* Y4 P2 p1 \  Y+ X+ Q/ I  ]$ R> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

: g. c3 V3 b# [2 _+ T> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
& L1 H2 C0 d4 l( O> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
/ F1 [5 A) ^. J9 [" i5 V> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
; f2 S+ R9 O( G' G0 r3 T> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

, I: d6 K$ H- Y- K3 o5 Y> Head office support:
2 w$ U  Z" t- u; m7 U# |> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
$ `+ F$ u$ l+ o" ]  X) @> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
- L4 ^: t  B5 ?* W* `  u> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

: n8 f- m5 \) K3 P> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
7 U9 j+ L" I9 J+ O> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
, s$ n( a- }3 {8 l: A2 s> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
) j( q5 m/ b. D0 M! i; p> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
