Job Description
  M' d% d: b, V- h5 U7 R•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
2 [% d, A0 ^$ F( z) ], t" d•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
( K  W6 @: W( e& z! h$ Z•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager

•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
3 E' k/ i* j' W+ q•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills
/ b& z0 m; n2 Q7 e9 C5 k) K0 ~•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
•        Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
