•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
: h1 P' D9 \, C- Z( ^2 c, w5 o" t•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
: U3 }2 ~' @" c# S+ g% q•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
, a. @4 K" m$ ?* C6 _! c•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
4 \) p: l6 X3 Z3 ^•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

( T# d3 f4 q( T# d•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
9 @9 p% P9 T9 [•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
