> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

* h3 ?  @+ m9 r8 c) j8 e> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
; O# m* m4 d4 Q0 ]> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

7 @8 N1 ]: E9 d' E0 S> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

9 n. }& P* Y0 d8 S- Y- d# s- O> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
& m4 e7 P, V3 O9 y> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.

1 v% R! H1 K' u% C' J7 r8 |> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
0 s, E: I- Q; O3 z0 Q% P> and networking.
) ^; _2 Z0 I: g7 g& Y> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
