 Encourage independence and self determination in newcomers

! c: N; m* ~; ?2 h7 ~+ G* @. a Liaise effectively with a range of service providers, both voluntary and statutory, in order to ensure services are available to newcomers.

 Responsible for intake, orientation and completion of workability assessments.

 Determination of which stream of services most appropriate for the client.! G; y! E$ c, s5 a& Z# Q
 Provide referral information on other services that may be more suitable for the client.( y5 Z/ t$ s$ Q
 Cooperatively with the client, develop an individualized service plan.

 Assist clients with obtaining required documentation for working in their profession in Canada

 Complete 90 and 180 day follow up with client after training completion
