: ^' N0 J+ @( h. \+ ?4 a  z2 u> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
1 u4 T) ?* R8 p6 ^5 s9 X>
> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
% ~2 j8 R8 H0 f& W> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
) E6 C( h# _% J4 i> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain system backups.
# l* N5 Q% a/ u- W> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Other duties as assigned.

  Y  O8 D$ ]5 ]* p/ f0 o8 G) T> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
' `! E6 r* q9 M9 A- H9 O' M> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
% e# q- l  Z  P( _; t8 b4 L( w> and networking.
4 O& h, T, C* c$ Q7 e4 w> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
' ~, {6 X% l1 ~1 H> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
6 E8 l& z4 l' s6 r> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
