6 P% o* ~- [5 I4 C) s- s> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
0 r5 B# A  g/ ~2 a* z> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
% F3 I$ g9 ], e# P' H. W% v> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
: I! _9 F  _. T6 W4 U- l5 o( x> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
/ G/ c2 q/ a7 V7 v8 Y2 G+ I% i, |> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain system backups.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
+ q" d0 u( ?! B3 i6 y> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
9 a, T) W( u6 y+ `- q$ U% i1 O> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
1 M6 T7 b7 a! S4 S$ J& Q> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
8 G# `5 A% h; H& h> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
