) b5 ]4 m" }: }/ h! m> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
5 @5 L. W. i& G> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
' I( t/ z3 b, b& V& q2 D  c> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
) w( r$ o0 w2 _2 [9 @> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
' y1 G: s' p3 g3 B# t, F& z> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
* X- b5 t% K3 t0 g> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
6 c7 ]; ^& ?4 j# ]' R2 R0 h> network, VPN, etc.
) H8 S) B5 u, ?5 {  Q> · On-call after hours support required

1 E: c; \! X# @- c> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

/ m; F. Z$ [! w) b6 H> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
: K* `( w! e, ^. [. ?8 p6 c0 W+ ?> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
# ~5 n: E0 k' Z2 \4 S9 [* b> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
- ]0 B- k' L* F* n5 O> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
: O: C$ X  T3 F6 d8 C> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
