> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

& m; q! X9 \) F4 o> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
! F' K$ o+ y: B7 D% R> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
/ X. l8 d& O. `; M  c) m# v> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
, |2 d/ k1 u# g, r% y/ F& o; X3 M# E> · On-call after hours support required
>
> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
* z5 F: W5 |0 T8 \2 H> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
. f; h, a8 {9 K& Q* p> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
6 \3 L5 E1 l$ C& N> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
! ^+ M4 x. D6 _& Q> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
* E# _$ }' ?- F9 U- [- n2 g> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
9 ]. i: D  U1 g) E( m! \( a/ v> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
8 I( f1 l) [8 y> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
+ Z* B7 t! @" t; h8 p> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
