> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

; z) Y/ g& c" Q6 q> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
& P9 i% g# v1 n: R, F' h3 K3 `7 z> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
, H& o, d' k: Y5 s> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

; I% w1 c0 T5 N> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> Requirements:
. |+ B0 [4 k# U0 N% b) ?+ ~1 m> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
+ J  z# z* s, e" L> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
- W# C" }( o6 g' L# j> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
