> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

9 W5 n& c/ l% n7 ^( H; w7 y4 y> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
) Z' s9 n7 N- E- H* r- Y7 U> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
1 O1 J0 p- ?( y, V) a0 {/ M# x1 C> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
- K1 d$ [- O  v; R7 N> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
3 U: X5 U) E  M. i& }! {) q# Q) }, S> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
2 s* l, Q/ q- i, F" G3 o  L> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
# I7 s, C* T4 v) Q9 v> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
' ~7 l9 N+ H1 x4 {2 J  |) ~> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
% J  P0 F1 z$ B, [> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
* r, S6 a" l0 f( |" N> including email, server access and print device(s).
; w' \  A) ?) A. C2 F3 t> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
( I4 J0 |& h; S> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
9 H6 _: X5 Y8 o8 E% a> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
* ]- [6 \& }( }0 v( C7 ~> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
2 j+ U0 t5 G; l> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
