Height of fence, wall or gate is determined using the height of the material being used to construct it (doesn't include fence posts). The height is determined by measuring from the general ground level 0.5 meters back of the property line of the Site on which the fence, wall, or gate is to be constructed. A fence can be built out of wood, brick, stone, concrete or metal. However, electric fencing and barbed wire cannot be used. |
