> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
$ ]) H+ D( \0 p! L# t# {3 }9 _> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
& a( I; C: `5 M" z: C1 P) q7 r) i> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
* h6 B4 q  o9 w- Z4 N> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
3 n0 d, O; v9 W  P5 l" K( ~> network, VPN, etc.
) m3 T9 D# Q: ^& Q/ T, E# [- ~& F  |> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain system backups.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
! k; V. {" p, u$ Q0 l* n* N> Sciences or equivalent work experience.

# K. u; z, m/ v+ J5 d9 l5 }! D( r> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
/ _. e6 t) s" ^. M> and networking.
4 b* H1 V$ S& W* ^  s. T2 r> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
