> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

4 B$ L3 T' D/ R> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
9 s# k* c" B# h4 X1 Q> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
# m; Z7 I5 o4 {& j# C> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
2 K* v1 w* T6 j8 ^% ^( c( L/ P> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
2 p  O8 Z$ I; y2 O# l1 q: u# |> network, VPN, etc.

! O8 k' a( U4 J5 x& I> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
- Q( ?/ t. R, F> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

  h- b7 N5 ~3 C) o- k> Requirements:
4 l/ a% l  e. @& o> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
  K( \, ]2 u, Q> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
  S' A6 N& N; ~% `: _6 s> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
+ O$ ]- _3 f% G5 e7 `* n> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
7 @% h/ L8 k- ]. v% Q' g6 J! A, P> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
