September 7, 2011, for travel on/after October 11, 2011 for clients with an
Economy Class ticket as follows:

; s" P9 R# d, a0 K. W$ N9 ^For travel between Canada and the United States*, a first bag fee of $25 CAD/USD applies;
% o& [* d- \, M# b. n' GFor travel between Canada/USA and Africa, the Middle East and Russia/Asia** and Australia/South America***, a second bag fee of $70 CAD/USD applies.
Also effective for tickets issued on/after September 7, for travel on/after October 11,
Star Alliance™ Silver and clients who are not a part of Air Canada's Top Tier program holding an Executive Class®/First® ticket will be able to check two bags at no cost instead of three bags.

俺认为你因该没问题哈；要加的话，第二件70刀。不过最好问一下给你订票的人。

9月7号之前买的票第二件行李应该不用交钱。
