Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
' s5 q& M+ @9 E' G* o s7 }( Kservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing 4 p9 P0 N- T( _0 z h
their development. 6 p6 a% d, S9 ^- ^# a4 o
- O7 G5 h8 Q$ oTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
2 ~. x) j; w3 ?2 r2 M5 Zhand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth & J( t, l8 R* V% z* d9 [6 u5 F
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
6 W D) F$ n' X) Uyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved % a5 j3 I% b% b* I: h& P, e+ B' L
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
& M; x- y0 c" I4 Nare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, ' e: J: ~$ Q( i6 Q- w; c
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
& D" z: Z$ c5 E' Daccountable to the project coordinator. 1 a# X0 e3 ?5 r: W' n j `+ o% ^
4 k1 f" G% {! b% K0 L" \5 s) k, r5 UThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own # |* E3 C3 G4 {7 U- B2 O9 x! W
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is * F; G Y' r2 H j) G j) T1 e
desirable.

. u0 ]- u. s4 b18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills : M0 ~$ e, q' e5 K% c; @
Keen ability to organize and lead

+ g2 |2 Y! P/ w' k" @+ ZRelate well with other youth and adults
