Wages: $16.00 per hour, 40 hrs weekly, rotational shifts including evenings and weekends

- F. `& u& O9 d# D3 D, D+ `-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
; R7 V4 X& H, z6 ?$ X$ Q+ r-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
8 N8 `4 M# o: f7 H+ y$ C- A-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
6 U& }2 v! ]3 I' h2 W-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
; t# `# w7 c# G" L* Y-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
5 X5 r: X' k# l3 L' D  Y-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
