> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

) Y' t7 _: @$ _/ n8 Q& R5 M> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
, C& w; Q7 F8 q7 S" D> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.

) {* W9 w  H. I> Head office support:
: b/ C7 _) @& F! Z4 H> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
: V( b& g( O4 a$ a> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

  N! u- m! |3 T" T2 n# ^6 U> including email, server access and print device(s).
  R5 w5 |( O3 {: R# h& x; _7 w7 b> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
" p0 a2 L( K  P& e- L> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
1 S8 K8 s  Y+ y9 N6 A+ S> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
: b0 l7 j+ i+ R& |! t> and networking.
0 w! e3 C2 o, j- V2 Z: V9 D> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
2 M1 `( M; `/ v* `- W4 h+ V> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
* h) d& L1 M% O. V/ N. z> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
