> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

9 [: c! u- d' S8 Q0 E3 H; n+ A0 A> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
$ [% M% k0 x( M* P) |> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
1 R$ b( }) ]. x' ^> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
: q! A' |$ T; O2 D> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
7 L, T! O% D# Y' @, l> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
4 Z6 B$ l/ A% Z& u* b) A  W> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

9 g5 ~, w5 j# P> Head office support:
" j' ?3 c7 W2 m! p1 g5 h! m& Q> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

9 T" C1 J6 f$ S6 K> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
5 g/ l7 s' ?- s, ^" a# `, @> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

' M( ?# v' h# V> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
& d; a3 z( c7 v  |8 x6 t: k> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
4 }1 w8 T4 j+ z+ ^; W> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
' B# p. q! ?! w0 K& h* J) k> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
) m- u6 ?8 b' f. Z* V> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
