> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

1 B5 T; p/ T& R* o' ^: w7 p  ^% h> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
6 w0 @9 v( G2 }- Q2 w> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
8 ]9 i  Y+ y/ ~7 v) D% @% W> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
: a3 a+ _' B9 Y, k; w% P, Q/ n> network, VPN, etc.

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
8 D  ~) C: n0 S  F/ H> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

  Y- S% B: ]% y& U0 M' m> including email, server access and print device(s).
/ X. D, J: h3 G! l7 I9 f> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

& P& w; ]4 ?) x* b5 f& X$ a> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
1 j7 w% D; Z5 @0 d9 p# j! W> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
1 ~! p+ L% `$ E0 D; X# s, _> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
