> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

8 d2 \% J- O, U0 W8 A# d  h$ E> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
- g7 r) R  \* z: {3 q8 ~> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
; u' P+ }& w/ r7 @, N> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
( j) x$ N1 K7 m5 p> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required
>
> Head office support:
1 R) Z( {5 t5 ~* F6 Q+ |# s. ~2 Q6 B6 H> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
( W: D# b. f: _5 W# _) z* Q> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

! e) Z) A3 \2 }+ v, M7 ]> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
& y, m3 s1 P; P, C' x> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
* `& U/ N8 d6 v5 w1 j- r> · 1 -2 years related experience.
4 Z! Z8 g* g" }& J> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
( t5 _) W3 H! L. O> and networking.
+ _* o) H* |; \> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
) w: M5 E, A- k" R3 b2 E0 {> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
; Z! d( `$ G) {' h' f> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
