> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
$ a: [% ?/ u0 H> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
$ ~2 N) H" d+ s+ Z4 h> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
  J& i" F+ S# |* ]& p, G8 K> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
( T* }# _5 Z8 L& R  b2 r& l> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
4 o- P- j4 O9 ]& o$ ^> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
; ?1 D7 w: |  {6 f. w> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

3 j3 O, N" c4 D> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
1 q( s7 w: ~! g- R8 ?, s$ m> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
" H6 ?! N& X4 ^8 j> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
: X" M) P  Q2 J% W/ B, Y' ]. C> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
8 B1 i8 W% b( ^8 Z> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
1 h: [0 b; ^8 v/ t/ G+ v> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
