The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in0 g, B  B* @3 [- R* U0 H- J
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining
' _  M8 C+ S3 A3 w! S9 S7 crelationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet& b' Y* Z+ ^' Z# S1 A& h" n4 ^
client demands are key components of this position.8 c" x" N% L# }7 U3 X
Responsibilities:" S* m* V' `: o4 o
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
: S$ p% M+ N  t# U: J+ ~7 c· Verify pricing and availability of product;' t: f- Q- c6 f# v2 k6 [- B
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
/ O8 V5 C# M, S0 ?· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
" Q$ k( w4 u; z· Collect payments for cash account orders;4 U0 s1 k% b' |) j- |" `: N
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
5 ^& }& E) f6 q& g0 O9 u· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
1 O1 ], Z0 E# d+ t& a6 K· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate7 t9 o) V1 `+ n& R( @, @
database;
- L% R! ^1 S& p- U3 J$ _) r· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;% k' H* a3 {* M# e
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
! W! M+ P7 t6 a. l· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;. L6 i( X/ }3 Q5 K) U! E
Qualifications/Requirements:: a/ C/ @( t# E$ C
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
0 }- @# d; `1 N. v" T0 }9 Qlasting relationships with customers;
+ s4 v" h1 N+ @8 C" y& R7 ~8 e· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
6 u! S2 f( @' v1 p# D" G1 C· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;. g+ k. l0 p1 u( @
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
: G; l$ L: ^% O· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);+ Q5 p1 g) Y  ~. G
· Excellent organizational skills;
' D, u* i5 E" Q· Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment;! i* y& ~/ v. j/ o1 [
