> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
3 d7 w: i% p  w/ Y. B1 J# V) s> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
# P# G* D% G6 i8 M+ S7 {8 d> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
/ j5 Y" ?2 |* Y3 ]8 a" G  k5 G# p> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
: m; j! z: v8 k0 H% p6 X$ m> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required
>
> Head office support:
; B) o+ Z. n4 Y; \' E3 x- Q> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

% b; r5 c+ H* ^4 A8 y% |7 d> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
( T+ n. j# V: [& w4 y> Sciences or equivalent work experience.

> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
. d! R/ k( }! G0 b6 k> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
7 V/ G1 }9 b5 K8 M> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
4 }1 x6 L& u3 t> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
