> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

8 l% Q2 R- W. f4 K> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
; X0 g8 c2 m( B8 [/ ~3 r. ^> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
$ Y  `4 i  H4 h8 ^- A> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
% D8 d( \: X6 {- x5 ?% d7 A& {! s> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,

) l, z- [9 U; d, G% y> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

; e' z6 f; B% x  g; Q& J> · Maintain system backups.

> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email

> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
