我已经跟borker联系了。。。看上一块地,政府评估价1万5,现在只买不到9千,银行所有,估计讲价余地少。google 街景上看着不错,邻居都盖上房子了,家家有游泳池,对面是公共绿地,唯一让我不爽的是,背面是待开发的区块,官方网站上说是 commercial 用途,我今天联系当地政府,到底是咋样的commercial,没准信,都说不好,有可能是inn,motel,有可能是mall,有可能是银行,但我想总不能就在就家门口吧,至少有100米的绿地隔离带。 等我60了,走不动了,没准还是个好处。! Q! B4 v( t* n1 a# e8 p# i
