' o ^8 c* E- R* W' E. a: X> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,* d+ f4 C' r6 [" t- e" H) _
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
( u9 ?9 v& T, w B; o7 ?> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,, M9 ~ M( ]: ~8 ?# K/ V: d7 B) y
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,

$ J }8 e) Y- K> Head office support:
" E, P" A; g2 `8 k* `4 ]1 n> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
9 i: f* g4 T$ R; Q> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…, z; R( R, d' O, I% L* Y V3 ~
> · Maintain Active Directory. 7 V& H2 y) n" P$ S9 q+ X
> · Maintain system backups.1 r8 B O, _' M# M
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network: A. l' O% v6 G
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer

> · 1 -2 years related experience. # r: w: D8 _' |
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email

> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
