> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
9 E/ V  b+ |9 K6 h  d> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
+ o! b) V/ B6 {) g2 |8 Y& K> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
7 i0 |' |1 z) i* v! J$ P1 m> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
$ j0 H( o' _  u5 V* H! W+ @> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
5 I* r/ `0 m8 I5 H. a$ Z> network, VPN, etc.
) H7 E& `- N6 n' }! E8 g/ n& ~6 s* e> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain system backups.
9 B1 P/ M6 K6 {/ s> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
# K; H1 S5 j' D& v7 Q- Y> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
& y' x( X& h0 J5 V; w> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
+ ~$ U6 a/ m8 P> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
) P, n3 [1 n% i% t) f> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
7 K; q+ W% p+ q% _2 V& l! E7 q> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
4 B6 H" O3 M" f7 ], [/ V$ @> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
4 t. x+ M' u# b  t, G> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
