9 }$ R/ ]( d1 a0 {0 l% q2 v> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
' Y- @$ _3 D$ ~- W& G! U  X> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
$ E% R9 ]  V- I1 h8 g; R" U> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
% G% |1 u$ X3 Y9 ]> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
6 B! A& ~* C6 k> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
6 r: ]! G% }3 @" a> · 1 -2 years related experience.
9 `! K7 N9 @0 u6 `. g. U8 T5 G> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
