> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

& H4 I9 N3 m+ H8 ?3 Y> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
+ V0 f- O8 v" l, n, E> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
6 u5 W8 z/ c& ]0 G> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
4 H5 u- i. z& I> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required
>
> Head office support:
$ a2 j: G) k% N* z: w' x& f> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain system backups.

+ a( ?+ y. n% Z- w! ?> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
+ ~9 V- Y3 N! ~8 f: _$ l1 x> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
; C: j9 X! ?+ E* k& f5 @9 D> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
# H6 E2 p6 f- x+ q/ j# g. X> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable

> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
