! |' U$ P1 m3 ?9 q2 A> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

' }8 `6 S9 T( R0 V. d) U* h4 x> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
6 n# _. _1 U: f9 `> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
& p  o; h5 i2 E% ?' n> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
- m$ K+ f" l8 f) V  j> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
4 x$ V' \& y& s5 I> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

9 W& X' T* t5 m; ~9 d> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
# H7 y! x2 w, @; o> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
' c+ ?8 i& J8 C> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
! `- r+ z4 ?1 ^3 G/ S( F> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
8 V/ D5 y2 W; K> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
