> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
0 F. I/ H2 Q- q' N> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
& @/ b* k* X" u" C6 L- V. `> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
  T/ O. b( L* B" q1 p4 z; f> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
1 T1 X, A! \* _) m) C8 p> · On-call after hours support required
>
> Head office support:
( G- N4 ]# t5 s+ E5 l7 c7 g> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
% D+ j) }; Z2 {! l> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
& f# P& ^9 |- S5 J# d> including email, server access and print device(s).

> Requirements:
9 Y6 q. f4 q3 D1 K& P> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
: m% n) s' W& c8 F' x9 {> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
' o9 @8 |- u$ N0 T/ [> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
  e- _( Q1 M+ Y$ p, U# Q7 L1 F3 z> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
