0 m; n7 M. b) {: S/ x# C> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
# a  j6 i: j' B; x; F> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
: I  T# D0 L6 \2 N> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
- e4 X8 X+ v: E3 y$ W1 \7 V  {, @> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
' h) N8 ~! ~/ s5 p( c! h> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
* V& r* s$ [1 s& ~& @$ B5 @4 Q> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
* h! K/ \: W$ [0 ^+ I& [! ~> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
2 t( k0 I1 P' D, E8 B> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
: M- m4 ?* K; Q( i5 G> and networking.
; \# M* p' ]- p/ A# i> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
