> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

* m7 w5 @; k0 o( F> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,& [* I# a3 _9 d5 `; |1 @
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
. d& A6 @" n4 a# t/ G> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,2 z/ x R1 Q$ i! W
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
5 f" A9 k! s" E, M4 G& E> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.0 S5 A: z, h/ N) C8 h7 W. `" M
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
; W# s+ A! C4 G$ j Q" z, B> network, VPN, etc.& J6 D+ ]# e' K6 g, h
> · On-call after hours support required9 X, W/ z) X5 C

> · Maintain system backups.* R, x) l; C6 B. d
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
' S$ N4 ~! i) e> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
" y/ i- l0 ?7 V/ T2 s, i. L> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
) z+ S. _, o$ a! ~9 l9 u> · 1 -2 years related experience.
3 p7 B+ G# S( ~9 {, D& g% e> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email/ j$ G9 A/ J! ^4 l i5 l, a

> · Enterprise environment experience preferable; Z" ]3 B' a; D. z! J0 f; C0 G9 H
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset- ?- S6 ^/ i: G0 |* a% Q
