> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

9 G+ i, y3 U' C> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
3 H' N9 e4 H. Y' j: d' e> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
" L) a1 n& o: k8 t9 m9 P, ?7 a> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
) Z& V, h) e" L4 q- i> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
) L* ?) v' W4 a6 ^- B7 _> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required
>
> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
: G! }& d7 H  |/ d1 \( g: M' e> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
9 t2 |& E; b, K2 j. H" T> · Maintain system backups.
3 |3 I2 l: S3 {5 s> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
+ E1 L  M8 c! W: C8 V2 Y# s2 y> including email, server access and print device(s).

/ D% R/ Z: ^8 b5 z3 Q0 b8 e+ h5 ~> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
+ K& O6 e3 ?" M4 K. r' `# V> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
, `  c  D7 P. o' |& ]> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
1 o, C* t) ?- W; e, O> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
