> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
! w8 b; [$ o# z5 k' E$ T> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
+ G1 o; S6 U4 [> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
& z4 u/ c4 L% Q) E7 s> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
( a! g, Z6 L  }+ k4 O+ i& G* ~> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required
>
> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
* u8 }6 _- H* s" I; r  n> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
! t* A) u& l! d& y! v- ^> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
2 u/ t% W0 W6 T8 O+ {) |> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
' h2 H$ [+ f$ ?% S0 J# T& o> including email, server access and print device(s).
0 [0 u: m3 F& I> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
' f- j1 A/ j; p/ g1 ]9 g% s> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
2 ^7 n6 X' H' c: i( d> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
