& |9 a" B! C' w> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

' S4 R" e' L( C- z> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

; R% ~1 P* ]2 L# {> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
# b. \& ]0 ]8 I# P& [> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
* c. ~  Y( {7 X* [> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
/ n% Z7 Z5 A, B+ I. T3 Y2 ~( U> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
# g. r. o# S$ z; G5 r4 n1 g! u& E2 a> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

  L# x* H: m, u- _5 p$ C> Head office support:
' Q3 s/ H4 q& E9 v- T! Z> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
$ s8 t' ~; ~6 t! Q  o7 D7 F1 ]5 ~> · Maintain Active Directory.
3 \/ b6 H5 N% D6 f: x8 A- E> · Maintain system backups.
6 C4 n$ |( E& \" D0 v& T5 G> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
0 }0 Z- b- z' m' X; x8 a> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
9 G" ?; J+ y* R3 n( M& E> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
9 {  F9 ]1 ]' {- @: p1 @- p/ m> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
+ w$ [( ~$ i5 U7 H/ ]2 b> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
# M# z) O7 ~6 k5 ^- a. T( L> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
