Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta
Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week

Job Description:

# O! t# N5 c$ Y# x•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
3 s4 A: J8 i( r$ _- S9 H2 Z0 k•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
+ A* M2 z3 p2 \•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
/ p2 q  K- ~% Z/ n•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

7 N. }$ v# @) d- Z* j•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
* `5 e1 \4 [; s. C2 p. c. e•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
$ k2 J( }: p6 m1 r% ]6 ^•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
