> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

2 n. N7 }6 x: g( F8 P& i> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
; G' v7 G8 S6 e! T' B" m> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
( _- H# E) ?% M1 A. t6 ?0 ^> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
! q0 @% a5 A8 M3 z  }# p8 P> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
6 d5 u9 H8 p3 w> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

* ~$ f2 i4 _0 a) h+ H' f> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

9 R) V! g' e( {0 X: e> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
$ n0 O6 I5 J+ v* h/ ?  K2 \> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
& O, R& A- s& |1 y: l) U5 p7 z" S> · 1 -2 years related experience.
/ _( K% q& t2 j3 E. \7 ?2 {> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset

> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
