> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
! n5 o  s4 K' J- o5 ?+ ?> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
- `: o7 [/ C$ w6 k> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
& n3 @  c1 K+ G( y> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
% U/ e. E( n- s2 A4 X' F- q$ k0 F> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.

- J, I5 L/ A# ^: H8 q: A> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
0 y1 r% \2 O# e* R8 _> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
8 y* ?+ {+ |, w( ?8 E, W> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
