> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,) v, F7 J/ i5 E# T
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.$ O3 J0 k; u' S' O' v
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
{' S& d: X+ A$ ?> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.$ r+ c1 N e: u1 h! A9 D
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed./ y) g( C" C$ [3 j; B- U4 h2 g+ E$ Q
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,' j0 d( q" s4 _) z' i1 [' r
> network, VPN, etc.

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.; N/ x( e Z3 }5 U) p* `
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…3 R+ h: e' t" T7 {4 L$ M2 C
> · Maintain Active Directory. 9 J' l5 Z) `) s S6 h) X. K9 I
> · Maintain system backups.5 K$ z5 _# a$ Z, {
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.8 P f0 h2 V( y2 C3 \
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> including email, server access and print device(s).

> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
\* s! `' D/ G> · 1 -2 years related experience. & o: I+ e$ Z7 u* u( F F8 g) w$ d
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email/ \" j* W/ k% ^& c# F
> and networking.7 H& K# ~4 R/ X0 Z8 f K
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable6 [1 ]( b9 V X) I. s) A& M" `9 S# j
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
