> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

$ `5 W  e9 D3 Z> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
, L2 U7 O+ O7 l> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
+ x6 `- l1 a2 ~( c> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
8 p# q, I# p9 O9 S& |- M> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
7 n. a2 A  W' \> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

$ H% ?- y- y0 W) k- f: U# P> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
/ G" \1 T, t9 e) r- m> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
- o& d+ F. f4 ^/ A; q> and networking.
, v! Z3 w+ q% ~- ~4 Y8 w7 M> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
9 e8 `9 [4 ]1 F( w> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
