Job Description
& `( |6 v+ n/ {) |  P  {3 n' L: N* R•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals

! |/ r7 t1 y) U* b0 h•        Banquet room set up/tear down

•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
+ g$ T) D. U  B$ u; d# Y•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

•        Completion of secondary school is required
0 u3 Z! j, Y' t) U- Y•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
* l1 F* A4 b& U4 l  q6 e•        Must be able to communicate effectively
•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
( f9 ]/ Y+ H4 ~9 g•        Strong interpersonal skills
5 j3 M% P! U( z6 n•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
