> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.

> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.

> Head office support:

> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

. R- c5 c( f. c$ @9 P> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer

> · 1 -2 years related experience.
* e- o  l4 [9 L- `! q; T> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
5 U' i: W* ^) |& n> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
