> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:

> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,

> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
5 u8 ]+ `) k( u1 ^> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

& V. c  P2 ]8 B/ i6 g  G> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

- Y" K4 e9 B5 B' Q! v( Y> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
- A7 q: f9 P2 \; y> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
+ E, Q& B0 Y+ e; f3 B. v> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
: v! L) ?, K8 T) }" N3 X5 ^! z1 ~> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
! u2 y' h6 R1 J. c; g5 f> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
8 s6 k4 L% o0 p0 b6 Z- _! p> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
4 `) W/ m  O' d' J) D, x> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
