> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

9 M- x( G1 x3 W: i> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
! K% [/ n) y6 v9 I4 ~; P> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
( T: O, |% H, j; Y6 U0 g> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
8 Y( r; q* Q  N8 O% Z> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
; ~) ?( u, s( G1 R9 W> network, VPN, etc.
/ f+ {8 G$ u$ K. Q4 a, I, t> · On-call after hours support required

* {/ D1 N1 S! ~- I> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
# U) B) T' w* o2 Z0 X> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

3 n) f. K5 D: R5 R& K> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
: [" ?% L: z0 U* `; `> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
/ j5 N- W7 E3 N6 y/ A4 g( j> · 1 -2 years related experience.
8 n6 Z/ a. R% x& |> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
# x" Z* q. |/ A& I/ p* x- @0 a> and networking.
7 w, D: W. U3 K+ J$ X> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
