5 r& a& V' L( t5 ZTagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
' [8 F: x% ~+ o& F) ]2 X0 @8 ttheir development.

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
$ }: t, J, c4 EEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
' I3 M8 @% U6 }in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
. n$ S7 u; c, h$ g% o8 Cbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
/ O& W2 d( _5 b7 w+ }/ haccountable to the project coordinator.

The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
$ k( p8 c; M: t# odesirable.

( b4 ~( Q0 d$ ~+ Z0 n- p& k18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
7 ?& j7 e/ e+ O+ m+ K# }6 v- Y0 HKeen ability to organize and lead
Regular attendance at meetings  
; ?1 e: S0 `7 I6 v7 p& `Relate well with other youth and adults
Willing to be mentored and trained
