> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
: L6 m5 ]5 ^# F+ q8 C> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
6 O' j. I4 z- e1 A3 }# l> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
) n$ z% h. l" {4 k> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
; V8 K2 q+ c; p- a5 S> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

2 E4 m( P) ^; e- _! Q> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
4 _; X$ E, i, V3 [4 _1 z$ j> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
) k- l( s. g! E! I> including email, server access and print device(s).
6 z2 O+ k' ]/ S) j> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
8 b9 R) N. e( t( _' P  J0 G. U> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
; q: R) I8 d5 m( j9 F& V> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
4 U& L4 Y( n# H  [6 L> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
' @' l. ~* e% Y, ?5 ^> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
