> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,

> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
3 M, r) C) z" T+ S. P> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
* J7 _  s  ]& o% l> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
, t' z+ d% f2 J( W6 p> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
. [0 T" v, D' S$ E% x. G> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
! R) U' ]) V# f- j2 F> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
" p# t* T2 T" n1 S> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
& ?/ L; \& k5 @' N4 d+ l9 d0 n+ E3 C7 f> · 1 -2 years related experience.
9 @" ]9 u. n& l! n> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
. k; K+ c8 {( m> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
