% V- ?5 \! o3 C7 X6 s  V> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
% H& O* Y- ?; W9 k6 N( _  ^' s& E% F> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
; o8 m# t( J3 u4 S# q  J> network, VPN, etc.
5 r, \* ~% ?" l; x- O0 S> · On-call after hours support required

> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
) P/ h& U2 W/ A0 r4 E1 P6 `9 g> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
$ L* C# R! A  m1 Z. D2 z: y- o! x> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
' H# I' o7 [2 j3 Y4 S) d9 x> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
% t2 I7 F1 H  i( `0 r0 }3 J, J> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
