> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
9 n5 S% X4 C5 M, z) F> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
$ T5 i% P7 U5 H  \$ J3 U" x4 i> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
; y# W% w  B. z# O' q' h2 Z> · On-call after hours support required

* f3 z' a' t% L. a" G* o: ]8 k> Head office support:
) [  t, i0 W  R' A> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
$ m3 K4 Q8 z- X# A' E> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
# s4 v- L. E( s4 n7 F4 f> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
& A: m$ r" `0 |8 b; f> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
% V, q3 O4 h, S  k- G> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
# j- u- v0 E5 Z7 H> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
& U" x4 {1 L7 U! ~> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
* V4 E* K, ]' A> and networking.
4 J/ s  I) y: s0 O+ @; o> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
" X" ^1 c' K' t7 V> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
