有没有办理过配偶团聚的，请帮忙告诉以下是否需要填写5409表，多谢了，另外，现在盛情的时间大约是多长？

That form is Stat. Declaration for Common Law Reunion.  Unless you do not have marriage certificate.  You do not need to fill in this form.  I am applying my wife to here from CHina and I did not fill this form.

Mail the application to the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga, Ontario.  It takes about 45 days for them to approve your sponsorship and then they will give you a file number and send the application to Beijing or HK VISA office to process.  VISA will take another 3 to 6 months for approval and interview if required.
