我倾向1天（Sunday），这样没有住宿问题。可以去Rocky Mt. House, Mt. Robertson. 或者去比较近的湖，如Sylvan lake。
Or Crimson lake provincial park, activities: canoeing on the lake or on a river, hiking in the mountains, climbing a mountain, riding horses.
