> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
' |6 W' ^* O) R> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,

8 Z* B0 v' W$ L4 Q3 ]2 Q> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

' n- j  g7 P$ F$ U0 @/ t> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
0 L4 _. B" z* g7 A( Q9 a> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
9 f" H% ^4 g* L' O. Z& g: s> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
