' L5 z- Z; a: B5 E2 R> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
% e4 V0 z; l( z& B) M> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
. Y8 r- i8 q2 g9 Z: |  j- T. k> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
3 k9 [, o8 X! p9 G3 D4 f> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
. G$ ^9 y, d& e7 D! P( ^> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
2 t! V+ T9 y1 m: Q( t, {> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
! I4 \! ^# R9 b+ F> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

8 d# N/ r/ l" i7 C> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
. m# H9 G$ M1 s> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

" C) O- Y# y$ K> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
5 C2 k" t/ j- Z. H> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
5 ~+ j2 \. a; J! G% w. H> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
% |6 \" V( L3 H/ Q6 h% s* _> and networking.
6 B2 n/ ~% S# T- E6 k! z  z> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
