> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
( P1 ^: b2 H9 Q& O9 o> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
+ |( l1 R/ G) P6 ^4 T  j> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
/ ~3 Y6 X8 ]' c> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
0 w$ O. L  K/ ?8 L; U> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
1 m8 X2 j& o- ^+ V6 I0 ^> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
% m. p4 K5 ~7 R+ E" g% x> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
* B( Y' v4 M2 ^- V: ?> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
9 m8 [$ h6 f2 o3 E0 U/ ?7 Y% [> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
. G( K  ?! O3 k# ?" b- A1 B> · 1 -2 years related experience.
- F, v# e! B8 m7 [3 S! T> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
