> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

( X" a/ M5 c1 {7 }) M& `+ F> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
& E7 @2 V7 E0 s- B. \# K> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
) q- z  i; y+ ]6 `! h5 p1 f- X> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
/ |- [2 G% P( {* Q4 e+ \7 i# a( M> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
* a- e3 Y5 m- r> network, VPN, etc.
0 ^! q5 H0 `3 w) `+ b5 D  O+ G> · On-call after hours support required

! o8 H" c0 O# [0 F4 [- Z> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

; o3 d- T8 T; U; s> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
) y# _2 X. Z, d. G* e# a* ~4 V# i> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
4 c- p9 Y) d% Z& C/ Z$ m> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
5 J0 G  o+ A# T) I/ \9 f/ B> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
( k+ a4 n" H$ I+ ]' }> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
