> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
* I$ r) V+ W4 h9 x( U& {  r> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
7 \- u+ C$ ~6 T3 p> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
5 P7 g1 |4 \2 Y1 S> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

" ^! B! ~, s1 i: j* H> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
" z8 e3 ]$ Z, ^0 m> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
! n/ X) t4 e! w+ l& E. S> · 1 -2 years related experience.
0 i: x; J' K" L> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
. g9 ]$ t# U9 Z! {> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
# h4 G% E) x7 l3 P5 l& Z$ h, A' r1 D> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
