> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,

> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
4 P+ D& X! {. K. i  Q, u7 g> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
4 C# ?$ P) Q1 K3 e5 p3 ^> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
7 u( Z, u& U- c6 b/ p  ~> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
  C( L& T, o) n# H: {> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
  P1 A* b  I1 \! i8 t; E> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
! U- V6 H8 ?' s' e6 A% o$ N' X7 w> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
