> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:

> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.

> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
! J8 w, l) f& h  A> network, VPN, etc.

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
* d+ x, D* |6 I1 @  G> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
/ }5 V! q) Z2 {: x> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
# _  s" s0 R9 C> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
