上星期看了 Sterling Home 在 Rutherford 盖的新房, 1800尺,$340000. 决定买下,今晚去签约被告知价格已是$3750000。 不到一星期涨价35000刀。说是不买还要涨。我只好让先 Hold the price for a few days. 真不知 该不该买。其它区是否要好些。

听说在那一区, 发展商暂时禁止 PACESETTER 接收新顾客, 因为他们前一段时间接收的太多了。 现在大都跑到 STERLING去了, 是不是他们在吊起来卖啊? 要不就看看其它的区吧, 尽管我也选了那片地, 但还是觉的RUTERFORD 有点太偏远了。 % B: H' t1 V( G. v; f0 p4 p
Sales peason from Jayman told me all three of them Jayman, Sterling, PACESETTER stopped to sell their houses at Rutherford until June 1st, prices incearsed 3% at Midnight of last Friday, and another 2-3% April 26, and another 3% at the end of May. If you like the house there, buy it now.
