> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

1 W8 D: _. n8 h; |3 c> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

: k$ q( h( s( D$ m) t! ?> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
& X) o( h% W6 L! F6 p7 Q> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
" i- ~2 D; e% J) y> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
! O" |# D: e2 s> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
) L* ?3 V( z; X$ g* y' S5 N0 y> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required
>
> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
. H# g$ G# P+ w7 i2 k> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
3 w& C* b2 L2 t# G> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
" k% f, `& G: J5 ^> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

$ [, G) w) l1 u( q* `( j> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
- f. R: N2 G8 d; _- }2 A> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
( R. H& O3 X. ?/ @0 Y+ M; I' ?> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
