> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

& b0 ~9 |* ]2 T, M. T) e) ~: g> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
4 B2 ~0 v: }  a# z8 o( m> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
- Q( b# s: D" r6 M1 ?> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
& F  f, U( d2 l3 \> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
8 Y( _3 q) _8 s" k2 C% d> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
0 N) x9 g- ?* r: I- q- }; w> network, VPN, etc.
& ?$ w; l* Z/ k6 l; D( w  o" g- H> · On-call after hours support required

. D. `+ @$ @9 A8 @, u> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

( m5 z: q  |: K' V+ Z> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
: I9 ?( E6 T/ Z) W& J; ^5 z> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
6 U' A3 k; i( Y8 u! X, p> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
& @1 I7 I( O1 Z+ d' B> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
$ {7 X- M& i4 }/ \! y( {! A6 H5 ~& D> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
! D/ Q' K& e6 f9 W# q8 u- ~3 N2 @4 Z" }> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
