> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
. a7 I6 ]4 q0 @> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
0 H: l7 P; n: h" s. r% M> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
9 `+ t& Q& O) K/ U2 D> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
  `, o, z7 M2 R9 F> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
% f& P+ v* M' d" Z> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
: b& e  l5 ^7 {0 O> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
+ S6 }; V' c5 e) X. `> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
1 b2 g5 p! T1 j3 k* ]> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
