> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
! O' N& n3 [$ y/ X: Q: w, n6 y> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
" L9 i; U* m5 `+ }: j* ^/ c> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
% q7 N: L. ~+ ?2 U3 Q> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:

> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.

7 W4 H8 i6 E( S* O$ ^( U* I5 k. ?& ?> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
