% \3 d' {! k) j9 b# w; A7 W> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
: r- P0 Z) M8 i> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
2 d, o8 C: `1 {& l> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required
>
> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
& |/ p/ h; u  e& p# _0 q9 c> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

5 z1 D: z. F1 g> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
7 y7 n0 [$ s, Y% j, a0 p* v> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
5 Y) i. O  \, a0 ^! P> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
