L* j5 q% D! [; U3 y> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

1 J m+ \- L1 F3 t> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
9 p5 y- s2 D7 ?' _> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,$ C/ i7 A' |. f3 F
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
3 c, I* Z/ ?& k8 Q2 T1 b9 t> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,2 k5 F9 i/ b8 N. N/ {: I) T5 B5 S4 K" p+ W
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

> Head office support:

> · Maintain system backups.2 r9 R! f& M" _7 c
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.2 R( j& g( L0 T" a
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN./ Z; N0 m. e% j, |6 Z8 ^0 b7 K, \
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network$ l' C1 o8 R4 }8 N" G V6 N

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer

> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email

> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
$ G- s9 h; z l# s> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
