> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:* Q) ]- D/ j4 J$ m: u3 b% Q2 h
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
7 |! O8 P; d: V. J" r> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.; n" D6 X: Z* J8 J" s3 m1 \
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,! p/ C. v1 v" L2 G! i
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
9 s! T* H" X* h# s, Z> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.+ n$ v, z9 l, y1 j& E# `% k. [
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
0 P% y2 p) R+ E9 O/ J6 e> network, VPN, etc.
, s p! u3 f9 [ }! Z> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
; B* e/ P/ I/ ?> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
1 G+ {! z" f. t4 x> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
" ^; O' b- g: ~6 X9 I1 t! w> · Maintain Active Directory.
$ O( F/ y( ^, E6 w+ w> · Maintain system backups.
1 U; ?& G) P& T3 n# F* N4 E> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.9 h3 ~2 W! x7 p/ O
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.' V9 p* d. P P. B
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network8 l- v3 P, J0 D1 U7 b
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> Requirements:

> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
$ E8 }9 `( Z& T> · 1 -2 years related experience.
" G/ S8 S$ T* f, T3 a> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
% H* \$ z+ ~ [$ F# R4 A" H7 }> and networking.! C1 C a6 ~" P6 y
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
! I# H, C0 _$ j1 T> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset, \( q# C9 ^% a8 R; `$ [# b" F
