8 P5 V2 ~1 V) e. n> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
2 e9 }5 V# @3 X4 B, [! B* c! ~" k& Q# ?> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> including email, server access and print device(s).
# T& X: M& P; D$ A  c2 G> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
9 g' Y3 u9 H9 ~- ^' s& K: \> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
9 p$ W/ O+ C  U; o* i> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
% v$ d0 B+ b: K+ L/ @> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
0 Z+ X3 t7 T! Z9 J: g' \( }> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
; ?3 z: w# w: H$ `+ H. }> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
