> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

0 y- J; v+ }- O& Z  ]> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
1 o" W' L! x, K> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
& I5 A5 |5 M. L) [! d' d' O* J> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
) o2 X, T8 D& ^. {  M5 d& X, P> · On-call after hours support required

$ V1 M4 E% q. H/ r> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
/ o" J: ^$ I$ t& I* N> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
  [6 v. O6 C: B> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
+ X8 U; m7 u9 H! Z> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
/ f8 e$ Y2 V; s> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
2 X- L* |6 ]5 f7 n> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
, C2 W: E+ T' t! ]> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
1 {4 g1 K" c+ B> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
