> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

8 ]9 r  G/ s2 @> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
  r2 o' v$ r9 l: k+ R> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
" K" }- _6 h7 z3 u/ K* R> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
9 L4 u+ n* e, o6 O+ N, _. J> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
5 i- J, p5 L2 i' v> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
5 p, I2 w7 n. h4 Z> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
