4 f& p2 S8 K+ c) a5 ~/ f3 j> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
6 o. z3 O) F4 X- N! W! O) T! [> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
, l' E$ \& j* W' {- Z# ?7 `> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
/ P8 y2 v& Z: Q2 R& c. K, a> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
) T8 Q5 u3 C9 f5 `$ C2 s1 J> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
% h/ N& i( j! [1 S( x& ]3 {& P> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Other duties as assigned.

/ n* O4 d; h; `, i> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
, A% T& k; e) F2 w> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
: @4 i/ Y/ f% u* N, H> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
9 E4 H2 _9 z! T+ N8 K> and networking.
! E* o8 d6 T  x% \$ N2 d9 I) ^1 }> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
