> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
1 p- ?- F- C/ n* V: E' `: q> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
: I0 k; T3 S: G> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

9 g- }0 \. r9 i8 C& _2 O, x> · Maintain system backups.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
$ T9 v7 y7 Y) l4 B! G; ?" e> Sciences or equivalent work experience.

> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
