: V- W3 d( K' v> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* W) }9 n3 ~9 X% `& ^2 G+ V6 a>
> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
9 P3 C( h8 Y& }+ @3 T. k8 X> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
) }0 x6 s: @1 d1 r% E0 m# o> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
+ Z# W: I/ v4 z# h2 {> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  Z! P" t  H$ ^  i> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
: V: N/ Q, o- n> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
* Q  m; ^/ i7 [. @> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

  ~: [* i0 B+ G9 _* g> · Maintain system backups.
7 |: |6 h7 u5 G: ?& D& Q> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
/ E) x1 @4 i( Y+ R> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
3 i- C3 U( d7 H9 ^> including email, server access and print device(s).
" F' D+ E6 w1 b9 w5 k: t; Q" T> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

6 o) H2 I: D" y4 d> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
