> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
5 t# D$ u# E' P- W) ~> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
) l& m2 Q4 y$ i$ g> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
/ E" ~+ s4 U, T0 a4 m- r' ]> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
9 t( N( B3 v, q+ s7 E8 n$ u4 D> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
8 E: h. b; t' @7 C4 p> · On-call after hours support required

% v+ t' `& s7 C" N5 D; e> Head office support:
- i" g, g1 X' N6 Y& C> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
; h7 v' r+ |& {$ r) h" E- F5 g> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

  J  l! N. B. c9 y> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
4 W" W3 Q% J+ d8 e2 D- |1 D1 @" w> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
; {* m" t2 U; u> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
$ J# C" k" z9 p. J/ m> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
