Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

& m" A+ m: }* d  A•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
: B$ X# ?) H, s9 P, n4 m•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
& ^# e( Z! B$ A. @% F9 _•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
# ?& y, m# v& a5 F8 U. t! s% a& e8 ?•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
! f; a  k2 B' N2 Y•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
9 H+ o  q8 o7 ~•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:
# w$ J' N1 F2 ~; F
: V+ Y8 k+ A  a% B•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
3 _# G8 P, E$ b: ]+ P2 m  k! K7 Y•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
. a) f; w& }+ V" T•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
