Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
their development.

5 N7 f! k9 I0 Q6 q2 N5 k' q: qTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
0 ~: s, l) A% \& D; ]6 PEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
/ R( E. o& _  n7 x  @+ J  Hare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
5 Z' Z( c& c* z3 ^3 bbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
: F( y5 O3 R) X$ \; haccountable to the project coordinator.

The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is

Qualifications  
* J( P8 ^  r6 s7 d" z18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
Keen ability to organize and lead
: {2 S  l$ W- TRegular attendance at meetings  
1 `7 Q( H$ G) p+ T/ W) IRelate well with other youth and adults
Willing to be mentored and trained

Salary  
5 e# t6 T, w3 ]4 v, _$15 per hour plus benefits
