> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
0 Q  c& v+ q9 e> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required
>
) V4 H* E4 C* U  @! n* `  z> Head office support:
) W2 t- c; R9 d7 [% p> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
( E8 P- b5 B% C+ \: z" q> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
; w8 C1 g8 {6 z6 a' t3 g4 s> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
6 w4 s2 B3 j! J5 Q> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
6 v2 x! R$ a: d3 f3 j4 T> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
; n, a% i! T' ~  Q& Y  M> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
' u, X1 z4 R! X# B2 o: q> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
! S5 S& E8 b4 k1 y> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
) B) u1 Z2 d$ N3 j) R7 ^0 c; {> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
