> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

+ e7 K' _2 f9 {, h! P> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
) i5 \* q& W% f* s8 `( k> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
( K, k6 N% G( e3 K2 {, F' w0 l- i- ~( B7 g> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
# Y$ D3 W: P2 Y> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
5 {) j8 v5 {& E3 U> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
' L- v1 ]* L5 `* e4 y' ^5 E> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
  V+ m% d/ G) h5 Q# U4 c> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
% Y- X$ q2 M# b% x. Y1 W; H7 ?> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
8 s' v$ k" G& @> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
9 M( N6 |$ Z3 Q+ K' t/ w1 v> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
4 z7 l% K2 I  q! |' j4 f> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
1 e6 I: E# N# A% {> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
! W* S/ D, w# A% K" O$ F3 t- H> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
