> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
0 Y0 J+ F5 c  R+ F>
  T, x/ {1 c0 y5 x7 z> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
- n7 H- h4 B) n% G> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
( M0 G+ c, b, q> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
, g7 j' Y9 D# u8 G0 g$ Q> network, VPN, etc.
0 ]7 S- S9 @  [. x, h, |  u> · On-call after hours support required

; @" c- m8 J; Q; m> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

: [4 b) K9 j+ T, [> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
1 \" y9 p  I& f( Y3 [5 w; I> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
1 {) u2 `' r+ A$ q# j8 y) h1 V. w) B> and networking.
7 D: W3 E# F+ c8 `: @> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
) a' D! [% b8 w( F8 z0 ^: D> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
