> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

* M* T1 l. s( u/ \- o+ g1 n" W> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.

> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
# c& c: I& S  h- V4 ?( N. b* F> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
. n$ T4 V% n: h> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
