The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
% @* l8 t, i9 eperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining% k, H5 ]) h2 U1 J7 C2 H
relationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet& A. g* x3 v- V3 h4 ]  v; R* B) y
client demands are key components of this position., K; V4 A- V5 c, o. m2 f# h
Responsibilities:
# N# ]/ V: b' c$ R6 \· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
0 F+ n" Z3 U' q9 ~& s, k) k· Verify pricing and availability of product;7 K, }3 [# T- L/ O, }6 K& ], ]3 {
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
6 \5 X: r3 V2 k  _3 \9 G· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;% U' Q2 @8 z; ]8 L) K! ]  p' J+ o4 {5 }
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
9 [3 w. d; _' w! _& {· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
9 L8 K. `  |5 G4 v" R· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
6 {# ~! ]5 Z+ Q6 M/ L· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
% d- i3 f7 b9 ddatabase;
7 z# g3 i+ i# M% E) ]. P· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;, o! H) S9 p/ ~) P* O! s
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;1 b+ B+ q/ Y, e
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
/ `! d9 S  F' M. v- Y$ U. `Qualifications/Requirements:- f& o4 ^! }; h" o5 ?; M* w
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain! f7 k) p8 l* H( C2 a' J4 m
lasting relationships with customers;( ^# f: [) ], \. o+ C* A
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
) ^6 q( K5 \! S* a+ I# H; z) s· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
# H+ S- i' y/ l% H4 }& ]' ]; A- T8 o· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;! ?# q) s* e9 D0 T3 L
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
% K$ z! B9 q% M+ C+ _% O" J0 F+ g· Excellent organizational skills;
( K/ X! e, D5 `& t- Z8 d0 W  a; _· Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment;
