( `( w8 l  W, k* G) Y- ~> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

( r. H" O) j/ O> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

6 I) E+ v2 a" J. _; C, d> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
5 M6 h+ a/ w5 i7 i) W/ l0 q: `> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
# F$ t, K# \( e> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
/ L8 I0 v/ _9 |, O" C8 Z% ]> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
2 c, _# f; E. s/ B- a, T+ }4 W> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
$ U' o4 e: F2 \. G6 I3 _9 B* ^> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Other duties as assigned.

5 ^' s; O/ |1 W> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
+ N  D* h1 c8 Z5 N4 T2 [> and networking.
6 |) V; j6 S, l, V( @0 [+ \> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
0 Q% z) F" c: d7 y" {/ b> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
