If want to sell house, is it free for realtor to free post on MLS?

and if done, just pay the commission to the realtor?  no post fee at the beginning?

free post是指自己卖，没有commission的吧，明白的人帮忙回复。

天下没有免费的午餐，在comfree发也不是免费的，何况MLS。目前新的政策是，你可以找个realtor把你的房子放到MLS上面去，realtor只收你一个post的钱，比如说700块钱，跟comfree一样，不管你卖掉没卖掉，这钱是一次性的。帮你post的realtor只是发信息而已，他不负责帮你看房、谈判这些事情，都是你自己操作，所以他也不收你的commission，将来房子卖掉以后他帮你上报到地产局。
