> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
( J/ h& C: B# Z7 D2 ~* D> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
0 a0 l8 {" I; D9 W" {> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
! ~6 s' {- b" `+ Z; E. J: R> network, VPN, etc.

* q) D! @- @6 ^( R; g  ^> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
( F, M  Y( e$ A; q& x1 b> · 1 -2 years related experience.
# \  {& z! f3 _: @0 ]1 F7 l2 x> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
0 P7 f3 K" m1 F+ P: e# z- ^5 C> and networking.
* O; c( W$ T* `" \5 M5 z> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
