& T3 B1 z* o) y7 y9 c0 ?: u: X> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
; ^! M8 j9 W, U, F> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
! n3 U4 X4 m! X! m" x> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
& Q, x) B- }, ]$ Q4 `% u# @+ E> network, VPN, etc.
; Y3 i" S8 B0 O: E> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
6 T3 _* Y" N  }- v8 h> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
! c. X3 I! _/ W> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
" x; a* q. l9 P! d! ]> · 1 -2 years related experience.
  ~: z, I: s1 a5 K4 D8 @> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
  G3 U) n  E+ R/ D/ ~> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
