FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
6 ?2 F0 g. i/ I+ {•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
( s: h  `0 X9 z# {' w& A3 @•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

3 r! T1 j" }+ Y1 h1 _0 bSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
  |# F: [2 H+ u- W5 K7 p•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
# j5 }4 U3 m- X; @( t+ Y•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.

•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
