> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
6 u! v1 M  _' n) p: q* F> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
9 ^) J) W: J: u. v5 A' I> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
- q8 z+ f/ Q1 b( J& x( @> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
+ g* J7 B8 ?' ~* L. v/ k> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

1 A/ m* ~+ X9 Z> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
' |) B5 {' w( P5 y5 V, P- y+ D0 g> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
. t# L# K# y# h> and networking.
; J. }+ I8 W% }" q> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
