> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- P% E) P5 N% y> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
8 k$ ]: m+ f( {6 T  ]; [* ?! p> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
( M5 i2 G/ A, l8 i, U8 D# S; X> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
, q5 d( `/ K# z. }, o> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
( e) O/ S* A0 ~6 s! l- a" l, Q> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
7 h$ L  ^  [3 t: m6 d> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
; S& a, U  i) u$ o4 D> network, VPN, etc.
  v; k; P- |8 f% C+ j) o+ J. p> · On-call after hours support required

- n" Y( ~0 f6 \, m> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

$ p# S' q+ Y* M5 G1 u5 o> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
$ S* a+ `9 y: N" r1 O! k> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
8 p+ Z, d" b1 H, T* o. `> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
- K3 Z$ n5 ~7 g7 s* x> · Other duties as assigned.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
  J+ ]4 c$ }/ N/ @> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
" z4 z% J8 U- ^% [. M; t8 Z> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
