> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
1 k/ x% C: ~6 e> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
! u! ^+ l$ Q+ q: z) |3 ^3 N> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
, c( s# W9 Q! ]$ T/ T) m0 A> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
6 q6 ^& }6 l' ]) V> network, VPN, etc.

> Head office support:
1 j) o2 a3 Y+ @, T2 _! G> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
9 T# r1 {4 Q6 M/ ?5 K> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
. b: M  L# n! Y" a; m: N> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
& W4 R6 e. M2 V% G> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
