2 w& Q& H: ?6 ]% }1 P, D3 T4 R6 y> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
0 y0 t* Y+ C! F9 @+ {+ R* c( V7 z> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

) T& J3 e- b* W& H$ c) B9 e9 ^$ l> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
: d- Y+ p2 K% ^1 N6 f2 W> including email, server access and print device(s).
- z0 K; B/ \# B> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
6 y8 V1 n' s3 s1 H/ U9 e> · 1 -2 years related experience.
: ~. z, A2 Y- _* L7 m; V> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
: O& M2 B9 U/ V5 I, _4 V' a> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
' z) r8 f5 R2 m- I> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
