> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

' ~( v3 U( R. H) z5 M9 g> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
" r: f' y" ~7 O* Q) E> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
" o( f# a! {0 ?* x7 h0 L6 L" }> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
1 l0 z' W+ G5 H2 p# {> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
1 O) I, `3 S, O2 @# K> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
. _& J# N. j+ I6 H. x6 K( Y3 }  Y' B, T> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
9 _  c8 C8 x3 b- P" ?> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
- @* x$ z$ [6 @+ A> network, VPN, etc.
* @9 ~0 ?/ o7 W  r$ d  f> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
) V2 C$ T& e& e> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
8 d3 \- G9 P& w> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
# _  v3 Q& V$ Y> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.

' G7 N' f+ ^) A> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
