( m$ s5 ^! x6 z+ V7 C# x> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

' Q8 I' X- R& c! B. Y> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
* {  g' Z# }: h- Y( n- I> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
( u" k, b4 w) W6 r( Z1 ^> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
( q! ?! L1 f* b9 ~> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
: s: c6 `6 \* A* {> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
  U' M4 H4 |* s. O  @> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
4 p1 V0 L8 C+ t% m' E> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
; N+ H$ s+ C3 b' @! v4 |0 L/ j> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
