1 G2 ?8 \6 |! B7 z9 @7 e> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
( q# j$ B8 n" e' n> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
# _! I( G- |$ o( t! |$ u/ e> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
; b' L$ F, \, w7 C, g, K+ U- z> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
7 K0 l9 r5 I" r% v> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
( N3 K6 \! e( t7 X& u# _> network, VPN, etc.
- A" c6 {/ ~! e+ o> · On-call after hours support required

6 A4 @- B6 k, i> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
2 X$ N7 U* C% d$ C3 V> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
: K* E6 W& p5 Y- B- ?> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
* r) x; j& \+ ~; S> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
