> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,

> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
$ N7 g! l" P( Z( w& @9 ~/ L& C> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
3 b4 X' ~1 k/ a( m2 ]> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

5 s. D  o) i/ N> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
& P& j3 D. G$ z3 L> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
9 `9 S7 N/ k; d; y3 b> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
+ L; _) Z/ \8 \! [> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
8 p/ w7 \9 H( V8 v> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
