The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
( g- n7 F- _+ t( F+ |6 ]$ ^person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

Responsibilities:
7 Z, Q. R- c# n: ]2 P/ B· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;- d" Y3 l! D' t
· Verify pricing and availability of product;
* F5 f. \- h- ]0 s5 ?+ b· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
% @0 U: X% V, t+ d· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
" J# Z" q; u1 s8 o0 p2 i/ k· Collect payments for cash account orders;; s: `# l& B* X: X& Z+ C$ l. W* V- A( ?
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;: D# q( o' @! ]; K3 q
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;6 n7 c6 E) v9 S' Z b
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate; q6 H6 Q# Z' P& E7 D2 W
database;" k7 L }& W0 V: ?; k2 k
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;$ L0 H! |" ]: ?5 K. u, m3 g2 }; y
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;* j% A, O8 \4 j; z! n
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;+ R D8 V% F$ D5 \ l5 b
Qualifications/Requirements:6 H; w" T ^8 d0 y7 F: O) t8 `
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
! I2 ?3 E. S# T; t' A. ]( ylasting relationships with customers;
& z v. Q' d# Z% O· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
! i6 l v6 w1 u5 ~9 f· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
, f8 f: l8 L a2 b2 d0 ^2 e· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
) `6 W- q5 K- b' X4 d2 N, ]· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);4 l( R# E- I7 f/ u
· Excellent organizational skills;
