> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

' T2 `: _- j& b+ k( |/ n2 l> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

/ g5 g0 r3 Q' @+ ]0 r  Y2 C; H> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
4 ?7 U2 v0 ]" u# G> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
" g: v0 e& h! q+ |- M> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

8 U: \" u- ^7 H; B! ~- Z> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
' u+ X% L. N/ |5 O. v> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
- v8 g% l* y" z/ W! B> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
% o% A6 ~: H% k; T' b7 E> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
! r3 _  I' X& @4 F: g* ^1 }3 o9 W> and networking.
  i' F; F, {" A8 N( e$ E> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
( `; d  g; P$ U! F> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
- W) F. P% j4 Y2 `* w> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
