> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

3 f# m, M) w3 R7 h9 u> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
+ |2 z/ m& n* [3 T* N9 I) _. l> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
$ E- Z( ?: X- Q+ y" J> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
/ i6 W4 h  H9 U> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
4 `0 x( @0 ]. K7 Y- ^> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
5 I5 i( p& X' R5 m: [" M* i> network, VPN, etc.
) l5 M- o+ n- U2 s> · On-call after hours support required

# S* l5 h) P, m+ ?" D2 T> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
$ U' U2 Y9 z" o> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
. X# j$ o3 w/ a3 S; _" P> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
# l% j% {5 ?& N% D8 e2 k% c> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
$ W8 Y8 y& ~+ y> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
5 V: l8 H$ U6 _; _0 e2 f* m# m> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
