/ x* v4 W: _6 e( ZTagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
their development.

' R. C% \$ r4 RTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
6 G0 ~4 c7 B- K! Y, shand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
7 I  s& O) Y' ?% @$ u! kyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
# a8 \2 F3 j1 iin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
4 d$ @% \( q2 S+ c' |& dare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
  J: h7 A9 k& A0 t5 Cbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
accountable to the project coordinator.

4 `; t  O( c+ qThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
desirable.

Qualifications  
8 U, v# T9 v. Z6 _18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
Keen ability to organize and lead
4 c, ^. q8 S5 ?3 ZRegular attendance at meetings  
8 c8 a9 W  W& X( I! GRelate well with other youth and adults
. a* @  w, Q0 l: X/ eWilling to be mentored and trained

$15 per hour plus benefits
