FUNCTION:
5 d( o* ~! t8 W2 ]  @; p) b' SThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

0 H- u- Z" O" G& W! [. vDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
$ t4 s7 |$ x: z4 Y: G•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

; I+ [5 H  B% t3 ISKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
4 C1 C, X8 l7 D: Z5 Z•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
: T" L  I4 l( O/ }8 d& E•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
. D, W) s6 E. n; D•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.

•        Willingness to maintain proficiency by embracing new technologies.
