> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
( X: C% x! m/ D, R> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
6 y0 X6 T/ j' R> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
" Y2 x& Q# T/ y$ q( }5 O8 k> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
2 l+ w- c6 c, g5 @5 f> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
( O3 ?/ p1 v8 f: z% V> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
* e2 `+ J- T: ?4 y0 o> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
& y, J/ S2 s2 w8 \# G> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
; z) u7 t' ^7 Z6 J# S8 P+ M1 {3 _> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
8 n8 p: i0 [; N0 W> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
1 B$ x7 m  g0 Y  V> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
