> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

2 k, H, t! M9 d0 z> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

1 F. A. e4 r, o! R+ D> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
* b6 N/ y6 K# j# u0 b> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
( K8 ~$ l/ U; _: D6 s1 b, e( r( k2 A. N> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

/ `5 k0 z* `, u> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
$ j1 B! _3 }+ S> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
# T" r) N% X2 t5 F$ m5 b# r> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
) ?, K0 b- H6 {) O$ D: I' \> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
! _/ D3 L* s  j+ a& [2 d> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
( I  J, Z4 w/ q+ u2 `. b7 M; F> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
- O% p, @' l' \. B  d9 v& m> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
5 i( ^8 J  N/ d& V9 w+ `9 _> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
