> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
3 {* \; A$ u. X7 h8 S> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
) v3 o8 |, G3 C, c$ w5 F> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
9 |/ S# Y3 u4 @0 I' @> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
( w0 l7 k, B( _3 r> · 1 -2 years related experience.
+ _; v  G. B8 u> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
7 K0 a9 W7 ~! g. Y5 n  l> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
