+ r: M( A- h' t1 e5 u, g> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
8 K' u4 e- u# K6 [" M> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
3 N6 f) k9 z, ?  @, t* \' g> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
. j1 J+ L6 [2 m2 ]* V; b> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
8 i2 `/ `  q2 Q/ y> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

3 D* F9 l* M, p3 Z> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
% i8 d  x" o) y. ]5 I> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
" b( M, p5 [: M+ Y$ I8 Y2 Y7 t$ n- l> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
6 O0 R3 o- c) _& G8 g. h2 f> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
1 u0 Q% x- C' ?/ m> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
+ Z- n) \, K- Q  K$ r> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
9 d+ Y' }9 |6 ~' T) g: h% ~> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
& s& {. z2 r4 Q' V> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
7 d) c; [' D4 A3 w> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
