> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

, C6 W2 {% m& N1 t% U& @( n' M8 f> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,

+ o, k' ~! X* J2 Q1 L+ ]( Z> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
/ [1 j2 d: i  j9 }+ v> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
) P* B% L0 H6 n. C4 E3 i> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
* E! Y" s% q; y9 u> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
# P; W# D3 h" e+ \2 W' v> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
5 G$ r( M1 ?. n' K# z  {+ f> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
