可能是因为大家都在求租的关系
我觉得爱城虽然城市很大。。
, F8 F6 X% {, B0 a3 l4 R但是找个相对理想的房子真的不大容易啊。。

acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time.

( ~5 Y# R5 V' K0 T- E2 cI have one bedroom to rent: prefer female since so bad impression for current male tenant. Unless you are not terrible bad as him. Hehe....
