> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
5 @* e4 j1 W) x. D" A> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
- l1 f7 M5 ~( y! k& @> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
& s* K* q  b" S# T; r# r( z> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
3 ^- R' Q9 B( t> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
5 m& ^- L1 Q) r% D* O$ F+ y4 G> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
3 [9 I# M: _' A* h, T9 D> · 1 -2 years related experience.
+ {( p7 o7 e' h/ Y+ C" G) E' z/ D& s> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
1 k; n( I: V; V5 x* L> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
4 M  l2 g1 p$ f. W' z* ^$ t> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
