> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

3 m0 a) T' c. Y/ ^4 o> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
+ O" g$ K! H: U. x% |/ ?( X- Y( Q> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  i, r0 |( }6 ?; ^5 k& z/ z> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
3 V  b( B2 |9 l9 N, I6 E> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.

* A& b$ u5 {4 m. T; q. z+ c  O. X" ?> Head office support:
) W/ n0 s- {* c> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
% `% ^, @) H; t: f> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
8 V  i9 b* `0 G& C/ X! B* G$ w> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
1 O$ o) W+ b/ Y" T> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
1 ^' f( u& R! G% Z# Y> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
1 T. v* w: c: k% G" P> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
