> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

. F, p. G4 K. f> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
  u2 g* l8 G$ \& `5 V> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
" b0 o/ R0 B- a( O1 c% b> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
+ h0 N2 i' K) p% x' m0 w> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
' ~+ r' U9 d( X2 G3 M6 u: C( R" X4 ]3 D> network, VPN, etc.
, [" X- E' X5 P4 r; g5 u> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
% e; T: x1 S1 _> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
/ B0 v+ M& B2 A! U' F9 ?) z# p- H> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> Requirements:

> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email

> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
& Q' Q+ v2 v" \5 U> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
