> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

' C+ Y8 N: ~# _9 R/ P> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
+ e% @1 H. M1 O) R( ~2 w2 \> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
1 S+ Y4 o: S# X3 Y8 s3 U> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
3 L6 L: e5 A# B> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
# K8 @, N% f8 z3 ~: v> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
# r3 I8 G8 V+ x+ b' e> network, VPN, etc.
9 k7 w: V* c  t3 k. N$ f3 R> · On-call after hours support required

0 Q, Q" |) }$ w; c/ \9 H9 {4 Q> Head office support:
- _0 \: }: ~/ b4 k; ]> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
- W( ?0 e5 g& z3 b> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
* `9 A. r2 }0 f# D> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
1 H7 t6 I3 n7 y9 U/ j5 E' u+ }> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
4 |7 {& T, ?. _) m  t. c> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
