> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,

4 N6 L9 i6 M0 C> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
5 Q* l. ?; L' p5 S> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- B" U* V. W" N" Y> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
8 {3 f6 D! e( _: U> network, VPN, etc.
  e+ S: b1 {' \2 ~$ }, a  ~> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
: o0 U/ C1 v7 e  \1 p& y- [! Z> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email

> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
