> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
) c3 _  ?/ F* N( _2 t' Q, H+ O& ]> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
. W- r& T( ~: t! V. Q4 a/ O" M> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
+ o4 q6 ?* D0 X. j  o- O> network, VPN, etc.
% S# q, t: m7 c! b$ N" z> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
) H4 A; B" f5 }0 K* ]5 \  Y* d> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

( h8 w' I& C: u# V  Y> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
/ c3 X* a0 z) r2 G- \# H8 u> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset

> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
