& X1 V. y( j5 L' |$ \> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
2 y/ f) I( U& v5 z> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
4 M( K# ?0 b, T2 G: E& X' _> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
5 m/ U7 d1 j* y/ t2 F* p> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
1 ?4 z) G6 k; A8 q, ?' j" Y> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
( |/ a8 [, s! o> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
$ m. }- _) m5 f; U* s' |4 j& B9 L7 r> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
$ s7 [% q, Y% b# o> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
+ C1 ^& {' H9 C> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
) v/ i4 u' j( }# D, }" Q8 R* T> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
) G& U; q# _( m1 _- ]# o> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
* b9 s! l/ P" C% R  o> · 1 -2 years related experience.
5 j) c* M! ~" ?5 G' P/ p2 U> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
3 V4 X, c' s9 y8 r& c9 ^( Y> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
