> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
# y% t5 ~0 H2 B" @/ h> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
5 {" ?/ {5 L4 R6 r) @  {> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

( O: h! L9 O0 D6 g> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
! m4 E! k* J4 Y/ e! D> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
: s. H" F- p& `: o4 c& u( K> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
7 c. w5 K0 T! N1 `1 g6 m> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
