> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,

> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
& W+ [' }8 o4 t6 G0 J> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
3 Q2 J5 t  `6 l( F; J) f, @> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
) w6 {% T" K: d+ U* D. n. X5 u> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

: g! Q/ n) ^: H- o( ?7 \> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
6 e, K. K2 e( U5 I> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
! w# G) C% e) F, l9 r2 q> · 1 -2 years related experience.
% S# ^: u) r4 v' m5 r$ Y- o> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
/ @6 R* T) t' _> and networking.
1 D( n. k4 |8 q$ ^( g> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
# Y1 h& K2 _0 D& V2 X> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
