> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
2 W8 v# k" Y3 A/ t% n* w# `/ E; B7 h> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
! O2 b. `3 h0 g( i  X6 c> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
! }7 F* a/ g  c. o1 K7 B1 F> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
& f. V5 G9 ]% o7 |# {2 @' `> network, VPN, etc.

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> Requirements:
8 V* R" u5 c6 k> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
) b/ {0 s" O% W9 M: G> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
/ D, k2 i) H' T  Y, m5 q> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
6 F: O( z. u$ @5 b8 u> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
6 V* J# ~' P( h) [$ z  }> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
