Position Summary:
        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

+ D/ W  Q9 h+ H# a( vResponsibilities
•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
) T  D' e" o: b5 {6 _; N* x7 o•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
( p4 B9 W! G5 [% P* M+ V•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing
/ R) n5 H" r% D- s( L% Q
Preferred Qualifications
•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
•        Experience in project management & report writing
. Y8 u" r- W- X. V% B# J•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
