        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.
! F& G/ t- y( W% n. o
Responsibilities
•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
* p$ @1 ]. @. U( T7 _& m•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
1 e( P" L' S% J* _' e- D•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

, K7 w. s6 }; S5 F% U5 f  O; RPreferred Qualifications
% l# _: N& {2 v% ], T•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
/ Z3 K' g) L0 Y1 {, S! I( L) a•        Experience in project management & report writing
/ g# H& k/ K+ W( T% q- N•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
