主要的职责和要求，最好能够深刻理解外汇市场的风险，具体请看英文描述。全职工作7.5个小时，半职工作4到6个小时，申请的时候请注明，合适的申请人我们会直接联系。

BDT Financial Ltd provides currency exchange and money transfer services to customers. BDT Financial partners with the currency exchange brokers and banks, to ensure fast delivery of the remittance, especially to mainland china, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the other Asian countries. BDT also provides unbeatable exchange rates to Edmontonians to meet their personal or business money requirements.
BDT will open its new store in the university area. Now we need following part-time/fulltime positions to help the growth of the company.
CUSTOMER SALES CONSULTANT

•        Handle foreign exchange and money transfer transactions to local customers.
6 {. h5 ^$ Z) A, A" h6 u) k•        Responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer service, delivered in store, by phone, by email and internet.
5 j! {, @# n  A, h•        Responsible for the day to day operation of the store, including following schedules and maintaining cash stock and bank account balances
•        Ensure that all Compliance (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements and regulations are being adhered to
! d- p3 ]" c' Q- Y7 W# N  r•        Responsible for appropriate dress attire and overall professional attitude to customers and team
+ L3 e$ w0 p/ A* `•        Able to complete all day end procedures and maintain customer files (as needed)

•        Working permit or residence of Canada.
•        Excellent command of spoken English and Mandarin. Speak Cantonese would be an asset.
•        Experience in banking / accounting / customer service / retail business
! s4 e/ {% h+ j/ N; [' A•        Good knowledge of operating and creating office excel and word files.
& u8 M' j2 C. J- T' l4 h$ O•        Proven experience in achieving results and working within a team

•        Enthusiastic and outgoing personality

The store is located in the UOA campus, in the main floor of Campus Tower building. The store hours would be 10:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday. This position has 3 month probation and criminal check may be required. Salary is based on the experience. We appreciate the contribution of our employees. Royal employees will be evaluated and be promoted on the year end.
