& v( g, P7 w  I•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- R4 H0 K+ C2 T3 N•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
/ [) c+ S9 z, `! [•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment

•        Cleaning of work area
8 z. |9 ^( B/ H•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

Employment requirements
% J9 v$ U  q* `" }/ q! k•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
7 o) M: Z6 o8 y( K•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
3 N8 h8 a- o: V9 y•        Strong interpersonal skills
9 S& g1 v8 W- J7 [•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
