> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

( {% z0 U8 n* Z> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

* ^- {* \) R9 r0 m: j- K( v> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
7 W" X# J2 m' }; g> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
  v1 p0 ^" ]0 v8 j) s2 s> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
2 U" W& e. |8 b" g& X- W> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
# D2 [% ^/ H0 a# J: A" r# Z2 M> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required
>
> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
# u1 \' D  X* T" z. j* F> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
0 @! ?, l5 m8 g* i  u> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
/ e/ h( E6 E' I! N, ~* g7 S> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
. q" ]# @0 f  z! g2 b" k- N- J> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
+ w& `+ b6 t0 c2 T> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
