# z; i% S- a: ^7 L' z- j0 l> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
9 |8 B1 g+ y# \6 c3 e) N& t> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
$ W: y$ N7 F9 _/ M/ d1 d! {; _* q. ^> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
6 f. M3 z( l, C4 k> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
3 w2 U" y7 E5 D: T> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
3 {, x0 H8 B' |( j, |" a8 v/ X> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
* d+ x+ ^: V; L4 n> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
1 J# u/ w1 V! W" s& e> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
* T( N) @* o: f> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
' {6 P- W6 [0 x> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
