Duties:
4 Y* q) H! U* S9 e! YTo assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:6 w8 d# m7 G9 x& y
2 y7 w4 o G$ C8 E
 Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals- B, P3 J m$ ~* i! ^+ r
 Take attendance if available ! o$ q+ h5 |( }" d' |2 ?# |
 Provide positive modelling to youth ~3 c' I! i- S; [& D( Z/ W2 X
 Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities% a5 ?, ?$ l( B' `" P% O2 U Y' \
 Facilitate or assist in small group discussions% |2 ~: L, q8 q3 r7 v+ R
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator) d. s- H; A# A& W* y6 R
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips9 d* l9 m4 y0 v$ c
 Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour. ~ ]5 [% ?9 R' A6 C0 C- M3 [6 ^
 Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
7 s; a$ ?, ~0 Y1 I7 D: M% k Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training

 Assist in program planning/design

 Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions( K8 C1 T- _0 f% c

 Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
