> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
' e, d) H+ _+ E$ E: S/ B% ^* f>
( e  G( r# K  q7 K& z# u> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
8 }+ b6 n$ V; t* o3 J5 y. {' c( X> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
6 Y2 d" b0 R7 K* H3 S$ ^> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
( T. n4 P4 {6 w) h$ x> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
0 N. l/ m4 Q3 C9 f/ x6 h0 }> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
" F7 f6 N& p( O> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
2 x7 {8 n4 F" ]; v> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
4 r* L4 \# e6 v! v> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

4 P, {3 c: c2 H7 ]1 M$ `> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

7 x4 o/ x6 @  I9 U> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
% M2 S# y  f3 j0 f5 X8 e0 u' c> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
2 x/ K! y8 C4 P, ]+ @$ G> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
! \8 |* r: w* _> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
