> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

  E% Z# j& a  @4 E( m4 g& U/ j> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
) x/ e- ~: V3 d2 J: q4 o> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
+ s5 S7 I( q/ b  Z; `> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

1 a5 Z/ N" r6 W, R6 P  [/ r> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
. N, b2 r7 H( S9 M( T2 L# n> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

" f" F! Z( m% m$ |( x> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
3 S! l$ V; h. Z  m" A2 I# p$ d, S> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
2 C% o) A1 ]- R' z, g> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
8 j% h4 \; n& {> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
1 T2 b2 V3 m" v6 c2 {8 Y> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
+ H5 i- N, x. v/ `) H> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
