> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
. X- a5 j4 `8 S; p8 ]> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
* e; J; n/ l6 U( z& g> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
' ~7 H7 g& `6 u. Z, l; F6 H> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
0 u: {. B" y  N1 Q/ S7 X> network, VPN, etc.

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
$ f8 w& I, B9 O> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
1 S- K0 b4 {7 {. L- W% W* P. }> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
* Y, R" s4 u" P5 D8 u. w9 W) q> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
' B* b" D6 ?. N+ f& N1 V" b6 |1 p> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
