> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

. u' O" Y: X& q) @> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

9 G" ]8 Y" R( W3 R; |> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
- J7 Y$ V% S" {) N> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
2 s! G) y4 B; s* g9 _> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
# e- [6 l& L+ w6 _! i> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
) e/ ^' k0 {9 m/ |: E+ n* S: B1 p> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
# k0 B* Z  M6 w: N; K- i# l% ^' K8 n+ H> network, VPN, etc.
- ]; O9 I) D! [+ M+ x& t> · On-call after hours support required

  C1 t5 b2 Y" B> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
; j4 }. C- E6 r8 U! X> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

4 _6 [  M+ r  J3 ?/ z& t6 i: \> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
* g6 k: v6 n/ h+ J* ]9 a> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
6 m& y5 ?& d$ i, s- j, U> including email, server access and print device(s).
! q6 v( D7 y9 b! Q> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
' `, p" F* i5 m' i> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
4 K. n: S# Z' |, l" c! {> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
3 C. b. e: m7 k" L% ~! r; U> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
$ D6 n0 d( j$ {$ A> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
, k5 \4 A2 N$ D* w" q3 P' x5 m6 S> and networking.
9 t  u4 ^% W+ |! l% `> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
6 [+ _5 F7 W' Z# z) d+ M( {7 ]> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
% b( \( \" U. h+ w> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
