This is how I view the effects of major road way on the location of newer neighborhoods:

2) Worse: Terwillegar Garderns
Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)

3) So So:  Magrath etc.
Main entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
) h) X! N0 ~/ V. KMajor roads on 2 sides
+ C  a* r3 H' U0 j2 U! w2 n, H5 ^" B3 @
# ]) `- j9 Y. w6 ~1 I+ b! j4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
1 v" {  s) x, P# mMain entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
No Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

9 Y# A" n0 f+ q: d# s1 ?/ p( n5) Best: Windermere Ridge
Same as 4.
+ all in one cul-de-sac
# T% L/ n7 [: Z7 E9 S+ DC1/DC2 zoning
+ No condo in view
