Job Description:

4 S+ _! C* m2 q$ @2 G Z- Answering guest inquiries regarding hotel services" |0 B- ^) A( ?' J
- Provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests' complaints " P+ u: u8 u- T. T4 C1 U
- Answering telephone calls and handling/ balancing cash $ X6 K5 M/ ]' F8 f! u% i
- Balance credit card machine
4 H3 ]. L* H8 ?) B, d5 [1 J- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
' p! K! J& B l' {4 @9 |( \, B0 R- Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems ' j, X F+ n6 a" y# M
- Present statements of charges to departing guests and receive payment5 Q; J6 b/ h7 X6 W
- Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and Safety Standards

Skills/Requirements:) s) f# W4 [. ?9 d
- Completion of High School( p' H0 l# _, p$ N( _7 x( f
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills + T5 \: \5 s% R+ b' B: R
- Good computer skills ( Y4 V/ R9 a0 h$ K
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a high pressure, high volume environment
5 e# `! d# G; z- Minimum 1 year experience, strong guest service skills
0 f% V# a- q+ p) \- Ability to work night audit shifts and weekends
