Job Description/Main Duties:
+ ^+ l2 M7 K' {-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
2 `! J3 a2 G& s( {% \6 b1 Q9 z-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
" O% G! Y1 T( T+ ]9 L-        Sell merchandise to customers
+ A, t; V+ q0 q* i8 A. W-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

+ J) r! }# M( H% m4 W( M-        Completion of secondary school is required
, Z" n2 ?! _" o7 U5 l-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
