> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

8 M3 ?( |/ c4 a8 J$ o5 Y; D> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
; R6 F: d% ^6 J, H> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
' @4 B8 X. c' d# V- A; H> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required
>
> Head office support:
5 p3 J0 S7 z6 i! X# r4 U> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
) k1 F8 E+ K5 u1 B; ^% X> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
  |" h& @  D3 V1 b4 P4 b> including email, server access and print device(s).
! m+ o7 }9 I4 c> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
: B% k% n- h7 M4 Z/ v9 r' p> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
