关于fence的问题，有点急。

我是duplex，隔壁的印度人做fence，他找的是印度contractor.我被那个conctractor说动也同意做了，但是我另一侧的中国邻居说我们明年一起弄吧，所以我告诉contractor不要他来做了，他说没问题。可是今天他居然把我家的fence的柱子都建立起来了，我赶紧和他取得联系，他来了以后说他误会了，他说他以为是另外的中国客人，但是现在已经把柱子都弄好了，他求我不要把那些取出来，他损失不小。我说一是我不太好和中国邻居交代，二是我怕影响明年我们装板条等事情，如果和柱子材料不同是不是有问题。他说只是把柱子弄起来了，不影响以后往上加板条等事情。所以我想在这里问问，是不是像印度contractor说的那样。另外，如果明年我和中国邻居一起弄fence，现在的情况对他那边有影响吗？谢谢指教。

请问楼上的青蛙啥意思？呵呵。另外还想问，现在我的deck还没做，做deck需要机器进到后院吗？因为现在有柱子了，不知道影响未来deck的建设不。

你可捡了个便宜，明年或者就这一两天去HOMEDEPOT 买点FENCE 板，用一天时间就搞定了，呵呵

pull the posts out (he got the posts , waste double of his effort)
or
leave there there for you (under the risk of you complaining etc.)

The best he can get (ranking from best to worst):
1.he gets the post material money and labour fee from you
/ L2 x' i& e; `" S0 Z, n2.he gets the post material money and partial labour fee from you
* B! {  K' I; P1 T$ d3.he gets the post material money but no labour charge
$ }/ i5 z7 A2 C& K5 ^2 U6 Q4.he gets nothing, just waste his material and labour
1 W- G3 V6 X7 i( S3 o& y5.he pull them out, get the posts, waste double labour

Bargain with him, best for you would be pay the material fee and none or partial labour fee.
