> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

" J  }, h' f9 L: r- x0 i: U> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
. R* I, A, a4 h  L7 s1 ~0 L> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
$ j/ |9 l$ r% ^& O5 x+ U> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
" v2 B7 |" \8 C8 {6 b- G) w+ z& Y> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
, \# h$ G+ |" @* G/ e8 M> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
$ _) ?# O, c9 Z6 }> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
) [( X4 k, _' Y: U& I6 Q> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
  U' i3 o$ \/ G( f5 ^> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
0 }5 w2 z+ E) _7 v, M/ a. `* i+ w4 I> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
5 }* ~" r5 o$ v3 }6 k> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

7 @/ q+ J( J% ]" z> Requirements:
( g6 A* M7 _0 d2 o  z, z# \$ v> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
) R6 e! b) G+ t& V: @, p> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
