我在国内有好几年的驾驶记录，翻译公证了的， 考本地牌是交给了 regsitry.
; j! i, b- I; a* G* f保险中介说可以承认国外3年驾驶记录。但需要那个证件。不知能从regsitry 那里要回来？

Ask your registry agent to write a letter stating your chinese driving record.
  Z4 h" {+ _) X; G9 {9 Q  n3 A4 bProvide this letter to your insurance company. You should be able to get discount for insurance premium.
