$ a1 s! ?2 u5 b2 z> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
  y+ k: ]4 H# o- @/ b> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
+ b% ]7 q$ }% F> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
5 L% N1 A7 c. y: b: u> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

$ Z  s9 n2 i* H" d( [) T> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
) O0 |: U: y- P4 l# F6 |" _0 s3 u+ u0 m> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
8 j5 I# v" Y) N4 l' u4 j> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
% M( f1 W2 @7 \- N1 M> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
