> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
2 e% G, A6 s" N> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
% p' a3 G, i6 \% \  E> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
& @. h# A9 e: ~$ e' U# V) @6 l> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
' N/ I" \+ E, T7 l& M/ b+ b0 y5 b+ y> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> · 1 -2 years related experience.
/ @/ ~% q( }" g$ q1 o" g> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
+ S/ I  w' L1 X1 w. K& w> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
