Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

* f, e+ v$ Q! F4 K
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
# I( W" _' O6 A( l3 e. K+ [•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
2 y  d5 E* J" e! q) M) ?•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
3 Y8 b$ e: C  b; ~% {" x•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
; T- }2 R4 Z- i/ J# o' g5 W•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:
' W- r* F$ ~: Y; z  f
•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
1 i7 U' g+ [5 M, n2 `4 D•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
) M6 u; p/ V/ H: u, l•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
