> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
3 ~! g( ?! }7 L7 P> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
( Y& b7 |" o- B0 k4 t> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
5 Z$ x6 P% v, J$ \> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
2 I, k" X  Y& Y7 O> network, VPN, etc.
3 E, ^# Z1 s$ G3 D% p3 m> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
+ m0 Q2 q% r# \. J0 P> · 1 -2 years related experience.
6 x! X& y4 ~2 Q2 o> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
$ |5 P3 n% ?7 a% a( Z> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
# B/ j/ }9 C+ s: k- n. [> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
