> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

& H: p5 [7 u! U7 B; s/ y$ J5 }> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

0 l3 |' e3 t/ v' C3 h/ R> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
1 B0 T3 w: w) i; O1 i7 `8 d> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

+ F4 |; J$ p! y- E> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
" H) N! @! u  b, q> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
$ |& W: W! h- k! g* x) Y; }# g> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
& }5 E# I  H! S* @( y& l> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
