> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,

* e; N. e- g. l2 P1 N. c> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
  z$ Y. _% c5 k( ?0 ^> network, VPN, etc.

> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
, M  |& w9 `# M5 ^  B% ?> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
) Q( ?& F' p' x2 N( f> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
: l. ^) W1 v: h> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
