> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
' r3 E8 f* m. Y$ M> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

* ^+ {5 W8 ^3 A9 V1 }) w3 K9 a> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

5 X& }( H9 y. W& T% {! Z> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
* Q" T+ `- O" {6 m- R. w  u6 R> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
' U4 E/ Z9 s2 n( S> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
. e, c: d  l. G) n> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
; Q4 ?9 j3 d% v$ b1 P> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
1 e& t$ S3 c5 \! q( t> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
3 `3 r+ [$ B- c( p% p6 T> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
& E. {2 _, H1 n# M# N/ v> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
7 P( B  m5 E% w! K7 u. j> · Maintain Active Directory.
3 `& V! i1 @- Q9 b3 _, G> · Maintain system backups.
/ S: s" X( l* F$ J6 J" A> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
8 s9 v; |1 G* U3 H: G  f$ e> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
' }" t$ K5 @$ l$ M/ r  E2 R> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
( c, t2 {4 e2 n. [7 W> including email, server access and print device(s).
3 o8 Q, Z: `+ D6 V, Z& }5 O> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
) L" o5 e. A+ U! B> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
( w" Y2 h. V* P' T5 R* d> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
& b( D! P8 D' X4 u% v' L. w> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
6 b. {4 u6 x0 i/ G# ^! O7 s> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
