> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

  N/ T8 f9 M, k5 B% `  D8 N> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

+ @, X& e% k$ \: p, L, Z. J; H> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
$ V3 u% s! Y2 i8 H4 p> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
% I3 k/ R8 w0 _> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
/ ^! x- i. m/ z, z> network, VPN, etc.
; K4 f! i9 y8 Z; ~> · On-call after hours support required

* k) d" O  N: O# n> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
) e( _9 r, r# R* c$ s> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
" c$ U" z1 Z3 Z/ U2 t, B> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
$ R0 `0 C/ O+ ?3 Y2 L( a> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
+ G4 @1 _4 T/ _> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
: ?4 D0 N" d0 R; Q- W> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
8 j0 v$ C' C2 m2 t7 O& Z> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
