> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  z8 J9 v1 v8 d  g# f> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
+ ]: W4 D1 C8 ~, e: V> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
4 ?  N3 l! c3 s> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
, ]# f- Z+ r' P+ A> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
! F# A% ?- Z6 o> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
" U! J  F$ Z5 @/ q' V. t> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
; I0 B- a( p3 ?8 v5 d7 M> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

/ h0 h+ E7 h) I& d2 }, ~* P> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
4 i3 d- P/ @$ I4 K/ Z% i' ?> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
) b) Z+ y( n3 x6 P> and networking.
: U3 G) a4 T4 I+ Z1 [; {> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
; p" `5 `) M" @8 ?- D> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
