> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Y) G. E2 c" t, ~% @" M3 e> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
& D0 q9 E0 Q. b4 U> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
( d9 q  w' z8 h* b' h> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
$ O9 \* n9 d2 U& k+ Y6 f! H; M" g# |> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
+ q* B; z+ O' L: m> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
# T1 V' Q, W" p9 r( A> · Maintain Active Directory.
* I7 G2 z$ Y2 z; k, L7 X> · Maintain system backups.
* A7 U4 g1 _6 t' c7 l* V> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
- L1 ^5 E- D( x0 B9 f* f, D> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
$ g# p9 X' f" O& y; |) @5 Z' X> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
& L; }. a% Q0 C( b) M3 W> and networking.
% C* ^8 D1 C8 Q> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
" Q) }3 N$ O+ N9 R/ Y> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
