> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:

> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
' T/ p) d$ [5 z% |, H1 S> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
7 Z9 b$ H$ V3 q8 ^  T! f5 E> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
! ?6 e4 i6 C( c! o, h  m# _> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

* k4 K$ o2 J3 Y# f1 W, G" S> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
8 [5 Q  w" [3 h7 b& r> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
& X# Q- \- _# X4 h7 ~* Z> and networking.
7 Y0 ^4 x( F1 x! M% @> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
