> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

5 r0 K) n  Z8 w1 q/ `> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
$ d" _/ V/ |7 P' r+ R9 p8 f* G) M> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
3 H1 }; ^. [9 Y$ a) ?9 g> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
6 o" f! [0 [8 o> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
! r: r6 [2 g; L+ i> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
) q& F* J& r; v/ j. n# Q> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
$ ^. h( w' u# ]2 H. r" @; A+ J> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
6 o( _2 i) @% Q3 P- P! Q' U> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
# f$ ]! r0 m* ~2 ]4 z6 K> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
9 p) `( t! b6 F% N> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
9 t. M- l4 b1 A6 {$ |/ g> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
