> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,

> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

( V6 _- \$ f2 o* E* ^! J> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.
+ @  v$ K1 i/ A/ X% H0 o> · Maintain system backups.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Other duties as assigned.

  }+ [# p1 M5 z> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
" u* W8 p% I( @- T: B# u% W> · 1 -2 years related experience.
. D4 F) p( V4 }8 ]4 d; U6 k> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
" v; f6 r( Z7 {9 e; Z> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
