> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,

> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,

& q! H  K5 c9 ^# m> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
" u' ^  x0 O  [# c> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

3 ~9 N1 u8 }$ _> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
. g6 q1 k/ F) |5 _5 j; Y$ @> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
# s$ z& R! V( ?7 {1 e# @  f$ S> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
1 |" Z* c4 `+ i' f# W- f> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
