1 @% ], x$ {/ q' o5 s> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
>
> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
7 n, `* `$ c) s4 \$ M2 _( Z8 z# |1 Y> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
7 I* l1 k5 {8 c! s  C& D> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
6 h" p: ^1 f4 i5 ?0 l* e> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required
>
7 n$ s4 G( ^+ Y, U# q> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
8 d( D2 Y7 h# L& V, r( ~> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
# C: W% C, l. D4 `8 C> · Maintain Active Directory.
8 t; X. B' Z. B> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
/ R4 @( P5 v) n6 G% V3 A> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
5 u9 p9 F; F( A6 W7 |5 p2 }> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
# y1 v6 U& D4 M0 b( a# ~! a> · 1 -2 years related experience.
0 ~1 u2 j6 C& d5 r2 U> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
2 }7 b$ U; K9 Y- n8 u5 i1 p/ u> and networking.
2 Z, T2 f, x9 a) D9 D, ?9 L6 C> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
( d0 c' E& \8 i& V- E4 P> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
8 h1 I* H1 \+ R! m: @/ J! D> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
