现在的房价好高呀，谁知道最便宜的大学附近的房子多少钱吗？

Usually house price of University region is much higher than that of most other regions, and most of houses in univeristy region are quite old and probably need lots of rennovation.

The alternative is to find a house along LRT in southside which also allow you easily access to University and Downtown.
