1 e5 B% j, l" E; d$ \0 _5 Z> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
, h8 y) |$ o: i> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
" |* \$ p3 c) K> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
" q" i8 e$ U; t6 \> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
$ b, x  B! N& I# a$ H; M> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
/ D4 L+ E8 C1 n) V> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
2 E8 N1 U( c# n* \+ H& e+ D6 p; q$ l- ~  R> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
) {: ^! ?: Q/ i0 ?9 G2 ~) W* l> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
/ C) |: J2 X9 `> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
+ }" g$ g, g$ z7 {7 c* ~> and networking.
4 w/ t/ e9 W* z2 `> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
& E% l) `4 M; ]5 K! y! e> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
