> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
6 `- _  q* D" t/ h4 H> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
  L$ C  r6 {% Z+ ]  G' G5 F% i> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
4 J2 w; f' H' E7 I  u# z> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
0 T  j- n8 r  y# i9 S  D, z> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
$ b1 X. ?  U2 D: }> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

) {) v1 F: n: K: j2 ^+ q> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> Requirements:
- ^2 S: u! ^2 S- k> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
: x2 K) ?* x4 R2 w3 Y1 `> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
: A6 L2 u+ x* t4 j4 P> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
