An arrest has been made in connection to the death of a York University student last week.

Police charged Brian Dickson, 29, with first-degree murder in connection to the suspicious death of Qian Liu.# O# @8 j! {* ]! S9 m
0 L+ N+ f' G5 m) y4 ^7 k3 H' QThe 23-year-old was found dead in her basement apartment late last week.

In a brief news conference Wednesday, police announced that Dickson had been arrested, but appealed to media not to publish his photo.
