•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
3 _8 k" O; u# \- \' |•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
6 Z% ^8 Q3 F$ Z& @•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
) w: ?; a2 E" U/ o- G0 r& E# _" @1 Z•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.


Skills/Requirements:

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
