Job Duties / Responsibilities
+ u5 h* e, C2 q& A• Familiarize with the assigned process units) X# t' R( b T5 }7 x) w4 @& i
• Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit. / r9 ~5 E6 u: J; a$ y
• Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.
2 b9 b! M3 E4 d# o! _7 }8 U• Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc.% h7 E2 Z. F0 J: C) _: s7 J+ d
• Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation1 a2 }) j+ y- R _ r; e
• Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.

• Take up small study projects and prepare reports/ i( X( p9 J0 `/ Y
