> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

% e& |& A: p& k> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
4 q  O4 B# {5 S+ [> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
. ^6 a4 Q* ^  g9 y! E> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
& U) ]# p) Z/ E& c' [$ v$ n> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

, _5 q; D: u1 m. V> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> Requirements:

> · 1 -2 years related experience.
' O0 l8 A. |# ^0 d6 [. {> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
( l3 L* A- {9 T# ^! f6 a> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
. ]3 m- [. \, y3 I; [+ D> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
