FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

( N& O7 v, x6 w1 n9 J( ^2 ?$ pDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
2 Q0 E( `; I4 J$ e/ f2 a•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
% Q! n5 U" b; n# z  A) {•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
% b& S9 Q& I- A5 G1 u, p1 N  b% p* M•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

, c9 b; s; I$ ]( y) c! KSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.

•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
