> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
5 n! r5 D" M( C) _! j> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
$ @3 f8 L4 T7 w8 ^) P* j> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
/ Z. \1 D; g* U9 q> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
! s- p- o5 l7 ~4 i1 ^7 B9 m/ Y> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required
>
> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
! Z- u2 [) X& N  t2 G> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
* C; l0 {! u& j: \> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
: @3 j( y7 N7 Z& `' G$ D> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
. K" Z, o$ E) A7 T4 o> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
8 D0 @! W4 z6 `6 t# r1 S5 H> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
% \8 Z; ~, g9 ]4 R% v( X2 ]. R' Q1 [> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
. @, k* A) q. p, P) y> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
