! C5 g$ [) g. {. Z> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

& u1 W; V9 V+ A> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
# _: Y. x$ a. p> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
, H1 b4 `4 q4 d6 x2 s% p5 J5 G1 o> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
/ g; J- G/ b" _, \8 ^% o> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
7 Y% i! v6 e0 N# Y) l> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
4 Q6 h: V  R2 i  g> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

+ Q) |( u( `' `/ j1 E7 v! Y& H) d> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
5 q/ p  G& s4 F) ~" w, v> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
* r$ Y% p; B$ u% R( p& j& y> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
+ _& B+ I2 X) @( s, J8 D> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
