申请护照时需要guarantor，网上找到一个 commissioner for oath 在142 st 和114 ave 那里。有人用过吗。

commissionor of oath很容易找的。到处都有。
我刚弄完。

"Hold a five-year Canadian passport" is different with "持加拿大护照5年以上"

Your guarantor MUST:
be a Canadian citizen 18 years of age or over;
hold a five-year Canadian passport that is valid or has been expired for no more than one year on the day you submit your
application
