System Administrator

> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
/ p2 D0 C6 P. X: U# U> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
% V$ B, e- ?& A% j+ b- M: s> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
- M( O+ A1 g% L5 ?$ O2 s9 {9 W> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

/ L' a; C# j+ Y) O; r, f& ]( w. f> Head office support:
* |3 p/ j5 O  i; T4 t, W* N> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

3 B, W# P; O! y7 ~1 k> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
( Q# |7 U; a. Q- f> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
1 q% ]  t& e! P4 m6 H) {3 G- q' V> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
