> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

) o+ l' i; T  l> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
+ s% ^- Z6 l+ e) F3 i  F> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
; f- B/ G+ n; }7 f> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
" ^) _- C# H/ e> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
# i$ y# E! s. {* l& M# _4 S8 J> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
' B$ K4 f: ~/ m3 @& T9 s6 k> and networking.
6 C: }' Q: \8 j, h5 ?' o% c> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
: o) w* x7 {  v8 {$ I> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
