> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

* E. E( J" C! }5 T: Q# L# Z> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
  p; O* k- p; a% n  `> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
* @1 B& z; j9 `0 n1 c, w> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
3 b: K- {  u- t> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
; U' u  h6 z' Z5 J> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
  n6 n& `, e4 ~4 p> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
; l- M9 S6 x. H7 s> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
/ G2 x5 ^4 w) {9 t$ s> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
( [6 X) s) Z1 q8 K! K5 B" U> · 1 -2 years related experience.
$ d7 ^) |  z8 e- o- N$ D> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
* f& {" I- C  u1 A, j/ u: D> and networking.
5 ~  a- P% Y  B6 y: ~4 \1 I> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
7 \$ ~: b0 ?! [/ H7 K2 F> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
