Job Description
-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
, z1 k  w% t$ C7 O9 @0 a# e-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team
-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client
-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception
# ?& L& J/ R; v4 u! w9 R
) X7 Q: b, u$ ^8 BQualifications:
5 M+ U$ n  s8 t-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience
-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement
-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team
/ L1 ?7 n) p$ d$ L6 \& w-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one
- E1 p- S1 L/ A9 s" s-Requires police security check at the expense of employee and child welfare check
