> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

) o1 M9 R( N, ~> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
9 q) U4 Q/ |" Q! I9 V& J> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
! F, M5 f' n* a9 z9 m* m7 \> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
1 q% K+ v" Z3 i, ^8 K> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
: Q. S& |: `9 Y, O> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
) C. o1 j; M6 ~! c> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
; H* J4 M, O2 V0 a1 u> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
. w; d  m) w3 i/ x> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
; m3 K5 R& N  ], M- x> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
& G+ C1 z3 V  f, @) q, x1 c> and networking.
7 I% Z) c$ {: @6 ]5 W3 Z> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
+ A  N5 E/ X& b" @; l> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
/ b0 s; g) x1 F. d> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
! L8 i* c& B, _> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
