> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
) C% F% Z/ O, {+ `> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
& t$ g+ v4 m) W. q2 `> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
# W: Q2 g; b( R3 _" y" C. x" C> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

- ]( L1 |+ G6 G+ ]- l! K> Head office support:
* ^& w, c1 C5 }/ y> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
; @. I  a8 o* H' g, F> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
' t2 I3 J+ u% B8 u4 x> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
9 A2 r6 A" {/ ~, G> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
9 f7 F5 J8 W; A3 W* W2 G( W( l> including email, server access and print device(s).
* m( _' Y* d7 j> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
8 K6 o  e, }7 V, R> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
" w: a3 a7 S" v( Z4 x7 g1 o4 W+ H, O> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
3 o2 i% P& [; ?' Q* j> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
