• Take customers' orders6 h' i G4 O9 u# C0 M* a
• Clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs using manual and electric appliances
1 J M7 w6 n. F• Prepare food such as sandwiches, hamburgers, salads, milkshakes and ice cream dishes
+ | ~6 c$ b; s1 d% {0 o" A# A• Portion and wrap food or place it directly on plates for service to patrons, and package take-out food

• Stock refrigerators and salad bars and keep records of the quantities of food used
