4 X! A8 X8 O; L7 I3 JJob Description/Main Duties:
-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
9 x+ b9 Z3 s' o4 c/ F  Y5 s-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
# U6 U5 C1 X6 a6 c1 e( l' e-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
6 A. w' j- W; I; o2 Q- ]-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

7 ~  c) g8 C3 A: M; q( ^-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
! k  z: q0 F/ j1 P; K  V-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
8 T, Y; x6 V1 S: k2 p) V9 Q-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
