) X/ J1 `; ?0 x! ]: V        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
5 a* O3 J' O; Y# \/ q•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
* `2 o/ u% z. C0 R6 w' M. d4 Q% i•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

, R) I/ r. z1 C5 e$ k5 vPreferred Qualifications
+ n8 p! y' G' T8 q% j8 \/ p/ _; x•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
& O: p" N5 Y1 p" U# m2 M. G•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
•        Experience in project management & report writing
( Y  F; [# S0 u. C1 {" o•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
