services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing

8 T% l7 a) l% Y- f9 J1 lTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
* q6 d5 Q" g$ H4 V* b( h j% uhand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
& i" j! D; d5 P: \5 pEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
, l4 F8 R* ^- x: m6 M: z- d/ Uyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
2 q3 {) j5 x4 R6 \( P* e* [+ pin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
3 ?3 p: j! e% l- C) V8 fare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
1 q( j2 r$ W9 o3 Ybalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be 6 K* G' n; R+ s$ H: K& V
accountable to the project coordinator. - r+ a3 `- c5 T' n, n) `

The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own . I2 _) w. b, e; c6 }& c: q
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is : I5 Z. C; V$ b( ? u

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills 7 b8 t5 q) M* l; p
Keen ability to organize and lead

* e w4 R" n. Z( D5 ~Relate well with other youth and adults
