> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
3 z7 h/ h+ e. K9 k8 Z: b3 G7 U> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
8 v6 r: K' q+ M: D, s) F> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
# B. K$ s& a1 ], U3 T> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
! k5 L2 p. l( Z6 I! J1 x> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

* s4 a. d" Z, G- E, E7 Z  X> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
$ y! U& M0 d' T6 d, h5 M; k3 K> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
* m+ s8 H8 |/ U, @* e3 n> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
3 q9 h* X! `& M# O* [; y: Z& C> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
