: B& x( [$ i8 t> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
1 x  w1 b/ {% }$ ^7 c* K+ K> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
0 S; `. \4 y# _3 ]) v9 s; d/ N* r> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
$ B# y* Z! v7 e: a1 v> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
$ w+ D" G( _/ A1 o% A" J> network, VPN, etc.
, y8 h3 T$ ?. @) f6 q8 \> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.

! X* _4 k/ W2 N> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

; [; H4 L& |- e# J> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
/ ]1 Q+ {) @- z: J1 \> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
2 Y2 h7 ?5 ?$ D2 ?) \9 M& a. B. `> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
" y9 m# u, R" Y8 q- |; U> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
9 {. C$ k1 J* e7 P> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
  a. Z; v# ?+ x- i/ X2 N% N* r0 _1 |* L> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
