Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
8 a. b* K8 b" c0 D* G) yservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing

9 B$ ?7 D" q lTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
$ F# p, R3 i1 @) W& r* w( |+ @hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth ( f+ ?/ V$ K: k$ [ i% ^
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
- L/ f- S9 @5 e( a% q! fyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
q9 p" T: \( kin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
) I+ U, p% t7 P, L+ C) ~* Jare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
6 ~0 ^1 D9 R3 h2 u: g1 Abalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
8 y+ t# ~2 e1 H& `$ n( I6 ^accountable to the project coordinator.

The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own 4 K g. U( t: ?& ]
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is

. C4 M: N! E1 R- P+ N7 k+ GQualifications
. i5 K, H* @) x5 [$ v( X5 U18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills
, N1 T$ G. n" O" M' c9 J! {/ FKeen ability to organize and lead
% [8 C! i) c2 @; p' vRegular attendance at meetings
7 O( k( W! e5 C, |% `8 L3 FRelate well with other youth and adults 3 z2 E! n" S- F. @6 ] d
Willing to be mentored and trained
