> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

" P$ |! r8 t6 M- V> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
+ Q  L1 n9 z: q. o> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
& {0 G: ]# \. o3 H) A: J> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
3 q) w$ c$ g1 h+ h5 F7 L# Q> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.

) v: E. n. K) W7 ?5 V+ X> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
/ O5 W3 n8 K( h+ ~/ A> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
0 K. O( h! J3 ?3 [# x1 @/ q> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
# o6 z- p% h+ L8 ^" @3 ]2 M7 c5 }6 F> including email, server access and print device(s).
5 N+ [8 U. q' E> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
; L/ J& C# X0 [3 x9 G3 w  G# r> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
# a- H/ u5 X1 W- q> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
5 N* d7 @' [  i% \> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
