> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

5 U1 m6 r/ P& T3 [6 T  |3 y3 A> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
. c8 a7 l$ ~* h* g> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
2 s/ V! D) U1 e* {, W> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- m, _# K, R$ y2 q  p> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
1 x4 T/ U; G/ U5 |6 y- L6 n: m  v> network, VPN, etc.
" U9 C4 m$ R3 i, _% d> · On-call after hours support required
! t4 Q% E! Y! m, o- {- \7 `>
> Head office support:
6 m2 O" h! h3 s. w> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
; t& v6 x& R+ {# ]0 r% y> · Maintain Active Directory.
, S  w! u. t  e& Q1 M( R! z2 o4 a! q> · Maintain system backups.
7 Q9 a/ {9 y* X1 x" V> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

  u0 s: ~% c6 M  V& D> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
$ Y! ^5 }8 j1 Q3 ]2 ^, a> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
7 z$ ]: T0 g( M; h> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
; X7 @4 o) c& r8 @- F> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
4 a% _% w0 ^/ Y+ s5 V3 t4 F> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
