Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
- G  Z6 @) Q% M3 rShifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

- s' Q( W+ P2 l. D$ Y$ P•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
: f& J& H6 l& i" ^0 f) p8 q( D•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
7 c/ W2 F) y6 M" M6 w' R1 ]•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
; m5 t4 R2 e$ Q# ?- s•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
" {0 H# z. h  z8 a7 S•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
