FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

+ z: y* U: |- m- n& @( GDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
4 e4 L0 f4 C' y. x! o* x  W8 j•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
3 P' K0 }8 b3 n3 a•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
9 i( h" l/ Y5 G8 d  G; G5 M  K•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.
# e2 i3 h5 Q" F) L# w  y
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
7 h# r. a6 o; ?; r, T% J. K# O•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
3 f) T0 @& I( u+ K7 L! a4 w•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
; A  w8 e% D8 U( `+ K1 B•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
