吐血推荐一题

有一道题,朋友问我的,看似极其简单, 可是我真的心里没底,答不上来.
故此吐血力荐, 希望各路神仙各舒己见, 帮俺圆这个答题梦:

大家都知道, 在电力安装中, 白线是可以代替黑线用的, 条件是:必须替代的时候, 而且线头在可见的地方要刷黑或者贴黑胶布 (比如我们接电灯开关的时候).那么,问题来了:
黑导线可不可以代替白导线用 (比如:做Neutral) ???
周大哥教导我们说: 你们出手的每一步, 都要有理论根据. 因此, 无论黑线能不能代替白线, 请各位神仙给我该答案的理论根据, 我好让我的朋友满意.

俺老贾就告诉你吧，黑的永远不能代表白的，这也是周大师永远不能代表广大华人电工的根本原因！

黑导线是可以代替白导线用的。都是可以通电用的电线。既然白线也可以缠黑胶布。黑的也可以缠白的。火线用黑色。零线用白色。。大家都用这个规矩。。这是方便以后检修。。。当然还有一种情况，给自己车库装电，想怎么拉就怎么拉。全用黑线也行，全用白线也行，理由，自己的房子。想怎么干就怎么干。。最后车库灯亮就行，，

学好电工规则是不错。。。但不是要照本宣科。。实际干活中课本没有提。。得活学活用。。理解。。。来加拿大干电工不容易。。大家生活都不容易。。赚钱最重要。。一切向钱看，能赚到大钱就是硬道理。。。祝大家新年发大财。。。和气生财。。。

you can use black/white wire but you need follow color code at terminal(tape it)

因为laid off 后到NY的朋友（儿子的房东的华人公司）搞点现金所以记了一点美标。回加没有洗脑
忙中出错，对不起大家了，现改正如下。

US, AC:The US National Electrical Code only mandates white (or grey) for the neutral power conductor and bare copper, green, or green with yellow stripe for the protective ground. In principle any other colors except these may be used for the power conductors. The colors adopted as local practice are shown in Table below. Black, red, and blue are used for 208 VAC three-phase; brown, orange and yellow are used for 480 VAC. Conductors larger than #6 AWG are only available in black and are color taped at the ends.

Canada: Canadian wiring is governed by the CEC (Canadian Electric Code). See Table below. The protective ground is green or green with yellow stripe. The neutral is white, the hot (live or active) single phase wires are black , and red in the case of a second active. Three-phase lines are red, black, and blue.

this is what code says:
4-028: Identification of insulated neutral conductors up to and including No. 2 AWG
copper or aluminum
(1) Except as permitted in Subrules (2), (3), and (4), all insulated neutral conductors up to and including
No. 2 AWG copper or aluminum, and the conductors of flexible cords that are permanently connected to
such neutral conductors, shall be identified by a white or grey covering or by three continuous white stripes
along the entire length of the conductor.
(2) Where conductors of different systems are installed in the same raceway, box, or other type of enclosure
and the identified circuit conductor of one system is coloured by a white or grey covering, each identified
circuit conductor of the other system, if present, shall be provided with a specific identification, and the
identification shall be permitted to be an outer covering of white with an identifiable coloured stripe (not
green) running along the insulation.
(3) The covering of the other conductor or conductors shall show a continuous colour contrasting that of
an identified conductor; however, in the case of those flexible cords where the identified conductor is
identified by a raised longitudinal ridge(s), the other conductors shall have no ridges.
(4) For multi-conductor cable, the insulated neutral conductor shall be permitted to be permanently marked
as the identified conductor by painting or other suitable means at every point where the separate
conductors have been rendered accessible and visible by removal of the outer covering of the cable, and
the painting or other suitable means of marking the identified conductor shall not be permitted to render
illegible the manufacturer’s numbering of the conductor.

不用这么想不开吧?今天打电话给赵伟,他也把这一章节找着了. 还有4-030 也涉及这一问题, 说的是大于NO.2 AWG的情况.黑线可以当白线用,只要你满足条件.顺便提一下: 老赵也是周大哥的弟子.
我想,这么小的问题,CODE也照呼到,可见洋狗们称其为 ELECTRICAL BIBLE 很有道理, 加上编者中有我们一中国弟兄, 你们说:不好好学,行吗?

tomyan 同学,如果你参加考试,管中的黑CONDUCTOR线是绝对不能当白线用的,这与LOOMX中的不同: CODE-028-1,CODE-028-4.
但现实中照用不误.
