> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
4 ^# J" ~! l7 y8 b7 R, L6 l2 J1 M6 e> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
; D' o  }, M0 |# ~* m> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
" J$ Q! R, Q' F: [: e( U> network, VPN, etc.

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
) m# s& ^; v  }& P4 J> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
- D: v8 C1 ~% W2 B( y2 `4 r: U> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
" V% p1 G$ t" d: J! @> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
3 Q& }( I  K% N> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
