> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
2 ]0 _& @" l" `> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
7 b. B, B1 y+ ^% O" K> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
; }6 ^6 l# d! e& R4 Z( T: z$ O> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
/ H7 F/ I; U- [9 r> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
: _* E2 [, \8 l3 f; N- N- |' P> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
$ Z. z; u# N) `> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
+ y! t% e! o  @4 V) z+ ?> · 1 -2 years related experience.
% M6 q. s0 P( _> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
  ^) u7 h  f; L4 i6 N> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
  K+ {2 g5 ?; V- ]& F! G> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
9 E! v3 D5 v. t6 ^  k" I; G. M> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
