/ F! x2 T5 U! d- d> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
  g$ B$ I) k& K> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
' _7 u( X8 Q/ k; O4 L9 ]& K> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
2 x, T1 e- c  g, k- Z> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
- W+ R8 X- O% N; b  c> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
: S* e, P4 C. h- _, s> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

- O% z, q5 ]8 m) t> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

' X1 C; F2 Z5 E. _7 v9 a> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

( q( x/ u! t8 {9 \> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
2 R! e( Q' E  s6 k% P> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
5 B3 J; V9 U) ]- q: ]> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
+ I9 a7 @; g! W8 _* c4 b> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
