> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

0 `7 X! u$ f5 F+ N# g> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
9 @$ Y% K- `% e" y+ t> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
4 A& m( \  i7 a& i9 t( E> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
" C: \5 h3 }- |5 D- O  I> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
6 W: R2 x( Q3 @5 f% \! }> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

/ W- ^" o' L/ U> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
3 y" T2 M# b4 E( P! {( w. W> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
/ P3 J, n) U8 @7 R  P> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
& S3 V' C* L( f% V+ R, y& p7 X; a> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
# J# b( V" a# i% i3 B5 S" K: m7 v> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
" R6 ~% O3 g5 \* p9 c( H> · 1 -2 years related experience.
# E$ f7 d/ F( u: Y5 R> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
$ v5 @  L& ]) F> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
