2 D7 L8 M. ?2 o% k& S! `> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
- w8 R4 m9 J. j> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
, D; C6 K2 R2 p/ J' G- B> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
0 {  X- v7 O' w5 V; `- S1 i7 A, D> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
+ M5 \9 M+ M& j1 ?1 h> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:

> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

/ a  t  o7 D1 q> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
. F4 q) z, J5 ?3 @7 t" k; u> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
7 ]* t( E% ]$ i5 k+ c3 O2 T* M3 X> · 1 -2 years related experience.
' x( `* m. a; T/ ?> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
" o' H7 N1 \  N5 P/ H* B# }0 k> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
# ^5 \) T1 h  q. ^> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
- c/ O2 W$ t( p1 k; q0 Y$ q> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
