> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

3 r& U6 b+ r. A+ y; N5 o> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
; P( \* Z  [% W" w& O> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
6 Y3 a3 Z# U) k/ G" Y2 Y. Y6 H> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
! v2 t* N0 w0 r7 M$ C' P> network, VPN, etc.
6 U" g, q, O( @> · On-call after hours support required

, o/ @: T$ q" U> Head office support:
; v0 Z1 v* y% F2 l' R" `> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
* \% w9 S' ^" Q( Z2 t: i) |> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

: t/ W5 ~, h, t> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

) ]) l. ?, W* j6 v4 {5 F> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
  m; m$ a# `7 V, D$ g, d2 [& y> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
, _$ ~1 t) v; o4 f> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
/ v3 z0 N8 V' B( y" o> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
