> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
5 b" J( L' q' I; V& c> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.

> · Maintain system backups.

> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
+ o% T& m( V1 x; a- Z. ]> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
& ?, ?1 {+ P! r5 a3 d  p7 ]9 F" S# |> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
