可能是因为大家都在求租的关系

3 |& ]  U3 |/ v# g7 P/ T但是找个相对理想的房子真的不大容易啊。。

2 U+ U: ^% u( s, u再要么就是自己的条件不符合。。。
唉。。。
总之找个房子租好难啊。。。

acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time.
