> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

9 w* Y4 ]/ K9 c' e> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
% i5 W( t+ e/ _> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
: d7 D4 j7 H+ i& {" d' U7 R* X; T> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
: Y( X1 C9 ?* m0 R- v5 i> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
* _, I+ ^/ Z, [6 r) O* I3 }> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
/ N: m7 M& b0 F! Y$ @; ]> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
/ f. M5 J4 Q# V> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
/ H1 O/ j# @" P9 n9 b4 n0 W' S> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
2 Q7 g6 e( C4 d/ i+ ~> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
. F# w: H8 `( x" X0 x/ y> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
