Job Description
M' d% d: b, V- h5 U7 R• Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages 3 e% x7 x% V0 k) w# m
• Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
2 [% d, A0 ^$ F( z) ], t" d• Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals " S) d, y9 z& [" O
• Serve food and beverages ( b& a! k. @8 f& a
• Present bill to patrons and accept payment * g3 S5 Z, E! G$ T- G
• Banquet room set up/tear down

• Assist in off-site catering functions as required 4 {7 v$ `4 Z2 |* n
• Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and Safety Standards& m( j1 _& c. X% ]
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager
