> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

. o7 y$ |) {; {  y4 D9 ?3 N% N> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

4 e/ H8 j* R5 W9 O> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
( O0 z0 w' c/ t% |; h% g1 V> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
. k) P. Q! x/ u  O* ?( x& d2 T  S; L. N> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
4 ]5 n0 O, \( E1 h> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
: ]9 k8 b" _) F" ?/ m( y4 W) _> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
& h1 O  `4 H" A1 B0 r7 z2 c> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required
>
> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
) p: s" {% N/ m, m> · Maintain Active Directory.
* @3 u3 U& K: V> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

; M! F4 N9 Q* {9 `' Y9 K> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
' A* I) W/ D/ W% Q" j( _% \, |> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
/ O: Q) @  D, J: r$ Y> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
( _7 l. F8 p1 \6 N0 j> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
- r& @( L% ^- [> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
