4 Z1 G4 T! f7 Q3 p* _. h> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
/ l% \- |* ]7 z# [( j+ m> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
  N  K) Q$ m$ C) L, \> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
/ m7 C+ ^7 U0 N0 O% i4 i> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
; z1 r0 E1 j+ J1 z8 ?9 N. `2 y3 S> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
$ E4 L, a) n/ d+ S+ R> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
0 M( ^  y( f# _* R8 K9 [  M' t2 i> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
% a2 Z2 V  o4 ^% n3 G1 v> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:

  R' R: ^) C" M3 v# [/ f; Y> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

1 q" x- O. s4 C6 J> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
& u" M. U( n' m0 G  C6 f; Q8 }1 ]+ D> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

4 Q& D6 k9 O7 K+ n5 Q> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
% R( ~/ E% B! ?3 ^1 f' V* b> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
+ x; @) E  D  V9 l2 L; z, z> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
0 ~+ f0 x# S0 ?7 }* `- p> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
: z5 p4 z4 o/ S/ @> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
