> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
& h: Q4 ^) q% t4 r( r+ U> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,0 ?: j) X3 b; w' N8 }& r
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.) O) |7 ~* s% r" j1 I! b+ u- o% Z1 m3 l1 F
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
* r: m& U, g, N* o> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network! `9 X4 U* L3 V5 t. [/ T2 w2 P5 g

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.( ^% ?3 s* V1 X

> Sciences or equivalent work experience.

> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email0 F! L8 i1 H/ g1 M) m- R; }, q
> and networking.
