> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:+ E$ o$ `, i7 l1 b# E- M

9 Q- y: L' B6 a( |- S: p, E> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
1 H( B$ U' X; e2 w> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,1 y! ?( {& u9 r; Z. g) j4 p v
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
/ P& K& e8 n" \> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,- R( u- u7 p% _. x7 @/ m
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.- C) E1 N" G' a' M: A9 D. P
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.; }- y' [0 l5 s! ]0 ^
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
# H4 [3 V: k- d> network, VPN, etc.# o3 s9 l( s* ?% v5 y6 r! r
> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…7 `# X: n2 v1 J' Q, T3 m
> · Maintain Active Directory. C3 ]- u! S" v8 w3 T1 f4 d
> · Maintain system backups.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.; Y& x K3 N6 v* Z+ }

> Requirements:9 U; ^* i2 z1 l! X8 U' B
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
# p1 c3 @% _( n, r8 \, Q+ W> Sciences or equivalent work experience. ' i& f+ b. j! d X
> · 1 -2 years related experience. 9 ]1 k a8 M2 y* T7 s# m, [
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
6 J; _) F! G K0 h+ O* N+ e1 k: o> and networking.
, O9 j6 n0 E, w4 S' s9 C! i> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
+ Z; Q4 L3 M% q5 H> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
