> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,

> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
1 K- s; t5 \* h2 ]/ A" n" K> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
. X0 }0 o1 g9 ]> and networking.
0 K4 q# K/ F7 v; s% E> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
2 C1 k% P4 S  I! }4 j  \' N> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
