About 9 p.m., a vehicle pulled up outside a house in the southwest neighbourhood of Magrath, said police Insp. Brian Nowlan. It is believed two family members were inside. One man climbed out after a dispute, and was then struck down by the vehicle in front of the house near Massey Landing and Massey Way. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The yellow tape also blocked off the road directly in front of the house, and ran for about a block in either direction. Blue and green spotlights on the exterior of the white house glowed over the group of police cars gathered on an otherwise empty street lined with luxurious houses, vehicles and well-manicured gardens.2 g- l!
