; ]2 R* a! S0 Y( [) h2 }•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
' A7 }: y$ P% L. ^0 {& |•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment

) h) S2 N+ _) T4 X/ V# P•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
& j3 i( b9 `1 h•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Employment requirements
6 M6 k3 w' k: D/ h$ Q) G  V•        Completion of secondary school is required
  w2 a4 s9 R4 l•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
2 @* Y: k2 ^+ k5 @( F& t. T+ F•        Must be able to communicate effectively
•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
3 H6 l4 h' D: E•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
•        Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
