> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
2 K, N# ~8 i/ [! ~3 B: A; D> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
" X7 \/ m6 [* c6 g- r8 O> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
3 E7 D1 |/ b; Q, N+ r> network, VPN, etc.
5 O' s+ z: H/ F4 z8 E> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
: @& |+ g1 u4 r' y0 ]> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
; [3 x3 B' w; S- Z6 A> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
; X6 E* A" W/ }4 p1 D1 u+ y7 T> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
