% c5 S1 O  z. t/ k3 m& B, A> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

6 O! z! j. f6 K! d7 O5 @> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
6 x6 Z( z& W, a  W2 \> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
' h. ?* x0 ~* c2 W, `. J2 Y/ |9 n> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
# o& c  Z! n" I+ m> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
& n( {% p8 s8 a* U  U; w. R> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
( o. e* Z5 W2 `( D5 h> network, VPN, etc.
$ P7 v) @' g5 d+ Z> · On-call after hours support required

' \' g# Q0 k" O" t0 g( w, E> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
0 ~7 _9 B5 f: s! ^9 Y9 u& v# B> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

/ }# B8 C% M) V5 s( }  _/ j3 K> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
$ X9 D' J: o. l" K> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
' q* H, _" V6 D> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
& t( V3 x5 H! P) B> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
. _9 k8 i) R8 t7 O> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
& D$ [8 Z, J0 m# c4 `0 u5 t, e7 q> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
: f3 j' J2 v! n7 g% J5 I) H> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
