> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

! H  h% k: f0 j  ~' X4 X2 y> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
+ P& v) O# z% P) A9 U# Z> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
% x* J, {3 t2 z1 }> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
, \0 a# C; H) H> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
% r* M2 |0 @1 |! }  V0 W- Z) E( V> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
# Y5 ^0 k' k0 |2 }1 e7 G> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

8 I! n7 r9 \  D> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
& D8 |3 _& v0 X0 [> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

+ P! z; G: q; y( K2 F1 z> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
- N( C% D/ X; |, z5 \- h0 l  T> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
0 r% c# g, e8 Z! b' n1 ]> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
) }: F8 g7 K. c2 `+ }6 ?; b+ o3 b> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.

! J$ V: {5 h/ D# ?4 O' S/ z> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
