# h/ K+ [' C9 S% a9 O> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,; P" F: N3 H5 t! I0 _) m
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
2 T) W3 h4 U9 I, Z! S( Q> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,2 b; l X* I4 p/ v% W; }
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise., h- C3 O0 t/ k; t5 X; {" N
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
6 P, j7 p' u/ O( M/ \# n. o- v' N) f> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
D3 A; p; I: B' _+ \# Y* C8 m2 U! j> network, VPN, etc.5 u' j9 B8 ~* \) U$ Q5 [
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network5 v. ^: G" }# E- j3 N
> including email, server access and print device(s).$ ~" p( T& c+ _- Q
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.+ \ j# b4 U9 j1 O6 i

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer+ h7 _. Z% ^' v: Z. U, M
> Sciences or equivalent work experience. : ~/ j* d! J" d
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
6 K9 E5 W' t" D5 R> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
6 ^4 l& {" w+ d, o> and networking.3 q( Y+ d* b; ]% S% s, b
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable

> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
