> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
& ]' l7 j+ j! e9 b  [> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
, t6 B  T! P; a6 H- |* @> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
3 o% ^; W6 `' f( p% ?" ~. D> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,

> · On-call after hours support required

* V2 j) ?# T0 [* b0 U> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.

> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email

; P8 u) [  _: n$ G. d+ F> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
