> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
% a) r% h; [) p% g; s. Q> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
% ]9 f6 u9 j0 X2 |" S. ?& T' P> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
  U+ j* s8 K' F0 j> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
0 Q4 K  ?; r  f> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
) e( H5 d: `- a0 J> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
5 c1 G+ J+ x( |8 _: M; r+ r0 {3 _- }5 ]> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
9 ]+ T- ]; b  u6 r> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
+ T. v0 |$ A+ Z6 K' e> and networking.
4 S7 X: |! w2 _, C! n6 ]1 t> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
, l) r1 \% Q5 d> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
