> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

6 Z; O9 g9 O. f> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
( N$ ]* r0 T) V% W+ Y+ A> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
$ u( [' ~& @8 {" Q" G& Y. \> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
4 _+ @9 v6 }0 A- B0 K- f5 o> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.

# C% \- p% B6 l0 J. A" c> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
/ }- ]& }5 |& A" A3 h3 s/ x> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> including email, server access and print device(s).

> Requirements:
1 g" r9 U2 y) {/ O/ l> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
% X/ ^. I) G% R0 i" ^3 f2 k> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
! x9 I; V, Q: _! E> · 1 -2 years related experience.
! g2 ~9 S) p8 X! w> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
( t& h, A$ h; F* U% A# U> and networking.
  \+ f8 |$ ]8 T% U> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
