> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
. p' X2 }7 }" ^7 w7 R> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
: o& p, t: k% y5 K> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
/ ]3 [. D# F$ p. J> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
, j3 h/ _. L& ~: W; b7 t0 ~> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
& y6 L0 R, H( L# A3 f9 x> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
$ t3 x* F* v" U( J" l" G> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
& o4 T! I# R! d) \> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
% b- D; [0 y$ v7 a# W> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
6 x/ Q9 A+ p& n5 @% S> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
