> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
, V( n3 v- k0 h/ Y7 U3 i> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
0 m1 A0 y0 t$ R9 n+ c. M> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
" F  @$ M% J% H1 W3 T2 Z6 h> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
, u# O6 X# @' ]% c+ A4 w* G> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
  z* \1 Q6 [: \/ B, N- ~# W8 o7 V> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
