> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
3 F" B8 l) z: Z> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
/ V4 w6 d7 l. _/ y8 _> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
) ]8 Y2 `9 |7 J0 ~> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
/ y0 }6 F1 `1 \! I& k; [> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
  D  d9 P; b- j+ z3 y> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.

> Head office support:
) k7 {, d, W; j+ q6 k8 }# L) k( \> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
$ M- L- R" |& ^) z. `> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
/ @" Y! z3 L6 G; O( ^( B> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
2 p' ?! M# ?8 C> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
6 v& j) A3 I, \, r+ Q> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
/ B. R8 ?$ ]" W7 `> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
/ O6 V( y7 q6 [* x! s6 I> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
9 C1 A$ }) H( r( n8 s5 i> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
