可能是因为大家都在求租的关系
我觉得爱城虽然城市很大。。
; Y* h- n# E8 E8 ]6 q; S但是找个相对理想的房子真的不大容易啊。。

acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time.

8 K2 I4 ~" E; M8 CI have one bedroom to rent: prefer female since so bad impression for current male tenant. Unless you are not terrible bad as him. Hehe....
