> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
3 q5 \! v  [: v3 @> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
. r, m0 |* P6 }9 V* q> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
0 Z! p* W, z! g# Z0 ]> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
" g: h* P4 E& s> network, VPN, etc.
5 ?' c* e1 @8 a* b> · On-call after hours support required

0 L' i% g% [( w, T" s8 A- A> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
( J* F, s+ Q; C( ]) E6 I> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
+ u0 `. d8 Y& t8 H' f4 v5 G> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
7 u/ n$ `+ Z! ]% F* s> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
! Y# G% d3 l. R- `> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
+ ^3 O+ L' d1 G, n7 a> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
/ B6 V8 G' @2 k3 u> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
