> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
0 |" Z+ C) G  u> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
# H& n" j5 V) K- p> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  z8 r' i" q( ]- z4 G) E> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
+ l0 K0 o# J! L+ p  \5 O8 ^+ M> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

. f$ R# e% E! i8 @7 M. H4 O> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

5 l, |" u. C* D/ V+ V# ?% M8 d& O> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
$ ?7 B# }7 Y1 M: G; v> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
# H; H% Q( H  W" C, o> and networking.
% H% `* b/ s1 G( X2 @" U+ J' T, k> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset

> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
