5 O& w0 i2 p7 L& j> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
" e% d/ P4 P0 }+ p5 J! U3 t6 S% y> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
2 S( b  f$ X' J& q' \( P5 r> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
( H9 t2 }- [+ M* V0 V> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
: Y# p2 q, A4 f. C> network, VPN, etc.
+ J- y9 B" G4 [" p0 p( z5 |) Z> · On-call after hours support required

$ V8 B% \- Y8 N' x! `: T9 j> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
" E. s. S8 C3 i, t8 g> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
6 V' _& ~/ h3 g> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
! E  F# `0 X: b( x" R$ S0 F> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
+ s1 D" h  b7 V+ h! l> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
" R# p0 s- {1 n: _: b9 e) X" y> and networking.
: t: T  w- M1 E9 K" k  }5 j9 G> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
