4 p0 z( A8 P2 F8 v Facilitate delivery of safe and supportive drop-in programming, while supervising youth.

 Following and implementing all program policies and procedures.) Q: q. p. r7 k+ p
 Maintaining confidentiality of client and program personnel information. $ I4 ^4 Q. H' U* F" f
 Representing the Teen Centre in a professional manner.

1 k2 [, \ j! a* T4 u, M7 H, u Some post-secondary education needed OR a minimum 6 months related experience.: B: F8 S) r$ {2 }$ c5 a. c% E
 Strong interpersonal, communications, teamwork, leadership and organizational skills.. Q6 D) D& \: c. F2 a6 q( c" `
 Non-judgemental and empathetic attitude towards high-risk youth.
5 m2 }+ l% M" J; D" m3 J Broad knowledge base on issues affecting high risk youth: latch key, addictions, abuse, Aboriginal and other cultures, poverty, sexuality, etc.
( r1 c2 q' q3 n& U& Y Knowledge of community resources.6 Z5 g) C! p9 q! n) L* _+ d6 X
 Criminal Record Clearance and Child Welfare Information System Clearance.' @7 C5 r# r* f( H* @0 h% ~4 w) j
 Standard First Aid and Suicide Intervention Training. * _% c* l Y; I V/ }; `- f) g, G
/ W! E {+ X+ Y, I9 |/ KPosition:
& Y. O1 u& |: x' R8 _. U3 dThis is a part-time position; 15hrs/week; with a combination of afternoons and one weekend shift per month; at an hourly rate of $12.50;
