> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- }# Y& E: n3 X6 v> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
# w& P9 n4 p& H+ H> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
3 p: {# y8 m* K5 n4 N> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
& S. q4 @1 I4 `6 |5 n1 L' X4 H> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
+ E* A2 @1 _) f0 {& _: Q, s> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
; T' Q! Q# J) h7 \) q7 Y> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
. a* f* |& v" c$ }> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
; g1 S6 w# Q; E% f! J' \9 T+ O> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
4 {5 f9 `* U) P> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
