> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:

> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.

2 j5 A! q5 z& c4 [> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
& [- G' P; q, ?7 u: W* d0 Z- B) F> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
8 u5 b7 z9 H% i! m0 U, y. ~> network, VPN, etc.
3 E( @9 ^8 v- ~7 y& q# `0 a/ R5 N> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
% h2 y) S) P! D- Y> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

; |$ N, k9 ?2 d> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

( z8 o% R% Q6 Q> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
$ T1 c7 W) m3 i: E4 s3 b& B/ Q> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
