> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
2 O; C$ ^$ e8 i5 A, N> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
( J) d9 e$ Q# l+ \' M/ y+ i2 o$ J> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
' ^+ }& E. v$ |- H7 E, x5 n> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

$ y% d0 V6 R+ `+ T> Head office support:
' L. q( ?' |" ]* j; J> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
* D4 \; e. |2 b$ K> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
& X: X) q9 r: U1 y% u& J, X> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
/ U( w1 b+ L% r3 o> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
! h. x  R/ T/ N6 R, [& [: E> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
4 X) T; G6 O% U) `5 R9 R> · 1 -2 years related experience.
0 ^* C8 f* L* r' Q- q> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
$ r4 P0 o( D2 N& M) R2 a, F4 @9 g. I> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
6 k9 G! J" U2 `+ X6 F4 S9 _> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
; d1 l6 L( D7 K5 M" b> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
