打听：MacEwan 和 Terwillegar 哪个区好

最近正在看房买房，跟老公决定要在南边买了
- Q3 e  {) d# O想问一下大家都有什么建议，在哪个区买好呢
貌似Terwillegar 最近很火，很多朋友都在那里买了
但是我看开车到MacEwan 和到Terwillegar 差不多距离，而且路还顺，沿着111一直往南就好了
4 i: R  [; }4 V$ {所以想问一下除了地理位置以外，这两个区还有什么优缺点可以比较一下

Personally, I don't like the location of Macwan, because of its closeness to several major highway/streets. But Terwillegar Towne, Terwillegar south aren't much better. You need to very careful to find a good spot.

还是Riverbend比较好，学区好，还交通方便。langdale和ambleside 上班远了点。Terwillegar Drive 容易堵车。

其实拿同等规格的房子价格一比较就知哪个区好了

& ]$ ~+ t" {! ?4 [4 k9 F2 S0 Z所以说要堵是一起堵。相比之下，Windermere还有经过AH去111或104的自由度。

  z& |4 ]* {- P1）人的思维都有惯性。所以城市边缘的新区需要时间受到多数人群的认可。就好比当时Hodgson刚出来的时候，我家人就嫌它太偏而没有买。但现在估计很少有人这样看了。

8 {0 x, m: z  O" z2）要看屋主的购入点。在Riverbend，2007价格最高峰正好是Citadel区的建造高峰。很多屋主进价过高，所以转手都列高价，造成难以成交。

# j. A( z* K: v' t& `* q8 f- M所以，以价格判断好坏只适用于两个成熟小区，对于新区不是非常准确。

1.Hodgson也并不perfect, 那儿也有很多不尽人意的房子，Riverbend也一样，有的就在高压线旁边，有的离主干路太近。
2.Terwillerger也有很多好房子，location很重要。
3.有关Macwan，我完全同意黄教授的评价。

“Terwillerger也有很多好房子，location很重要”，TERWILLERGER要好，选好房子的位置很重要。这个区刚开了两所小学，一个很大的体育馆在在TERWILLERGER，这个区明显要好一些。

In my opinion, both commuinties are good, and easy to access freeways for adults to work, but there are two high schools (one catholic will open soon), and junior high in Terwilleger (leger). My kids can walk to three-level schools, and save lots of time down the road. I'm sure two schools will rank higer as many students from River Bend area will stop to commute to Harry Ainly High.

I have lived in Terwilleger for 8 years and know this community very well. Actually you have go to the neighbourhood to see and feel which neighbourhood you prefer. When you buy a house you have to think about what type of house you are looking for. what are the most important to you ? The size, price, floor plan or view? Each neighbourhood has good houses, then you choose the right house suits your needs.

1 c( w0 H) Y: H3 x房子具体的LOCATION要看是不是临社区主路？是不是临公车路线？（临主路和公车会比较吵）。附近有无高压线？小朋友上学走路能到么？房子离两边邻居是不是远一点？（这里房子挨得太近了）。

; t$ I1 ]6 Y8 I相对来说，terwillegar Downe一带要好一些，毕竟有学校 （从k 到高中都有），还有个新的recreation center和公交总站，离currents 购物中心又很近，小区内生活还是很方便的。MacEwen 被三条大路环绕，地理上没多大特色，没有学校，没有娱乐设施，没有公交总站，生活上不如terwillegar方便。My two cents.
