> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

: x# Q3 C/ }* A" o> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
% O# H5 t9 t. P) `7 _# ^/ m \> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,! n. t( W4 D3 i8 P' H
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.2 I1 u+ ]1 K8 i; D/ v X2 M
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,+ q$ V) i" Z+ S; E
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
! |+ T9 s: n0 m5 Y> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
; S3 Y J/ C( W5 U% B3 F> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
+ @* B1 ^$ ^ o- h6 k> network, VPN, etc.6 O( |& x: \" n7 n9 C
> · On-call after hours support required9 ? p" C( B+ j0 H. D+ Y4 r

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory. ; k) g# ]) g, ^- K; f p
> · Maintain system backups.
1 H8 O+ q0 d8 i1 Q- _; T" e> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
$ \ E7 I+ o9 ~> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer

> · 1 -2 years related experience.
; z1 ?' ], _: `$ l; S> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email

! k. ?8 N6 g# ~+ i& I> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
