Role/Function:
+ j- [, Q n5 ^The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in+ d$ U% q0 n5 ?# E6 j, L8 C, o
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining: l8 b% N% b; M( S3 i' F2 h9 ^* g1 S' n$ @

Responsibilities:* Z& I0 @" b7 C+ b% X( F3 A
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
6 u& m! d* \- [& j4 L· Verify pricing and availability of product;, m. O; Q0 o' A0 o U) X
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
6 g. Y1 S- f' z6 w. G9 O· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
8 c0 q, f' c& O8 e& Q5 t· Collect payments for cash account orders;
, `! `4 u. y( e+ r9 `· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;( k, }) Y8 X1 d8 i0 u% o/ k: V
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
* O( p6 K& E6 J' ?4 I! F' [0 V" |" y· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate/ s5 m, w: }3 T0 h' ?- N
database;% m* Z( A( z: z6 H
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;7 {$ I* L( T3 z) U8 l7 c
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
0 k, B2 H" S# \) I/ M· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
0 @# G9 N- U; F5 n7 CQualifications/Requirements:- Y1 s0 Z6 Q4 _, r; ?2 {2 H
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain, A Z& o2 F/ e+ X( c& @/ }# ~
lasting relationships with customers;
9 Z' P$ a/ ~& n· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
4 a( |# J m8 b) O! j· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
$ z0 X" B; |! K; Y* C) t· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;0 ^8 G4 o4 R3 u$ p' `% t; _4 Y Y
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
