> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

6 z5 b0 j2 k! D3 C% J. @  t> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

& r9 U; s+ v3 U1 c5 Z> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
- Z) T$ E& ~8 A  g1 _- ^8 L> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
$ d* j0 Y' i6 _5 o' _+ }> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
& A+ y3 k' Z( F* g; @" a> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

/ B4 F5 U1 V, `3 ]$ c3 W; |8 E2 `> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
) L+ l3 |# f. Z! J4 B( b- z+ `1 |> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
" w$ C/ S# `, |/ R0 A( t& [+ p> including email, server access and print device(s).
) K" e. ^% h8 d> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
( S* J: y5 e7 ]% i" Z; M) {> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
! G# u% @: B9 \! O5 X4 c> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
% b6 ?0 r1 Z! X- H0 g# O> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
) j& S6 Z! ?5 N$ x- a1 w8 U> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
! f* u+ E$ ?' t. z> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
