Just wondering how the value of the house is assessed by the government? Recently saw this ad: http://www.edmontonchina.cn/viewthread.php?tid=407691 and its sailing price $ 289,900 is much higher than the assessed value by the government ( by last July): $212,500. 7 v1 o& }- E9 [% u6 K! ^6 J .
