大家有labor工的消息吗?工资其次，主要想在西人环境里练练语言。

as a 1st generation, you can never ever become a native speaker, don't worry about your language, be self confident.
you got to post more information here so people can help you, such as your major, were u a programer or technician? as we all know, IT is a such large field.
