> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
5 P5 }4 |/ J. {0 m& y7 h& L> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
9 |3 i! n: I6 P> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
6 b& E0 |  m: v0 A/ y> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
4 Q1 n1 Z9 h( ]6 L$ m* c> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
4 T$ E' n, T8 m; x9 ~3 B> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
7 n$ u4 u$ E9 ]  y* n> · Maintain system backups.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
! O) T/ s0 Z& X( V> · Other duties as assigned.

+ _9 v; t2 W1 V! v- F% ?0 [> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
; f+ O1 ]9 o. y, I5 d$ y+ Q0 T/ V> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
: e( j5 ]+ m  w6 q$ @6 v> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
