, g+ N; I! y$ }: z4 {> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
* [4 Q% v. k- J  b% V> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
4 M1 `( F1 W5 m7 }9 N; \- f> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
. |* u3 S! x4 M+ {> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
( i1 M" g# J% S> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
$ ^) o- B* ?' S7 `( R> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
6 [( N; y  n- ~+ s> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
+ u0 x0 U- }2 }> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
) |% U) P# g/ M* L% S3 \* `! \> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
. v- y" J" Y' M* l, Y5 C6 i9 g> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
: ]* |% `/ ^7 B( Z' \3 b4 u> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
