> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
2 l0 b+ ~5 v# N6 d. M> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
- @. u) ^7 F( L* v" `# X> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

3 E# O  J" W5 @* K9 x9 B, q- Z> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
0 f+ C& K% _" h4 O7 u> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
7 S' a, B/ K' x2 h, Z> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Other duties as assigned.

- V% z+ s/ \/ f# w> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
) E6 @8 S& O' M: B5 r* n1 X> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
