% V$ {6 e& }' z  x% k  G> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

! J( Q8 {( P5 Q2 I% {% k' B( l: Y> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

# }6 O: ^: T0 B6 t> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
4 J: u3 l: l9 [3 O! _" A) B> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
  |( A( b8 H$ u2 P0 D% e3 @/ q> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
% Z/ U- Z4 L' h6 p8 Z2 E9 Z> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
& @$ z* Y' }( R* s2 @> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
( G1 E) B/ N' a8 H. b  R> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

% }$ j, z9 g) _; \. r- b# t7 E4 ]> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
5 f) \0 T; u3 K# g# }> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable

> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
