Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
# ]3 e6 j0 A: _hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
( H7 r# Y. K! {9 ~+ g& G9 nEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a 5 c4 F5 f5 F" v, q, `3 u
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
$ k4 I l1 B2 \in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
/ \0 @6 d9 m& p, ?. Jare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, + E7 X0 ?) L1 [ B! i. G
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
* s" L+ d; r, U! Eaccountable to the project coordinator.

The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
h# k% h/ O! Hschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is - h+ |0 d/ `/ @4 w1 B
desirable.

Keen ability to organize and lead
7 v2 R/ b( D& U- V, tRegular attendance at meetings
. ^; `3 q7 Z, e- K& H+ ERelate well with other youth and adults
4 K( }+ l0 \2 i1 G; f! eWilling to be mentored and trained ( Q0 z! Q9 F9 j1 F+ f; w4 h
