Class 7 可以在没有Class 5的监护下开车吗?

haha, I did get the license legally, but currently I'm very busy, so I have to drive alot, so just wondering. but I did at least three times driving without a class 5 driver sitting besides me. I'm really concerned if I am caught some day, are they going to send me to Jail?

没有七号牌上路开车让警察抓到是要进监狱滴。
有七号牌没人陪驾让警察捉到会给罚单，如果造成车祸终身不给考5级。
