> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

* `, Z. z4 H6 ~+ f> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
; @7 t9 N/ S. j/ Z> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
7 y/ _. d1 \5 j0 k# C1 E% r% l3 r> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
3 A8 V- g$ T+ |1 g> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
7 P& J" [0 N, Z* K& x> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
+ X# R  I. v' Z2 ~8 e" o  g> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
* _- Z4 M' X: o; N3 S7 t: X> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
) E! J0 e9 t! l) S2 N% a> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

- Z$ _. D$ q  l" o> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
3 p3 }7 G1 X0 w> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
9 {+ J( m$ k: I  [; B1 {* F> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
