I know somebody even the first 50k borrow from bank, only paid interest during construction. that is realy "Nothing Makes Everything".; U" G# K4 G/ S
But i have a question, if he can sell the house before possesion?

to borrow 350k from bank,the gross income should be at lest 116k/year. Am I right?
