> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

  s) K1 C6 W0 q4 s- u. P! ~8 V> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
' }$ b+ z* x+ L8 o> · On-call after hours support required
>
> Head office support:
0 J9 K4 a5 x8 x4 j3 [2 f: W> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.

> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
# _0 F$ D" O! @4 r> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
: U* u6 k$ v3 d3 U" J6 r* D> and networking.
( s. s; M' H$ T> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
, |+ h- A( v" s6 e+ }3 B> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
