Role/Function:
+ P! W) N& \* C( f3 x6 ~& F9 tThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in( ^1 S! h- r' N9 O
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining
% R& n. l+ O1 N. D" q9 z  Rrelationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet, n- D+ R. f* @. X1 B: N
client demands are key components of this position.
$ G  A- B0 d( }" X# y: K0 XResponsibilities:
5 y# @: t% p1 A5 B· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
  v+ q7 N  L3 F! W1 ?' y2 P· Verify pricing and availability of product;
; }+ w* C7 X7 P· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
( B: R$ [6 O& ?4 t* g+ I, m· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
4 g1 M7 u5 @4 Z/ a· Collect payments for cash account orders;  X5 W; E2 ~8 J) i% r; }/ q
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;3 L) }. r' A& d1 l7 _
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;( W4 n4 d$ l' e$ Y: ~% ^. a
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate& x3 y" s; Z# E2 m& ^$ _. ^
database;
1 T" b0 \! @- P, w· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
0 L/ [) u+ s8 o! S. I· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
) u: j4 r* _$ G& Y* f. }) h· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;$ s3 k7 V; V/ o0 B2 V7 T9 Z
Qualifications/Requirements:- b4 f* L" {+ Y8 @9 E; o& X! g, p, X
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
5 [( |0 a  d) ?  t" [2 K7 ~  Elasting relationships with customers;
+ j1 ]/ F% U, h. m4 j/ t9 {% t" h: s· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
- l& Y- N, J& f& \& E) g* C' H· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;1 w' q. l* N5 F% v; x
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
* z2 }  y( r$ F' x; d8 a· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);7 @, d3 q5 u7 V3 l* O
· Excellent organizational skills;
