The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in& t( c- R' n5 P' n r: g
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

Responsibilities:
L ^7 K* K0 J- U· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
- K9 R1 L( g0 i# I8 N· Verify pricing and availability of product;
- {* m8 L+ d6 S* n( w· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
# `& q) y7 _- R" q1 c# M· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
! w5 F! s- d* w( f1 E6 s· Collect payments for cash account orders;: H9 l& q' ^/ t, a" i
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
1 l. U0 n+ b1 _· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;% Z; U2 a" U& ?
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate: H% M% l/ ~8 l4 G8 O$ q. M, a5 d
database;) E) R& T! R4 e* v9 Q. x" V
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
2 J( H4 S D" _· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
6 z# b Y2 v$ l· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
! w& U- @1 f, V6 f' B2 cQualifications/Requirements:- H9 v# z7 j( }7 T5 z
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
3 V6 J$ {" K3 Vlasting relationships with customers;3 X1 b# \1 i+ g/ e; h2 c
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;7 E9 S, m! F. W, `- y" @
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;4 ^6 `* ]8 W5 u' f' z+ z
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
( \' m9 {9 w7 R- N' l· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);/ L# o/ x M4 ]
· Excellent organizational skills;
