> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

1 T) }: J) I/ t6 O( r$ E7 w, f> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

& i1 d1 @, \  D! g8 T> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
7 \# \# A( G8 b: B2 w2 e> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
6 F! M) w/ p. m7 }> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
. [; h# h* w; O" U7 E' N> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
! M" z9 m9 A$ C/ ^3 Z" J> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
+ W  ]6 M9 L' s: j> · 1 -2 years related experience.
+ e& k0 n0 c! {& m4 ?& M> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
5 v6 @1 `; B( i# d> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
; R8 F3 {, b* A* u+ m> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
