; W- }# w+ ?/ e. i> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
6 X) i- D% `7 G6 r> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
3 t1 r$ Z' T3 w> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

; o! G: B+ S- F& X1 Z& T> Head office support:
# e/ W% }2 v$ S* Z! y7 Z9 C> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
' R5 _3 z4 k1 h9 v> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Other duties as assigned.

9 R4 S/ L" q+ Y* b- x> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
, K- [9 E+ |# u> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
- C2 N( d* m1 m2 M2 R  ^> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
4 y* {8 ?" A1 n9 A4 l  M* h7 |' e0 Y3 x> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
