* i4 w# O j8 eTagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
; g4 E. t- [ k/ Iservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
! e# \' {. n9 \4 M; V0 z0 xhand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth 8 k1 i' V+ o! F+ B7 e
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
( o' n3 F, @, v3 o" h# N, Wyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved 5 B$ D8 I5 X) Q/ D8 O5 q
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You 9 f+ I7 f9 d8 A) o
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
) ~1 e2 O$ l' U" b ebalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
, `, J6 D; M) u+ f9 `0 Waccountable to the project coordinator. % W( A5 C1 P( l. ^0 v& u
, ?" Z) H! |( D6 W, P: h' u" WThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own ' h$ p, x/ S/ L" d5 Y
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is ' k! ]" S( `, \ A# B3 n, Z
desirable.

0 u: Y' D& v: D; V! C18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills ( t7 K# ]5 c/ a/ w4 m4 Y
Keen ability to organize and lead
/ C5 r0 t6 Q+ t0 a) N" tRegular attendance at meetings 6 r( R; ]; k6 ?2 @ l: c( g- n5 e
Relate well with other youth and adults
7 C, R+ }5 s8 b0 F/ iWilling to be mentored and trained 0 K- f& V# U8 b- V- N
