> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
1 o6 Y/ L0 e8 |* c4 @, T> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
; g0 z+ _9 p* Z; |+ t) R/ k1 T5 m> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  j3 J0 ^4 o/ }0 v> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
7 [6 i8 J: h) \0 t> network, VPN, etc.

> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

; X1 p+ y; H# S4 m; I7 b# P5 \> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
7 W1 E7 T! _* @- Q3 R2 w> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
' K  f( N4 |; z( x) _  a( `> · 1 -2 years related experience.
0 m- c0 A% I7 F& q* \2 J/ C> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
! ~% y  i/ ]/ a; h. j: v8 X$ s/ x# G> and networking.
+ R0 ?! h3 |, N# w' p, Q, p) U> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
