> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
# S. ?7 V* G+ g1 K1 Y. E, M4 X% w> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
. v) N8 a$ d. H; H> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
* V6 y. h7 N4 d+ r* S/ Y% [3 I> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
  d, d% ^. p: O; R- A. m> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
- d& Z/ b/ F6 c& o* k& e> network, VPN, etc.
5 \2 h" z! `& _& A$ E> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
7 S' h/ n6 ^# X' |> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
' Q$ @3 n) G0 P. u> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
  B, s. |+ E# W> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
/ \& N/ B4 a$ M2 f  Q8 E, i> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
( b# {. E/ G/ y, D" S9 j> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
' Z& S# [  O' d, n1 I5 A$ D> and networking.
  S1 o1 E4 a% y. j0 F> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
* x5 I5 \) N3 j  A, k$ T; Y! b> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
