The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre. - Y1 X, m& Y5 \

• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required" I) v2 E! s! R7 R3 k0 P
• Answer multi line telephone system

Administration:
* H1 [3 q/ R6 R: x9 u# t9 a' v# U• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads, C3 E* [) q; c6 f- [
• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits
1 T0 |; ?, _7 z" Y* t- J+ G% v• Input and manage high volume of data, C- n: ^9 O: t3 X p
• Update and maintain databases. @8 u; ^" Z. o8 L7 ]/ R7 \
• Generate monthly reports and statistics

• Process payments and complete weekly deposits) c$ b( {# s. E" @& p
• Write and revise business correspondence and forms
/ V: x5 E3 }( L g. v- T+ w, Q• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors# F# z4 q3 c) _0 y
• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre- \ Y! q; q( i: k6 ~
• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients/ g: V2 r6 b7 ^" l7 |: q) D

3 D- x) H0 P, E+ i+ F8 G" m* [• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure' n- s4 C3 C& V6 x( _! Y
• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS
0 E! K7 R$ T$ v; D• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
; a' H# p. @8 D- A. Y• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work
