> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

; ]' c  g: V: t> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
1 G/ B2 k  S- G1 t& H5 p3 g- |; d) X> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
" Q: m, X2 i/ y6 o> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
# E1 c. |; P" N' k$ C2 Y' e- p5 x$ B> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
# G& ^, F+ R7 r" N. Z> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
8 |7 {6 o. e" t+ x$ K> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
! t9 b' [4 ~4 p" W; y* }" n! Y> · 1 -2 years related experience.
6 }& J0 E  o' T' i4 n> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
  o, F! m) W. K2 d- V- Y5 n> and networking.
3 k8 D  D; h+ V+ O; }7 I# C% d6 H> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
