1 R5 N% ?2 }5 w1 e. D8 _Responsibilities include:  screen, coordinate and provide services to multicultural or diverse clients; facilitate ongoing training for both clinical and administrative staff involving multicultural and diversity issues; provide individual and group counselling as needed for the Women’s/Men’s programs; represent the YWCA Sheriff King Home on multi-cultural/diversity issues/community groups.
. `1 E  S8 D8 y5 S! c6 qMinimum requirements are:  MSW or equivalent; four years clinical experience with two years experience working with culturally diverse populations.
