: X2 R# _1 R% rDuration of Commitment:Summer T.A.N.G. Youth Program
% l3 S  P& O* E, G  _5 xCamp 1 – July 04 – July 14
Camp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
Time:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)
*might work in other time in some specific days
Place: ASSIST Community Services Centre

& b- P& E* o' a, J% eDuties:
To assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:
" X: A- n1 \" M0 X# G
$ U/ F. R! C4 ? Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
 Take attendance if available
 Provide positive modelling to youth
/ i! Y& ~5 G$ n, X3 k- f5 q Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
/ u* z$ P3 I: k9 _/ D+ n& L Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
4 C: X. l: H" C Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
8 |  O2 n3 C& D Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
 Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
% w3 y; Z8 ?, E& U Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
 Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
  ~, Y8 `, u2 O5 I5 y Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
6 y1 V" {/ k# x) X( J" c& q Assist in program planning/design
. m; t% I9 L! V7 W* T" r Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

 Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
$ r# r  D0 f3 ]3 A* s3 P' ]$ [ Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
 A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
( e% o6 _: M4 g/ }" Y Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
8 o  _$ q4 _. @9 b# W# r Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
 Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
5 [- V- Q- F: S: i6 [7 V Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
