7 _; h+ R' x& ]' Y7 x7 W6 H> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
1 _9 o9 Q! H9 ]> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
1 q. Y! B7 S* `8 D2 w> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
0 [( J/ N3 s% z> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
: e- z5 `" ~* ~+ X/ U0 v> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
8 ?( E/ C3 s8 D> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
6 ?0 q" G# w  t> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
+ P$ ?/ G& j1 |9 a: y1 c> · Maintain Active Directory.
- ~2 G/ a" l; z> · Maintain system backups.
( ]- E9 N0 h* G> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

2 G# V$ P9 _; R> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
& e, h# d) J2 S% l5 q> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
- @' x! z1 d7 y> · 1 -2 years related experience.
. u" l6 C3 H- j% D) f> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
: ^; F( |: g* |* w3 V4 f8 B7 Q> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
5 G' L3 R8 g& n- V1 V2 E> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
& y  Z. Q6 @" e2 I) J> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
