> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

) Q9 {! I- }( y9 Y  Q' @> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

2 l' y# q: Z' D; X) g/ G3 m* q> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
: H, {- r; `+ ]5 A> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
' y3 N% Q# _, k: Z> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
. l+ C6 \1 _: s' W( }- E> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
5 B0 W7 p, O/ y, d3 H2 i" k& J> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
( S* \% q% m' r' B5 q. H> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
+ i' U; l; o* S. ]" `* h> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
9 X7 L% Q9 Y) t/ Y> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
. @; v3 p! D6 X7 F> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
  N2 i4 Z6 _9 u5 J$ H- V; R> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
- \8 F- D3 ?; }8 P2 _. U3 D" R> · 1 -2 years related experience.
5 ?8 E+ B5 g" d, L( w: \> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
- x8 q7 ]3 o( i5 ]3 m/ T) ^0 m% W> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
7 C' l) k# s9 k& B- ^> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
