要多看房子，多看地区的环境，看准的，马上下 OFFER，如你真喜欢那个房子，就不要为了一点小钱讲来讲去，对房子来说，一两千元不是什么很要紧的考虑因素。一年，甚至几个月，你的房子就升过这个数了。关键是喜欢那个房子。时间耽误半年，你讲下的价钱还不如房子升的多。

generally speaking it is not worth the effort to buy house listed on comfree. the saved commission mostly goes to the seller anyway.
5 Y3 A% H' ?. n9 k  ?& R1 S80% of the house for sale is still listed on MLA instead of comfree, and you will have to all the leg work by youself if you to buy from comfree. to hire a good agent, he should pretty much know what kind of house you want after take you view 5 or 10 houses, so it is much more efficient, and have access to more houses if to go through an agnet.
