Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach ; r3 r6 @3 L% a
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing / D* E. r3 q- J! _; f
their development.

5 N7 f! k9 I0 Q6 q2 N5 k' q: qTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first & w% i3 S, V" K( M/ x- \, M
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
0 ~: s, l) A% \& D; ]6 PEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a # ]' d6 g: T: K+ Q3 O! s, P
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved , S7 x/ b& T" }+ I" M( p
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
/ R( E. o& _ n7 x @+ J Hare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
5 Z' Z( c& c* z3 ^3 bbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
: F( y5 O3 R) X$ \; haccountable to the project coordinator. ) X& O4 V o9 ]( L+ g: y
: X ^2 L& z7 u( r7 u
The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own 6 x$ M* b6 `7 P8 }
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is

Qualifications
* J( P8 ^ r6 s7 d" z18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills ! t% F8 ]! M! h1 K0 f
Keen ability to organize and lead

1 `7 Q( H$ G) p+ T/ W) IRelate well with other youth and adults 9 r% p& h Q' T3 ], H
Willing to be mentored and trained ( n5 _/ Z. G; L4 c; W2 A6 C0 `* B

Salary
