> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

0 x* {5 q: h" H. c) K2 S/ U. V> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

; `6 M, V5 R6 l> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
& p% [; ]6 i6 A5 J4 b> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
3 v" B' C+ Z( V5 m& B9 l4 j> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
2 Y. d+ S' f5 t- N, [> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
$ F) P4 J$ U# R6 \$ X/ e, V" v> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

' j% d! G& r: u+ }' L> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
, @8 r# H: f! C) V> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
! q5 _/ f% o7 L# U. D> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
8 X3 J% ]" m1 X- n8 K; G; I8 R6 |> and networking.
- @) S3 f, A4 t3 t/ P> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
5 w$ n3 L- I3 }> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
