> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

4 Q( P; {) L7 H6 X2 D1 n> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
1 n+ P- J. Z; Z1 P( e5 e> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
7 [( }3 y! {# o6 Z5 ^  @> network, VPN, etc.
( A+ t( X: a0 Z; K# ~. e8 z> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
% l% `" J( }3 K> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
# e, v% @" d) I0 p/ u> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
# \; u: {/ ~# |> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
, ?8 `8 O: |+ F5 ~> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
3 S4 |& ^' H0 F- P* l! C> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
4 a( y& R& t/ t  u5 G1 _" D> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
1 B& W, ?0 I! f1 `! u8 M* `> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
