6 v. {4 t  g" S. z> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

: c, b! s( c) V' L  m# C> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

. C% F2 a9 Y  N) ]! I% J2 j( L> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
% c5 F& e2 V' R; K> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
% Y/ ]7 R; x- q) O> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
) j1 w6 f0 v- l3 U4 j> · On-call after hours support required

( J$ t1 f3 J! E> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
! c, u! N* j- c9 M( w+ ]" _> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
* Q8 Y: i7 T& O! X" X6 y> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
/ r3 F+ w" N$ o% w> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
* [* b, }( Z; _- M% u> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
