> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,

> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
" }3 `! O( E3 P( ~, T6 l$ O> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
: U/ x5 {- \) B2 @> network, VPN, etc.
* W, u2 V- F$ h2 Y9 w> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
& X& {# T/ z: k9 _# Z' G7 f1 m> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
$ b' c0 E, W- L! T$ }( {' J) [3 @> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable

) l0 f( F/ F& Q4 I+ g> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
