•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
# e# N+ w! w" E•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
+ c  s" m/ {9 ]1 T8 I: Z" u•        Serve food and beverages
# |1 E8 t  L3 J; j9 P2 v: k+ [$ D•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
+ W. V; g' j  F" a' I•        Cleaning of work area
. B; J/ d8 ^! M) A8 w/ q. I& k7 c•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager

•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
1 ~# _% m; O3 t•        Must be able to communicate effectively
$ m& N1 _+ D; U•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills
) j$ I% g1 a7 @! {8 m•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
