> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
2 s3 r' Z1 Z7 c3 R7 T' e' x: A> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
" b6 b9 Q3 x/ s6 s# A2 E> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
* R6 K7 l0 H9 Y3 q  ]* k) }> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
' K8 J8 d, u6 ~> · On-call after hours support required

' B9 r: u8 P+ {> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
7 ?0 R& t' h' d1 x3 b0 }8 }> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
. g4 f, [% G$ S5 j+ {> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
, x- @2 S( z, y' S! N> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
) U0 ]3 N* e  j6 Y> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
