> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,

$ B6 @# @9 \. z1 X6 h: ~7 L> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
4 D6 z$ ~- g# f2 T> Sciences or equivalent work experience.

> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
8 s7 z& l) B0 x9 w! A' F> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
9 }3 h# R5 |4 E0 S% c4 J1 W> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
