> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
% z0 D" A) C# E4 e( Z) ?0 O> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,4 O$ `2 e6 G8 f0 }% ^7 ], h
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.) o4 P& t/ V. \: A
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,4 S; A# A. r ?1 N/ N v
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.5 | m1 I" x; Q% b1 H
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.3 [! O* ] T1 i/ X, H/ ^+ z
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
/ g* D, ]% {0 V% Y1 X7 C7 q9 h> network, VPN, etc.% Q1 Y/ n! T; y. h2 R
> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network$ A/ ]9 H$ p2 Q# S h* }+ }: H

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer9 a5 W. p' D6 I* p2 s, k& l
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
1 E; X( y. {4 u" R0 \2 U" y> · 1 -2 years related experience.
0 e% ~: E0 B7 `+ s- g! O> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email2 a' A& G: U1 {7 {
> and networking.
( W& o r2 a! }> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
( a, p+ s. m2 G> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
& i8 v% P) B- Z0 g, ^1 L" s> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.* C6 I9 r2 T# J
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
