Wages: $16.00 per hour, 40 hrs weekly, rotational shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Description/Main Duties:
-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
# R' K" V7 k. }! ?& Q-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
2 h2 b& z9 \, x8 H  K( [/ y-        Sell merchandise to customers
6 E. o# T0 O/ o1 |8 c) o, l-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages

-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

-        Completion of secondary school is required
4 x& d# x9 P0 c- J-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
