, T$ _, r5 L9 D. |. R1 ~> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
- |- P) i& l1 v1 d* @/ k> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
4 {  i+ o- Y0 r> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
2 Z9 a4 b" N  O& \/ V; ]> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
+ X" H3 h" \9 |1 v6 F> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
0 S! ^8 M3 q. K> · 1 -2 years related experience.
; V1 Y% ?0 B" G  }> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
. W+ B/ y! ]4 _; h; v! m7 J( L2 z; Y> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
6 v9 O3 D- M7 v* t  b' l> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
( L7 T7 S8 B" w' @! D' }  P+ x( C> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
