( ?/ n5 U; c* Q/ Q5 ^> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  r1 U# U5 P; ~; q2 C+ d2 B> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
! t3 ~8 h/ I, K> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
3 E5 P4 M' H9 R% H5 L9 x> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
% e+ r7 Q* S* i/ L2 ?> including email, server access and print device(s).

> Requirements:
+ A# \+ K" D1 V& J> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
: U1 _/ F+ m  i% \3 P0 ^2 D> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
4 f; c4 {# ^* K. B> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
