> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

+ }/ ^) Q. r/ k> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

9 {: }, b+ M" B> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
6 s) P, j4 ~. ?6 L  q> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
/ {' B; ^( U; u9 h# ~> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
. b1 N+ ]0 [6 B> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
/ |; o2 c/ r5 o' j/ e, u- U: x6 r> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
. c+ T# _% n' T+ q3 u> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
3 r' L, Z; k5 p6 Y> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
1 o& X8 O6 I. r5 Y& X5 D6 L> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
8 ^4 ?. q3 C  v8 h! p3 Y> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

: `' l- i% h6 @> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
9 J& X( D. K5 A& x: T7 ^> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
& h! V! W4 L4 D: _( T3 T9 E> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
