> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

: y2 B2 X4 f" S+ v: z* r, O8 L> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

' A. m+ b- |+ l1 R- P  J8 |> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
% p4 |0 @& j$ [> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
0 t7 ^. U9 y$ l5 V) d# ], G' l; n$ ^/ d2 M> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
. C9 {- C0 ^" J& W: f+ T5 I$ x. D> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required
>

$ R) U8 [! S2 d# e) w' H. N% l> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
2 u( I4 S7 r7 G# \5 l! o" }> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
# Z1 B6 O# l: C. E> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Other duties as assigned.

- F+ M7 |3 p( w> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
8 n& @5 N- L4 K2 `> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
7 b0 g% h3 F5 S$ A  E> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
