> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

, p. A3 N9 N' _8 U9 x5 d> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
2 d! B& M4 u* j/ w  w> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
+ }" Y, A5 j) A- i) h$ i> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
) b+ w8 _9 d' i7 C> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.

7 m2 b( H# D6 g! I- Q, ^. @> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
9 Y" i' p! t+ E> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
" x9 B1 p# n7 ?/ n( X. F( Q> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
% W( R) k; r" O% s" @" g> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
% F0 v0 B+ ^" F  v" w. ?6 A> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
# i+ l7 [  A8 M3 r$ w# V, I> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
4 ^, w( p" W9 f' {( _9 b/ Y> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
- _) |$ S" z& ?; U> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
+ d, b+ ^; g- z' V/ F6 _> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
